El delegado del obispo diocesano para presidir el Consejo de asuntos económicos de la diócesis

Introducción: El canon 492 § 1 del Código de Derecho Canónico dice que en cada diócesis ha de constituirse un Consejo de asuntos económicos presidido por el Obispo diocesano o su delegado. La norma, en consonancia con los documentos conciliares Lumen gentium, Apostolicam actuositatem, Ad gentes y Presbyterorum ordinis, establece que la presidencia le compete al Obispo diocesano, que puede ejercerla por sí o por un delegado suyo. El Consejo es presidido por el Obispo diocesano, no por el Ordinario del lugar, pero el Obispo puede hacerse sustituir por su delegado. Le Tourneau expresa que el Código parece utilizar en forma indistinta los términos "praesse” y "praesidare”, como en el caso presente. Sin embargo parece que el término "praesidare" hace referencia a las situaciones de delegación y no de mandato especial. El canon 492 permite que el Obispo diocesano pueda modificar la estructura del Consejo de asuntos económicos, sea para prestar un servicio más rápido a la comunidad, sea para llamar a participar de la responsabilidad a personas particularmente capaces y expertas, pudiendo delegar la presidencia de dicho Consejo a otra persona.

介绍水蚀性岩层中的渗流及金属和无机污染物迁移问题。用高渗透率多孔介质中的流动基本方程近似描述，而对流、水动力学扩散、稀释等影响可作为物理过程来阐述。总之，控制裂隙岩体中地下水流动与研究污染物输运的物理和化学机理，是建立水蚀性岩层中无机污染物输运近似方法的基础。

比例超载对铝合金圆孔薄板试件低周拉-拉疲劳寿命的影响

对铝合金圆孔薄板试件进行了超载和常辐的对比实验,取六种超载比,对每一超载比各进行了不同超载周次的实验,从这些实验结果看出,对每一超载比,超载试件的疲劳寿命和常辐疲劳试件的寿命比值先是随超载周数的增加而较快的增加,之后在一个相当大的超载周数范围内,超载寿命比的变化不大。当超载周数超过一定值时,超载寿命比随超载周数的增加而略有减少。本文的实验中,在超载60％的情况下,超载周数从20周到90周的范围内,超载试件的平均寿命比常辐疲劳试件的寿命约高3.5倍。

超高速碰撞效应的数值模拟

本文简要介绍和总结了有关超高速碰撞效应数值模拟研究的现状,讨论了数值格式和处理以及物理模型两个方面所取得的进展和存在的问题。

正交各向异性的多层、夹层和加筋扁壳的弯曲、稳定和振动

本文在文献[1]的基础上,探讨了四边简支的正交各向异性的多层、夹层和加筋的矩形扁壳,在考虑沿壳厚方向剪切变形时的应力、变形、稳定和固有振动频率的分析和计算问题。给出了复合材料扁壳(1)在薄膜力N_x~0,N_y~0,N_(xy)~0作用下临界载荷的算式;(2)在各种外载荷q_x,q_y,m_x,m_y,q_z作用下应力和变形的算式;(3)在初始薄膜力作用下,考虑惯量,Q和I时固有振动频率的算式。根据这些算式编成计算程序,即可计算在给定参数下所需的结果,也可变化参数以寻求最佳的设计方案。本文采用u_0,v_0,γ_x,γ_y和w作为广义位移,所得算式适用于各种剪切刚度的情况。对于经典理论的情况,也给出了相应的算式。

A crise financeira mundial e seu impacto no Brasil

Apresenta os debates ocorridos nas diversas audiências públicas realizadas durante o I Ciclo de Debates acerca da Crise Financeira Internacional e suas Repercussões na Economia Brasileira. O evento contribuiu para avaliar os efeitos da crise e forneceu subsídios aos parlamentares a fim de tomarem as decisões necessárias para enfrentar as demandas atuais e seus possíveis desdobramentos.

化学反应速率的微观理论

本文针对反应位能面上存在低洼的普遍情况(当低洼深度为零时,便退化为Eyrjng所讨论的无低洼情况),用求解含时薛定格方程的方法导得具有高的能量分辨率的反应的微观速率常数公式;在反应物可用玻尔兹曼分布描写的假定下,导得与Eyring公式加形式类似的反应的宏观速率常数公式,给出穿透系数的表示式。在位能曲面无低洼并且穿透系数可视为与温度关系不大时,本文公式简化为Eyring公式,因而Eyring公式是本文的特例。

El autoconcepto social y el rendimiento académico en la educación artística escolar del alumnado preadolescente

[EN] This correlational study aims to analyse the relationship of the social dimension of the selfconcept with age, educational level, sex and with the academic performance, understood as qualification and as artistic understanding of a group of primary and secondary students. The results show, generally, negative relationship between social self-concept and demographic variables, while statistically significant, although of opposite sign, of the social self-concept with the qualification in the field and with the artistic understanding respectively.

Species and size relationships within schools of yellowfin and skipjack tuna as indicated by catches in the Eastern Tropical Pacific Ocean

ENGLISH: Yellowfin tuna, Neothunnus macropterus, and skipjack tuna, Katsuwonus pelamis, are fished intensively off the west coast of the Americas in an area from about the California-Mexico border in the north to the Peru-Chile border in the south. The historical development of this fishery, and its expansion by the long-range California fleets of bait and purse-seine vessels, are well documented by Godsil (1938), Scofield (1951) and Shimada and Sehaefer (1956). The quarterly distribution of the tuna catches within this area has been reported for some recent years by Alverson (1959). SPANISH: Los atunes aleta amarilla, Neothunnus macropterus, y barrilete, Katsuwonus pelamis, son pescados con intensidad frente a la costa occidental del continente americano, en un área comprendida más o menos entre la frontera California-México en el norte y el límite Perú-Chile en el sur. El desarrollo histórico de esta pesquería y la expansión que le han dado las flotas californianas de largo radio de acción, formadas por los barcos de carnada y rederos, están bien documentados por Godsil (1938), Scofield (1951) y Shimada y Schaefer (1956). La distribución trimestral de las pescas de atún dentro de esta área ha sido tratada por Alverson (1959) con referencia a años recientes.

A simple method to simulate shrinkage-induced cracking in cement-based composites by lattice-type modeling

A new numerical procedure is proposed to investigate cracking behaviors induced by mismatch between the matrix phase and aggregates due to matrix shrinkage in cement-based composites. This kind of failure processes is simplified in this investigation as a purely spontaneous mechanical problem, therefore, one main difficulty during simulating the phenomenon lies that no explicit external load serves as the drive to propel development of this physical process. As a result, it is different from classical mechanical problems and seems hard to be solved by using directly the classical finite element method (FEM), a typical kind of "load -> medium -> response" procedures. As a solution, the actual mismatch deformation field is decomposed into two virtual fields, both of which can be obtained by the classical FEM. Then the actual response is obtained by adding together the two virtual displacement fields based on the principle of superposition. Then, critical elements are detected successively by the event-by-event technique. The micro-structure of composites is implemented by employing the generalized beam (GB) lattice model. Numerical examples are given to show the effectiveness of the method, and detailed discussions are conducted on influences of material properties.

Control of single attosecond pulse generation from the reflection of a synthesized relativistic laser pulse on a solid surface

The influence of the carrier-envelope phase (CEP) of the driving laser pulse on the generation of single attosecond (as) pulses from surface harmonics by using the polarization gating technique is investigated in detail. It is found that the modulation depth of the high-order harmonic spectrum depends on the CEP, and a strong single 68 as pulse can be generated when the CEP is stable and has the proper value. The physical origin of the influence of the CEP is explained in terms of the oscillating mirror model. (C) 2008 American Institute of Physics. [DOI: 10.1063/1.2997342]
