对青藏高原黄河源区不同退化程度高寒草地的土壤种子库土样用土壤分析筛进行浓缩,并以萌发法分析土壤种子库萌发种子数量和动态.结果表明,孔径0.25~2 mm的土壤分析筛分离土样中萌发种子可达萌发种子总量的85%~97%,而小于0.25 mm的土样中未发现种子.因此,用0.25 mm孔径大小的土壤筛对高寒草地土壤种子库土样进行大规模浓缩是一种方便、可靠的方法.4种不同退化程度高寒草地(A:未退化草甸;B:轻度退化草甸;C:中度退化草甸;D:重度退化草甸)的土壤种子库在实验室条件下萌发的种子数量分别为:A 1 194~3 744粒/m2,平均2 421.3粒/m2;B 5 376~1 0912粒/m2,平均7 786.7粒/m2;C 2 304~1 3216粒/m2,平均8 695.5粒/m2;D 4 768~12 352粒/m2,平均8 125.9粒/m2.除样地A外,其它3个样地的可萌发种子数量差异不大.单子叶植物种子在培养到d 10左右开始萌发,双子叶植物在5~7 d内开始萌发,前者3 wk后基本不再萌发,后者5 wk左右停止萌发.4个样地土壤种子库种子萌发主要集中在第2~3周,并表现出近似单峰型格局.图1表3参39

利用活性炭负载水合铁氧化物制备了复合吸附剂,并用于饮用水中As(Ⅴ)的去除.研究了活性炭种类、粒度、溶液pH值、Fe(Ⅲ)盐浓度和干扰离子等对As(Ⅴ)去除的影响.结果表明,煤质活性炭作为基质负载水合铁氧化物比椰壳炭和果壳炭具有更好的除砷效果.随着炭粒度降低,除砷效率显著增加.在pH3~9范围内,活性炭负载水合铁氧化物可有效吸附As(Ⅴ).F-,Cl-,SO42-的加入对As(Ⅴ)的去除效率基本无影响,而SiO32-和PO43-则明显抑制As(Ⅴ)的去除.Langmuir模型比Freundlich模型能更好地描述复合吸附剂对As(Ⅴ)的吸附平衡.动力学研究表明,As(Ⅴ)吸附反应可用二级速率方程描述.

以肥熟土垫旱耕人为土为供试土壤,用分层土柱试验法研究了不同土层水分、氮、磷空间组合对冬小麦不同生育时期光合特性及籽粒产量的影响.结果表明:与0~90cm土层整体湿润相比,上干下湿(0~30cm土层干旱胁迫,30~90cm土层湿润)水分处理显著降低了小麦叶片叶绿素相对含量(SPAD)、净光合速率(Pn)和籽粒产量.2种水分条件下,氮磷配施处理对叶片SPAD、Pn和小麦籽粒产量的影响最为显著,其次是施磷处理,而施氮处理影响不显著.不同土层施氮在2种水分条件下各指标的变化趋势相同,均表现为0~90cm土层施氮小麦叶片SPAD、Pn及籽粒产量显著高于0~30、30~60和60~90cm土层施氮.不同土层施磷在2种水分条件下各指标的变化趋势也相同,表现为0~90cm土层施磷小麦叶片SPAD、Pn和籽粒产量与0~30cm土层施磷间差异不显著.不同土层氮磷配施在2种水分处理下表现不同:整体湿润条件下0~90cm土层施肥处理的小麦叶片SPAD、Pn及籽粒产量最高,与0~30cm土层差异不显著,但二者均显著高于30~60和60~90cm土层处理;上干下湿条件下各土层施肥处理间小麦叶片SPAD差异不显著,0~90cm土层施肥处理...

硫是作物生长发育的必需营养元素,但土壤的缺硫现象日益严重,土壤硫营养逐渐成为作物产量和质量的重要限制因子。土壤芳基硫酸酯酶能酶促土壤有机硫的矿化,在硫素的生物化学循环和植物的硫营养中具有重要的作用,是反映土壤质量的一个重要生物学指标。本文在阐述土壤芳基硫酸酯酶的重要作用、来源、存在方式等的基础上,综述了国内外该酶对农业技术措施的响应的研究,为不同农业管理制度下土壤芳基硫酸酯酶活性的调节提供参考。

In the present review, the authors do not try to provide a comprehensive review of researches on polymer/clay nanocomposites (PCNs), but some examples to demonstrate different exfoliation processes of the clay in various polymer matrixes and the dispersed state of clay. Interaction between polymers and layered silicates plays an important role in adjusting the exfoliation process of layered silicates and the microstructure of polymer nanocomposites. Properties of polymer/layered silicate nanocomposites mainly depend on the dispersed state of layered silicates. The authors will also address the outline of the present research in the direction of PCNs including the discussion of technical problems and their possible solutions.

It was demonstrated feasible that underpotential deposition(UPD) of copper on a monolayer-modified gold substrate can be used to determine the gold electrode area. The deposition and stripping of a Cu adlayer can take Place reversibly and stably at a bared or a self-assembled monolayer modified gold electrode. The growth kinetics of decanethiol/Au was also investigated via Cu UPD. The difference between the assembling kinetics determined by UPD and that by quartz crystal microbalance measurements reveals the configuration transmutation of the assembled molecules from a disordered arrangement to an ordered arrangement during the self-assembling processes.

The effect of lanthanum ions on the activity of the cytoplasmic domain of human erythrocyte band 3 (CDB3), which was measured according to the inhibition to aldolase, was studied. In the presence of low concentration of lanthanum ions, the function of CDB3 to inhibit aldolase activity decreased significantly. It indicated that lanthanum ions in the erythrocyte would change the conformation of CDB3 and influence the control on aldolase activity.

An ultrathin composite film containing both polyoxometalate anion [PMo12O40](3-) ( PMo12) and a planar binuclear phthalocyanine, bi-CoPc, has been prepared by the electrostatic layer-by-layer self-assembly method. UV-vis measurements revealed regular film growth with each four-layer {PMo12/bi-CoPc/PSS/PAH} adsorption. The lm structure was characterized by small-angle X-ray reflectivity measurements, X-ray photoelectron spectra, and AFM images. The nanothick film shows a third-order nonlinear optical response of chi((3)) = 4.21 x 10(-12) esu. Experimental investigations also indicate that the combination of polyoxometalate anions [PMo12O40](3-) with the phthalocyanine bi-CoPc in multilayer films can enhance the third-order NLO susceptibility and modify the third-order NLO absorption of bi-CoPc.

In order to generate catalytic antibodies with glutathione peroxidase (GPx) activity, we prepared GSH-S-DNP butyl ester and GSH-S-DNP benzyl ester as the haptens. Two ScFvs that bound specifically to the haptens were selected from the human phage-displayed antibody library. The two ScFv genes were highly homologous, consisting of 786 bps and belonging to the same VH family-DP25. In the premise of maintaining the amino acid sequence, mutated plasmids were constructed by use of the mutated primers in PCR, and they were over-expressed in E. coli. After the active site serine was converted into selenocysteine with the chemical modifying method, we obtained two human catalytic antibodies with GPx activity of 72.2U/mu mol and 28.8U/mu mol, respectively. With the aid of computer mimicking, it can be assumed that the antibodies can form dimers and the mutated selenocysteine residue is located in the binding site. Furthermore, the same Ping-Pong mechanism as the natural GPx was observed when the kinetic behavior of the antibody with the higher activity was studied. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science BY. The nonisothermal crystallization behavior of Ethylene Terephthalate-Ethylene Oxide (ET-EO) segmented copolymers has been studied with the use of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The kinetics of PEO in ET-EO segmented copolymer under nonisothermal crystallization conditions has been analyzed with the Ozawa equation. The results show that there is no agreement with Ozawa's theoretical predictions in the whole crystallization process owing to the constraint of ET segments imposed on the EO segments. A distinct two-crystallization process has been investigated by using the Avrami equation modified by Jeziorny to deal with the nonisothermal crystallization data. The value of the Avrami exponent n is independent of the length of soft segments. However, the crystallization rate is sensitive to the length of soft segments. The longer the soft segments, the faster the crystallization will be.

提出一种新型毛细管电泳柱端喷壁安培检测池。它制作简单,操作容易,具有很好的重现性和灵敏度。用这种安培检测池,可以不使用微动平台很容易地将工作电极与分离毛细管出口对准。为评价该安培检测池的分析性能,用毛细管电泳柱端安培检测法分别检测了酚、儿茶酚胺和芳香胺。考察了电动进样时间、分离电压以及毛细管出口与电极的间距对响应电流和分离效能的影响。通过对酚和儿茶酚胺测定的重现性、浓度线性范围及检出限的考察,结果表明该安培池是精密可靠的。同时,用该安培池对标准加入于血浆样品中的多巴胺(DA)、去甲基肾上腺素(NE)和原儿茶醛(PA)进行了测定,结果令人满意。
