The present investigation intended to understand how Didatic has been interpreted by teachers who work with this discipline in undergraduate courses. We assume that there are still many controversies and contradictions in consideration of the epistemological status of didactics, and that this knowledge object is on constant review by professionals. Initially we were seeking evidence in the plans of courses, however, this search has put us in a situation of confusion, of uncertainty and highlighted structural problems which, at first, prevented us from using pure and simple of the contents of the plans. We analyzed 76 lesson plans, allocated to institutions in different Brazilian states, different types of institutions and the diversity was so great that led us to characterize this study as exploratory and tell us the relevance of analyzing them in the perspective of "facets". To deepen the understanding we were interviewing teachers and two focus groups conducted with teachers of Teaching. Triangulating the analysis of plans, with the reflections from the interviews, the speeches and also in the focus group data, observation of teaching practice, we put some insights on issues, even though preliminary and will require further research.

This article discusses the preservation of cultural heritage, particularly the historical and architectural, in small municipalities in São Paulo State, in particular the Central Administrative Region. It pointed out that urban planning and master plans may represent an opportunity for such municipalities definitely incorporate preservation, locally. It also presents a small survey of considerations of national heritage at the municipal level and by CONDEPHAAT and IPHAN.

Aim: The present study investigated the fees paid by dental insurance companies to dental surgeons, referrent to groups of dental procedures. Materials and Methods: The fees offered by dental insurance companies were defined according to the average values from the price tables of 5 insurance plans that offered national coverage. These average values and the values paid by the Brazilian Unified Health System (SUS) were compared with those set forth in the VRCC table from Brazilian Federal Dental Council (CFO). For comparison, average values were obtained for the following groups of procedures: preventive, aesthetic, endodontic, and surgical. The values of these preventive procedures were compared with other groups of procedures. Results: The plans applied an average discount of approximately 54.51% upon the prices suggested in the CFO price list. The highest discount was observed within the group of preventive procedures (57.09%, on average). Conclusion: The evaluated health insurance companies in vestigated in the present study are applying an abusive discount upon the prices suggested in the CFO price list. It's necessary to identify alternatives to reverse this situation.

The Urban Plans are technical and politician tools and their elaboration must have citizen involvement. Thus, several aspects must be taken into account while preparing it including both technical and communitarian urban development besides environmental and sanitation features. The paper aim is to present the applied techniques and to discuss the results obtained from physical and environmental diagnostic made to prepare Rio Claro and Iracemápolis Urban Plans. From the presented experiences it was possible to identify adequate technical proceedings as well as to verify general problems that can emerge during Urban Plan diagnostic phase.

The paper analyzes the implementation of the new regulatory framework of urban policy in Brazil, synthesized by the Constitution of 1988 and its subsequent regulations by the Statute of the City (Federal Law No. 10.257/2001). The empirical analysis focuses on three medium-sized cities in the state of São Paulo (Piracicaba, Bauru and Rio Claro), and addresses three complementary dimensions. First: interprets the participatory processes that resulted in the new Master Plan. Second, analyzes the crisis of the developmental model for understanding the transformations experienced by the Brazilian urban network, through which the medium-sized cities took on increasing economic relevance. Third: examines the inclusion and regulation of Special Zones of Social Interest (ZEIS) and how this instrument has been used in dealing with urban problems and the housing deficit. Apart from normative considerations, the study aims to assess the actual contribution of the City Statute in the democratization of urban management.

The hegemonic version of democracy is based on Schumpeter’s approach, a legacy of liberal pluralism that reduces the formation of legitimate majorities through representation. Nevertheless, the democratization of authoritarian countries has provided innovative experiences of civil society in new participatory formats. At the institutional level, the Statute of the City regulated the chapter of the Urban Policy of the Federal Constitution of 1988. It advocates participatory formats of public policies in urban management “through public participation and representative associations”. The construction of this agenda is the result of institutional imposition and it reflects the government decisions and civil society demands. This paper analyzes the participation, its ability to share decisions, and to what extent these participatory formats depend on governments for the implementation of new paradigms of urban management. The approach combines theoretical and empirical analysis of development processes of Master Plans normatively guided by the City Statute. The empirical basis is formed by three medium-sized cities in Sao Paulo state: Piracicaba, Bauru and Rio Claro.

Trata-se de um trabalho com objetivo de apresentar os principais resultados alcançados pela regulação dos planos de saúde exercida pela Agência Nacional de Saúde Suplementar, autarquia instituída para promover o equilíbrio das relações entre operadoras e consumidores, tornando o mercado de planos de saúde mais eficiente. Como avanços mais significativos oriundos da regulação do setor podem ser citados: as barreiras à entrada e à saída das operadoras no mercado, a ampliação das coberturas assistenciais contratuais, o monitoramento e o controle dos reajustes, a indução a práticas de promoção da saúde e à qualificação do setor, e a possibilidade da portabilidade de carências. Como desafios a serem enfrentados, podem ser apontados: o monitoramento da qualidade da assistência prestada, a renúncia fiscal, a existência dos cartões de desconto, a operação de empresas como operadoras de planos de saúde sem o registro na ANS e a adoção de alguns mecanismos nocivos de regulação assistencial pelas operadoras de planos de saúde.

[ES] Las tecnologías de fabricación de circuitos integrados basadas en Silicio no han sido muy utilizadas en aplicaciones analógicas a frecuencias milimétricas, sin embargo son la alternativa para disminuir los costes. Las prestaciones de estos circuitos integrados son muy dependientes de la calidad de los elementos de circuito utilizados. Están disponibles transistores cuyas frecuencias de corte alcanzan los 60 gigahertzios., así como resistencias y capacitares capaces de operar en intervalos de frecuencia de unos giga-hertzios, sin embargo no ocurre así con los inductores. En este artículo se expone un análisis práctico de los aspectos fundamentales relacionados con el funcionamiento de los inductores integrados sobre silicio

O trabalho apresenta resultados de pesquisa acerca das políticas de educaçao no Brasil, do princípio regime de colaboraçao e da gestao da educaçao, apresentando, neste momento, aspectos da trajetória sociopolítica da elaboraçao ou adequaçao dos Planos Municipais de Educaçao (PMEs), deflagrada em 2013 pelo MEC/SASE, com as possibilidades de efetivaçao do regime de colaboraçao e da gestao democrática. Sua abordagem é qualitativa, de caráter teórico-empírico e exploratório, abarcando a documentaçao relativa aos PMEs dos Municípios. No Tocantins, até o início do ano de 2014, um georreferenciamento demonstra que dos 139 Municípios, apenas seis elaboraram seus PMEs. Neste contexto, predomina a visao de administraçao municipal restrita às suas instituiçoes escolares e ao tempo de sua gestao, sem relaçao ou articulaçao com metas nacionais comuns com vistas à materializaçao do Sistema Nacional de Educaçao. Deste processo, destaca-se o significativo movimento sociopolítico em torno do planejamento da educaçao no século XXI, enfrentado o desafio de definir o objetivo comum da educaçao brasileira. Entretanto, há ideias que merecem ser investigadas, como a sua concepçao de gestao e planejamento e as formas de colaboraçao estabelecidas

Este artículo pretende exponer la influencia que las nuevas estrategias de organización territorial para la campaña bonaerense, materializadas durante la primera mitad del siglo XIX, pudieron ejercer sobre la estructura urbana y social de los pueblos de la región. Partimos del supuesto, desarrollado en otros trabajos, de que dichas estrategias definieron, en parte, la transformación espacial del territorio a partir de tres premisas: la consolidación de los poblados existentes, la fundación de nuevos poblados y el desarrollo de la colonización ejidal (1). Para poder examinar en profundidad dichas estrategias tomamos como base el análisis del espacio urbano de Chascomús y sus alrededores considerando dos momentos de su conformación: 1826 y 1855. Estas fechas se corresponden con la existencia de documentos que representan espacialmente el lugar: los planos de Saubidet de 1826 y el plano de Arrufó de 1855. A partir de estos documentos intentaremos determinar cuáles son las estrategias oficiales en relación a la organización espacial, cómo se materializa el poblado, qué tipo de entramado social presenta y cuáles son las diferencias que encontramos entre una época y otra, teniendo en consideración que la primera corresponde al inicio de la expansión de la frontera bonaerense y la segunda al auge de la etapa lanera que tiene en Chascomús uno de sus centros.
