A manifestação da vontade da criança na disputa judicial da guarda: escuta psicanalítica/

Currently, in custody disputes, the child has the right to be heard and to have its opinion considered, according to its age and maturity. The psychologist/psychoanalyst who works in the Family Court is required to produce a Report with the purpose of helping the Court´s decision. The present research aims to discuss and to find guiding principles for the hearing of the declaration of the child´s will in a custody dispute by its parents, from a psychoanalytical perspective. The case of a nine year old girl that affirmed in Court the desire of living with the mother and seeing the father only once a year is the starting point of this theoretical research over the psychoanalytic fundaments of the hearing of the case, how it appeared in that experience and how it was reflected in the report. Throughout this work, the peculiarities of psychoanalysis as a way of understanding the subject and the conditions that must be observed so that a sctrictu sensu analytic hearing is possible are studied. Then we present a reflection of the case, in the light of the theories studied, verifying that we could observe in the experience: i) the assumption of a subject of the unconscious, divided and desire full that constitutes itself from the oedipic structuration, that leads to the difference between speech and speak; ii) the concept of the child as having a sexuality of its own; iii) a hearing based on the ethic principles of psychoanalysis and the analysts'' formation. In the final considerations, we state that the institutional demand of a meaning for the case is a great difficulty for the analyst since he works from a place of 'not-knowing"

O presente artigo discorre sobre o período de divulgação da revista Em Guarda (1941-1946). No decorrer de sua publicação, os norte-americanos apareciam como modelo de sociedade (político, cultural e social), enquanto aos latino-americanos cabia o papel de fornecer matérias-primas para a fabricação de produtos voltados à guerra. Pretendo discutir as estratégias adotadas pelo mensário na construção do discurso de união interamericana sob a ótica dos Estados Unidos. Desse modo, surgem novas possibilidades para o estudo das relações entre Brasil- Estados Unidos, em particular do pan-americanismo.

Geologia do depósito de ouro do alvo guarda-mor, na sequência Jaupaci (Israelândia - GO)

The study area of the Guarda-Mor target (Israelândia-GO) contextualizes the terrains of the estaern portion of the Arenópolis Magmatic Arc, more accurately, the Neoproterozoic associations inserted in the field of the Jaupaci volcano-sedimentary sequence. The mapped area is located in the central-western of Goiás state. The presente paper has as main objective to characterize the structural, petrographic and litogeochemistry of the target rocks beyond to compare these factors with the Mina Bacilândia rocks (Fazenda Nova-GO) in order to assess the genetic similarity of volcano-sedimentary units and deposits associated. The Guarda-Mor target is represented by the Jaupaci metavolcanic rocks sequence presenting bimodal volcanism. This sequence consists in metafelsic rocks like sericite/muscovite quartz schist, phyllite and metarriolites and/or metariodacites with calc-alkaline geochemical signature and metamafic rocks with tholeiitic character formed by actinolite - chlorite schist and chlorite - quartz schist. Besides the package of supracrustal rocks also can be observed the occurrence of a local intrusion syn- to late - tectonic named Granito Subvulcânico. In the study area beyond the marked volcanism also seen an event of crustal melting granitogênese evidenced by the presence of 2 granites at the east and the west of the map, Granito Israelândia and Granito Iporá respectively. Structural analysis both at the macro and micro have identified 3 deformation phases. The types of rock on the region record features in the metamorphic facies top and down. These features were subdivided into 3 metamorphic areas: the east and West areas show thermal metamorphism due to intrusion of adjacente granites while the central domain displays features of regional metamorphism. Percepción de un grupo de mujeres acerca del hecho de ser portadoras del VPH

Background: The possibility to acquire sexually transmitted diseases generates bio-psycho-social conflicts affecting daily life of women. Objective: To investigate the knowledge of women on the concept of being infected by the human papilloma virus (HPV) and to understand the significance they attributed to their condition as HPV carriers. Material and method: It is a qualitative study in which ten women were interviewed, after the result of a cytopathological exam suggesting HPV. Data were collected at the Center of Health School of the Universidade Estadual Paulista -UNESP-Brazil. Results: The significant items were: deception and preoccupation about the cure, since they indicate that it is very deceptive to be infected with an incurable disease by a person whom they trust; the method of having sexual relations and being infected again; the necessity of care and of being optimistic to face the disease and the threat of cervix cancer originating anxiety. Discussion: Orientations made by health professionals were efficacious to clarify the relationship with cancer development. It is possible to understand the necessity of assistance orientations and the opportunity to hear them, offering individualized quality care. This study also offers important elements to reinforce the educational role of health professionals, principally those referring to sexually transmitted infection and cancer, seeking prevention and early treatment with the offered information. However, there is no desire of finishing the subject regarding perception, thus there is much to discover about diseases related to human papilloma virus. Seismites as a tool in the palaeoenvironmental reconstruction of fluvial deposits: The Cambrian Guarda Velha Formation, southern Brazil

Soft-sediment deformation (SSD) is widely described in the literature, but there is no clear consensus regarding its origin and significance. Existing models for SSD in fluvial sediments do not clearly demonstrate a relationship between the structures, preserved facies expression, and larger-scale depositional architecture. In this study several types of SSD structures are recorded in Cambrian fluvial deposits and these occur interbedded with undeformed strata throughout the entire stratigraphic interval. The random distribution of these features in relation to primary facies types and fluvial forms indicates that they have neither a direct nor indirect relationship with any depositional processes or bedform type. We propose that the relationship of SSD at the bed-set-scale to larger-scale depositional architecture, combined with tectono-stratigraphic analysis allows the determination of both short-term fluvial hydraulic conditions in ancient stream systems, such as the nature of the flow regime responsible for depositing ancient fluvial stream successions, and the long-term subsidence rates, in the form of mean recurrence interval of the seismic events responsible for triggering the generation of SSD in tectonically active basins. El hecho diferencial canario: ultraperiferificidad e insularidad

[ES] En este estudio su autor analiza la situación pasada y presente de Canarias, temporalmente acotada desde su entrada en la Unión Europea, hasta la obtención del Estatuto Permanente que reconoce la situación de ultraperificidad. El objetivo es analizar los cambios que está experimentando el marco institucional en el que se desenvuelve la economía y sociedad canaria. Estos cambios se refieren, fundamentalmente, a las cuestiones que tienen que ver con la reforma del Régimen Económico y Fiscal (REF) de Canarias, con el desarrollo e impacto que está teniendo el Régimen Específico de Abastecimiento (REA) sobre la economía canaria, así como al recientemente aprobado Estatuto Permanente de Canarias en la Unión Europea.

Organizadas por la Dirección de Enfermería Hospital General de Lanzarote, la Escuela Universitaria de Enfermería Lanzarote de la Universidad de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria y el Ilustre Colegio Oficial de Enfermería de Las Palmas.
