Suicídio, da identificação com a mãe morta ao resgate narcísico: um estudo psicanalítico do personagem Richard Brown do filme As horas

O tema desta Dissertação é o suicídio como conseqüência da identificação com a mãe morta. Trata-se de uma pesquisa teórica fundamentada na teoria psicanalítica, que recorre à análise do personagem Richard Brown, do filme As Horas, para ilustrar o argumento teórico de que a revivescência da identificação com a mãe morta pode ser um fator desencadeante do suicídio do melancólico na vida adulta. Inicialmente procura explicitar o conceito de mãe morta, caracterizada como uma mãe que mesmo quando está presente mostra-se ausente nos cuidados e no investimento amoroso ao filho em função de sua depressão. Assim, para a criança, a imagem materna será a de uma mãe sem vida, de uma mãe morta. Mostra a identificação com a mãe morta como saída psíquica para a situação traumática proveniente do desinvestimento amoroso maternal. A criança na relação com esta mãe vive uma catástrofe psíquica chamada por Green de trauma narcisista, o que vai determinar o destino do investimento libidinal, objetal e narcisista do sujeito. Assim sendo, considera-se a melancolia como uma psicopatologia manifestada na vida adulta pelo sujeito subjugado pelo complexo da mãe morta. O estudo da melancolia no texto Luto e Melancolia, de Freud, fornece subsídios para se compreender os processos do mundo interior daqueles que querem dar cabo à sua própria existência. A melancolia evidencia o embate entre o Eu e o Supereu nos papéis de acusado e acusador. Mostra que o Supereu se torna sádico ao cobrar perfeição do Eu masoquista empobrecido narcisicamente pela identificação com a mãe morta. Quando chega às raias do sadismo esse embate leva o Eu, identificado com a mãe morta, a desejar eliminar o objeto mau introjetado numa parte do Eu, para resgatar o seu valor narcísico idealizado. Aponta o suicídio como a saída psíquica encontrada pelo melancólico para livrar-se da identificação com a mãe morta. Conclui que no suicídio os conflitos inconscientes manifestados na vida adulta são revivescências dos conteúdos psíquicos registrados na infância. No caso estudado em questão, a revivescência da identificação com a mãe morta teria sido o fator desencadeante do suicídio de Richard Brown na vida adulta.

Metabolômica, uma abordagem otimizada para exploração da biodiversidade brasileira: estado da arte, perspectivas e desafios

Brazilian biodiversity is a colossal source of secondary metabolites with remarkable structural features, which are valuable in further biodiscovery studies. In order to fully understand the relations and interactions of a living system with its surroundings, efforts in natural product chemistry are directed toward the challenge of detecting and identifying all the molecular components present in complex samples. It is plausible that this endeavor was born out of recent technological sophistication in secondary metabolite identification with sensitive spectroscopic instruments (MS and NMR) and higher resolving power of chromatographic systems, which allow a decrease in the amount of required sample and time to acquire data. Nevertheless, the escalation of data acquired in these analyses must be sorted with statistical and multi-way tools in order to select key information. Chromatography is also of paramount importance, more so when selected compounds need to be isolated for further investigation. However, in the course of pursuing a greener environment, new policies, with an aim to decrease the use of energy and solvents, are being developed and incorporated into analytical methods. Metabolomics could be an effective tool to answer questions on how living organisms in our huge biodiversity work and interact with their surroundings while also being strategic to the development of high value bio-derived products, such as phytotherapeutics and nutraceuticals. The incorporation of proper phytotherapeutics in the so-called Brazilian Unified Health System is considered an important factor for the urgent improvement and expansion of the Brazilian national health system. Furthermore, this approach could have a positive impact on the international interest toward scientific research developed in Brazil as well as the development of high value bio-derived products, which appear as an interesting economic opportunity in national and global markets. Thus, this study attempts to highlight the recent advances in analytical tools used in detection of secondary metabolites, which can be useful as bioproducts. It also emphasizes the potential avenues to be explored in Brazilian biodiversity, known for its rich chemical diversity.

Emprego e trabalho no início do século XXI: revisitando Keynes e Marx

The nature of labor in advanced economies has presented a significant change lately. The technological process has resulted in the reduction of labor without content and the expansion of labor with higher qualification or schooling, a phenomenon that can be discussed by turning to Keynes and Marx. As far as Keynes is concerned, his foresight was that technological progress would generate a huge reduction of labor time and the expansion of leisure time. Since this did not occur, the failure may be attributed to the fact of having worked with opposition between labor without content and leisure. Thus, it was not possible to capture the historical changes in labor and man's relationship with it. Marx's viewpoint is completely different, because his opposition takes place between labor without content and activity labor, the latter impregnated with content and essential to the development of individualities. Therefore, present reality has a greater identification with Marx and presents major challenges to capitalism and its critique.

Hegel’s identification with idealism may not apprehend adequately his philosophical thinking if one takes it as a definitive and absolute determination because he is a dialectical thinker or even better speculative. In this sense the moment of materiality cannot be just put aside as a contingency but it is more the opposition through which the spirit fulfills itself. This one cannot be what it is without assuming the materiality as well as the matter cannot be effective without being overtaken in the spirit. The totality appointed by Hegel in the absolute spirit means precisely to know and to recognize one another in the other and also by the other as itself. The spirit only raises to itself insofar it assumes its opposition in matter and by being determined it determines itself but this cannot be fulfilled anywhere but in the matter. In the same way the matter cannot be effective without going beyond itself or being considered in thought, that is not as well establishing itself. If the spirit and the matter are effective insofar they are in relation with one another then the primacy of one over the other can only be understood as a result and not as a starting point. In this way the first moment must not be taken as something static but as coming to be.

The Literary adaptation for television miniseries are present in the schedule grids of Brazilian television channels. We can afford that it is about a line of production of the most relevant in the two main television networks that maintain a project of teledramaturgy. The Strong presence of miniseries imposes the need to investigate the process of intersemiotic translation from the literary text to the audiovisual text on the way to reflect the esthetics of these productions in front of the constants process of tecnology mutation. As festas no ambiente escolar e sua relação com as aulas de educação física

One of the interests of leisure is social and involves the festival. The holidays can be of different types and occur in different places, having lots of functions as the union of those involved, the development of creativity, fun and identification with the culture. The festivities are part of the play culture. The school, being an environment that deals directly and indirectly with the culture of organized behavior and appreciation of the discipline, often in second person through the formation of relationships, cultural transmission and access to the traditions of the groups around it. The entertainment component of culture in the school also finds himself sidelined in a society of work and a school that educates more to the labor market. The parties almost do not occur at school and when they happen, are given in order to make profits and sell consumer goods, apart from values that are intrinsic. In this study the objective was to deepen the study of parties, given that these are elements provides the establishment of the identity of a group of groups and of each individuals. When it comes to educating people, parties contributed to the emancipation of the human being which is cultural. Was developed a study in the field about the theme parties at the school, to understand whether and how it is being taught in schools, and what is its real importance for teachers and students, since we consider it fundamental to the development of culture and leisure culture of individuals. For this, we conducted a qualitative study based on a field research, using as a tool for collecting a semi-structured interviews with 52 students from 6th grade (7 years) from two schools at Ibitinga-SP, since one of them was a public school and the other a private school. The Riot Grrrl movement started in mid-90s and it consists of girls who use rock as a tool of feminist political struggle. Besides using music as a central element of political identity, this movement is also characterized by the formation of an alternative public sphere (formed by fanzines, blogs and e-zines) that functions both as a way to spread their music and as identification trigger mechanism in relation to their political causes. The aim of this article is to study the instruments that these feminists bands - that deviate from the traditional feminist political movements - use to create identification with their audience, especially from an empirical research of e-zines published by these bands and from the communicative action of their leaders in social networks. It is possible to note that, despite other identification mechanisms, testimonies works as a socialization link which marks the alternative public sphere composed by publications made by Riot Grrrls. The testimony serves as a powerful arranger of collective identities, since it is presupposed in the recognition of a world in common, allocating identity as performative action.

Formación de profesores en Educación Física en Brasil: comprensión de estudiantes noveles de la Universidad Federal de San Carlos

The frequent characterization about the Physical Education Degree is associated to technical-sport and training aspects and this is the reason of this study. The objective is to understand the motives to the basis of this situation. In this sense, a theoretical study was developed regarding the Physical Education Teaching Training in Brazil; at the same time, an empirical investigation was carried out with first-year students of the cited degree. The register tool to collect the students' understandings was an open question expressed as: "Why did you choose the course of Physical Education Degree?" which was answered in written form by the students. So as to make up an understanding of the data collected, the information was organized in two thematic categories; Category A: no identification with schooling; Category B: reasons in relation to the (lack) of professional vocation. Based on the students' answers, it was possible to comprehend that choosing the mentioned degree it is mostly set up by a lack of option, instead of a real professional identity and thoughtful processes of transformation in society.
