Сегодня, когда Россия переходит на новый уровень жизни, вопросы модернизации образования, образовательных программ и систем стоят особо остро. СПбГЭТУ «ЛЭТИ» несет на себе полную ответственность за все инновации, внедряемые в университете, так как мы являемся одним из 60-ти ВУЗов страны, принимающих участие в Инновационной Образовательной Программе (ИОП). Многие организации и университеты волнуют вопросы, связанные с созданием ЭУМП. Статья посвящена этой теме, причем особое внимание уделяется оформлению ЭУМП.

The process of training is the most difficult for effective realization through information technologies. Is suggested the methods for the most complete implementation of original techniques of material description, ensuring versatility of development environment and functioning of interactive systems of training process. The given technology requires as the exact description of teaching model, as application of modern methods of development intelligent skills.

The key to prosperity in today's world is access to digital content and skills to create new content. Investigations of folklore artifacts is the topic of this article, presenting research related to the national program „Knowledge Technologies for Creation of Digital Presentation and Significant Repositories of Folklore Heritage” (FolkKnow). FolkKnow aims to build a digital multimedia archive "Bulgarian Folklore Heritage” (BFH) and virtual information portal with folk media library of digitized multimedia objects from a selected collection of the fund of Institute of Ethnology and Folklore Studies with Ethnographic Museum (IEFSEM) of the Bulgarian Academy of Science (BAS). The realization of the project FolkKnow gives opportunity for wide social applications of the multimedia collections, for the purposes of Interactive distance learning/self-learning, research activities in the field of Bulgarian traditional culture and for the cultural and ethno-tourism. We study, analyze and implement techniques and methods for digitization of multimedia objects and their annotation. In the paper are discussed specifics approaches used to building and protect a digital archive with multimedia content. Tasks can be systematized in the following guidelines: * Digitization of the selected samples * Analysis of the objects in order to determine the metadata of selected artifacts from selected collections and problem areas * Digital multimedia archive * Socially-oriented applications and virtual exhibitions artery * Frequency dictionary tool for texts with folklore themes * A method of modern technologies of protecting intellectual property and copyrights on digital content developed for use in digital exposures.

The controlled from distance teaching (DT) in the system of technical education has a row of features: complication of informative content, necessity of development of simulation models and trainers for conducting of practical and laboratory employments, conducting of knowledge diagnostics on the basis of mathematical-based algorithms, organization of execution collective projects of the applied setting. For development of the process of teaching bases of fundamental discipline control system Theory of automatic control (TAC) the combined approach of optimum combination of existent programmatic instruments of support was chosen DT and own developments. The system DT TAC included: controlled from distance course (DC) of TAC, site of virtual laboratory practical works in LAB.TAC and students knowledge remote diagnostic system d-tester.
Resumo:
The paper analyses the reengineering concept as it comes from software engineering and management fields. We combine two viewpoints and apply them to solve a problem of reengineering of a distance study system, in general, and the unit of learning, in particular. We propose a framework for reengineering of unit of learning, based on general model of software reengineering, and present a case study, in which we describe, how one topic of distance study course was reengineered, considering triple consistency principle and requirements for computer science. The proposed framework contributes to increasing quality, effectiveness and systematization of delivering distance studies.
