Selective extraction-separation of yttrium(Ill) from heavy lanthanides into 1-octyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate ([C(8)mim][PF6]) containing Cyanex 923 was achieved by adding a water-soluble complexing agent (EDTA) to aqueous phase. The simple and environmentally benign complexing method was proved to be an effective strategy for enhancing the selectivity of [C(n)mim] [PF6]/[Tf2N]-based extraction system without increasing the loss of [C(n)mim](+). 以硫酸铵(AS)水溶液为介质,进行丙烯酰胺(AM)与正离子单体甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)分散共聚合,制备出水溶性聚合物分散体.研究了盐浓度、分散稳定剂浓度及其分子量、单体浓度等对反应体系及分散体粒径的影响.结果表明,随着分散稳定剂的用量从6%增加到14%,分散体的平均粒径先下降,后又随之上升.分散稳定剂分子量越大,所得分散体的平均粒径越小.硫酸铵和单体的浓度对平均粒径和粒子形态等影响显著,只有在较小的范围内才能制备出粒径较均一的正离子型水溶性聚合物分散体;硫酸铵浓度越大,生成聚合物分子量越低.

A new mono-substituted titanocene, (eta(5)-cyclopentadienyl) [eta(5)-(1-(4-methoxyphenyl) cyclohexyl) cyclopentadienyl] dichlorotitanium (I), has been prepared via a novel modified synthesis, and its X-ray crystal structure has been determined. It crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group P2(1)2(1)2(1) with cell constants a=0.968 0(5) nm, b=1.284 6(5) nm, c=1.694 4(6) nm, Z=4, R=0.066. The I/methylaluminoxane (MAO) catalyst system produces at different polymerization temperatures either an isotactic or a syndiotactic polypropylene, both of which have the combined influence of enantiomorphic-site control and chain-end control, or an atactic polypropylene controlled by Bernoullian propagation mechanism.

本方法是将消解后的面粉和大米样品溶液滴加于粘贴在聚酯薄膜上的薄纸片上,用薄纸片来控制样品面积及富集被测元素,用于X-射线荧光光谱分析。该方法只用被测元素的标准溶液计算回归方程的系数,无需大量的标样,针对不同的元素选择不同的扣除背景的方法和不同的回归方程,使结果更准确。通过测定样品中的K、Ca、Mn、Zn、Fe、Cu、As、Se等元素,并与美国NBS标样参考值比较,结果基本一致。

We studied several inclusion complexes of beta-CD by means of molecular mechanical calculation. The inclusion process and the driving force were discussed, and the conclusion on stability agrees with the results of electrochemical experiments.

以红藻中的角叉菜(Chondrus ocellatus)、龙须菜(Gracilaria lemaneiformis)、真江蓠(Gracilaria asiatica)和海膜(Halymenia sinensis)为材料,观察了红藻幼苗的早期发育,通过组织培养构建无性繁殖系,并初步探讨了红藻无性繁殖系的发育及分化机理,为海藻无性繁殖系的获得提供理论基础和依据。 在室内进行了角叉菜的四分孢子和果孢子的细胞培养,并观察其早期发育过程。结果表明,四分孢子和果孢子的早期发育是相似的,可主要分为三个阶段:早期分裂阶段、盘状体阶段和直立体形成阶段。 切段组织培养表明,红藻无性繁殖系的获得主要通过两种途径:一种为切段组织经过培养可直接形成再生植株;另一种为切段组织经培养脱分化,诱导出愈伤组织或类愈伤组织,愈伤组织或类愈伤组织再分化,形成盘状体,盘状体继续发育即可形成再生植株。 通过切段组织培养,获得了龙须菜和真江蓠再生植株。在PES培养液中,添加6-BA(0.25 mg/L)对龙须菜切段组织再生新枝的诱导有促进作用,诱导率可高达84.4%,高浓度的IAA或6-BA(4 mg/L)对切段组织有损伤作用。实验证明伤口大小对切段组织再生新枝有影响,且伤口太大对再生新枝的形成不利。龙须菜的切段组织培养过程中表现出极性。 通过组织培养,诱导出海膜类愈伤组织—丝状体。添加植物生长调节类物质(IAA 和 6-BA)对海膜丝状体的诱导无促进作用。海膜切片在消毒海水中培养即可获得丝状体。海膜丝状体的外植体来源主要有两个:一是健康的藻体; 另一是盘状体,其丝状体的诱导率分别为80% 和90%。筛选出了丝状体适宜的生长条件:13-23℃,10-15 μE•m−2• s−1,12h:12h(Light: Dark),其中18℃为最佳生长温度。高的光照强度(50 μE•m−2•s−1)对丝状体产生损伤作用。 红藻无性繁殖系的发育途径,根据其获得途径也有两种情况。经过切段组织培养直接获得的无性繁殖系,是切段切口处已分化的细胞表现其全能性,恢复分裂能力,再生新枝,切段表现出极性。极性的上端产生新枝,下端形成固着器,成为一个完整的植株。经过愈伤组织和类愈伤组织获得的无性繁殖系,是切口处已分化的细胞表现其全能性,经脱分化形成愈伤组织和类愈伤组织,附着在基质上后,再分化形成盘状体,按照孢子的早期发育途径,形成直立体幼苗。 通过SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分析,对龙须菜正常藻体及无性繁殖系发育过程中蛋白的表达进行检测,检测出表达差异的蛋白质,推测这两个蛋白可能与龙须菜切段组织再生有关,其中30 KD的蛋白仅在再生新枝中表达,150 KD和125 KD的蛋白仅在正常生长的龙须菜和龙须菜切段的极性下端中表达。 根据高等植物中与萌芽、分生组织以及愈伤组织发育相关的基因序列保守区设计了五对特异引物,通过PCR和RT-PCR扩增检测及DNA测序分析,对红藻无性繁殖系早期发育相关的基因序列,进行了初步分析。

本研究以荧光法测定脾单个核细胞DNA合成及M TT比色法测定的脾单个核细胞对Con A的增殖反应,观察模拟高原低氧对出生后14天大鼠上述两指标的影响, 同时也观察了交感神经和副交感神经的活动状态, 以初步探讨低氧对上述两指标的作用是如何介导的。结果表明: 5km 海拔高度低氧作用24h 不抑制脾单个细胞DNA 合成及脾单个核细胞转化, 而作用5 天时则抑制DNA 合成及脾单个核细胞转化, 分别为对照组的56.6% (P <0.01) 和86.8% (P < 0.05) ; 7km 海拔高度低氧作用24h, DNA 合成及脾单个核细胞转化均受抑制, 分别为对照组的61.0% (P < 0.01) 和81.2% (P < 0.01) ; 7km 海拔24h 低氧导致脾脏中乙酰胆碱下降, 儿茶酚胺升高; 用DSP-4 中枢药理性损毁N E 神经元, 可使脾单个核细胞DNA 合成的抑制程度减弱, 脾脏中儿茶酚胺含量下降。这些结果表明低氧可抑制新生大鼠脾单个核细胞的DNA 合成及转化, 并可能与交感神经兴奋及副交感神经抑制有关。

本文着重对上世纪90年代开始的对月探测中关于月球南北两极的一些研究结果进行了综述,包括地质地貌,水冰及其光照条件等问题.笔者认为,在未来的对月球两极的探测活动中,获取月球两极更高空间分辨率的地形和地质等数据是非常重要的,而与此相关的光照,温度及同月球基地建设相关问题等研究将是主要的研究方向,且必将随着各国探测进程的发展取得更多和更深刻的认识.

Integrating connectivity patterns into marine ecosystem management is a fundamental step, specially for stock subjected to the combined impacts of human activities (overfishing, habitat degradation, etc.) and climate changes. Thus, management of marine resources must incorporates the spatial scales over which the populations are connected. Notwithstanding, studying these dynamics remains a crucial and hard task and the predictions of the temporal and spatial patterns of these mechanisms are still particularly challenging. This thesis aims to puzzle over the red mullet Mullus barbatus population connectivity in the Western Mediterranean Sea, by implementing a multidisciplinary approach. Otolith sclerochronology, larval dispersal modelling and genetic techniques were gathered in this study. More particularly, this research project focused on early life history stages of red mullet and their role in the characterization of connectivity dynamics. The results show that M. barbatus larval dispersal distances can reach a range of 200 km. The differences in early life traits (i.e. PLD, spawning and settlement dates) observed between various areas of the Western Mediterranean Sea suggest a certain level of larval patchiness, likely due to the occurrence of different spawning pulses during the reproductive period. The dispersal of individuals across distant areas, even not significant in demographic terms, is accountable for the maintenance of the genetic flow among different demes. Fluctuations in the level of exchange among different areas, due to the variability of the source-sink dynamics, could have major implications in the population connectivity patterns. These findings highlight the reliability of combining several approaches and represent a benchmark for the definition of a proper resource management, with considerable engagements in effectively assuring the beneficial effects of the existent and future conservation strategies.
