Análise do mercado do abacaxi comercializado na CEAGESP - São Paulo

A disponibilidade de informações relativas à oferta, preços e sazonalidade do abacaxi é um fator de interesse tanto para produtores quanto para atacadistas, pois podem contribuir para melhor planejamento da época de colheita e comercialização. Dessa maneira, o presente trabalho buscou conhecer a sazonalidade do preço e da quantidade do abacaxi comercializado na CEAGESP - SP, no período de setembro de 2005 a março de 2006. Foram obtidos através de entrevistas aos atacadistas, dados referentes à origem de cada cultivar em estudo, o preço pago ao produtor, o preço de venda praticado pelos atacadistas e a quantidade de frutos recebida no dia. Com o objetivo de compreender o processo de comercialização das cultivares de abacaxi 'Smooth Cayenne' e 'Pérola', foram aplicados questionários aos vendedores de três empresas atacadistas. Através das informações obtidas, sugere-se aos produtores de abacaxi 'Smooth Cayenne' o escalonamento da produção no período de novembro a fevereiro, preferencialmente de maneira associativista. Os três atacadistas de abacaxi entrevistados vislumbram uma estabilidade na quantidade comercializada de abacaxi na CEAGESP, com previsão de crescimento para a cultivar 'Pérola' e redução para a cultivar 'Smooth Cayenne'. No período de 12 de setembro de 2005 a 20 de março de 2006, observou-se uma estabilidade de preços pagos ao produtor para ambas as cultivares, com elevação de preços entre os dias 23 de janeiro a 06 de março de 2006 para a cultivar 'Pérola' e entre os dias 06 de fevereiro a 06 de março de 2006 para a cultivar 'Smooth Cayenne'. Os atacadistas consideram a cultivar 'Smooth Cayenne' mais valorizada nos meses de novembro a janeiro e a cultivar 'Pérola' de março a junho e de novembro a dezembro. Pelo cenário de estabilização do mercado de abacaxi, torna-se fundamental a garantia de sabor monitorada pelas associações de produtores em parceria com o Centro de Qualidade em Horticultura (CQH - CEAGESP) e atacadistas, com destaque para a cultivar 'Smooth Cayenne'.

Indicadores de produção científica na concepção teórica da indexação: uma análise bibliométrica do periódico The Indexer

In the context of university libraries, optimization services, streamlining processes and consistency of processing and organization of informational content are strongly influenced by the indexing policy adopted by the information system. This discussion has proposed to perform a theoretical and methodological research on the subject cataloging in order to contribute to the definition of indexing policy elements in medical university library. To achieve our objective, we applied three instruments: Organizational Culture, Individual Verbal Protocol and Evaluation of Indexing. Considers the importance of developing an indexing policy for improvements in processes and services offered by university libraries, as well as the retrieval.

Parque Estadual da Serra do Mar, Núcleo Santa Virgínia (SP): um estudo de vazão de contribuição pelo método de regionalização hidrológica

Seeking the integrated management of water resources and financial compensation especially as a management tool, according to the Law No. 9433 of 1997 and No. 9985 of 2000. This research's main objective is measuring the flow contribution of Núcleo Santa Virginia, the State Park of Serra do Mar, starting from the hydrological regionalization method, developed by the Department of Water and Power. According to the Law 9985 of 2000 Conservation Units have the right to receive in the form of an investment a portion of the amount paid by Power Plants, being passed directly to the Conservation Units, differently from the 9433 Act. By dividing the area of Núcleo Santa Virgínia, in Sub-basins, it was possible to find the minimum flow during seven consecutive days, with a return period of ten years, Q7,10, and steady water flow in 95% of the time, Q95 for the Center and from these data to calculate the monetary value of law under Articles 47 and 48 from Law 9985 of 2000

Desejos, brasilidades e segredos: o negócio do sexo na relação entre clientela espanhola e travestis brasileiras

The gender ethinicization and the nationality sexualization are aspects that have been discussed in the relationship between Spanish clients and Brazilian transvestites in the brisk sex business in Spain. Sometimes, in these sexual relationships, which are also business relationships, erotic aspects are associated with exoticism that is not related only to nationality or race, but also to new sexual experiences that are more exciting than those considered conventional practices. Hence, the connection between Brazil and the transgender body, made by some Spanish clients, makes sense only when considering the dense sexual grammar involved in those relationships. These signs were structured based on continual colonial attributions, which have been given fresh meaning by the new migration flow resulting from the broad spread of images and insertion of Brazil into the sexual tourism route. Aiming at fully discussing this proposal, this research is based on the queer theory and on other studies in the literature that focus on the poststructuralist and post-colonial sex market. These tools were used to analyze the data gathered in an ethnographic study carried out in São Paulo, Madrid, and Barcelona, as well as data collected from Spanish websites about sexual interest in transvestites

ARSTUDIO: estúdio virtual para produção de conteúdos audiovisuais em realidade aumentada para a TV Digital

“Virtual Studio” is a system developed for the creation of virtual sets, as well as any threedimensional virtual objects that can be digitally integrated to the scenes captured on a real television studio. Through techniques such as chroma-key, computer graphics , augmented reality and virtual reality is possible flexibility in producing content for digital TV, reduce cost and meet 12.485/2011 law, the Brazilian “Law of Pay TV”, which has among its objectives “to increase the production and circulation of diverse and quality Brazilian audiovisual content, generating jobs, income, royalties, professionalism and strengthening of national culture” (ANCINE , Brazilian Nacional Cinema Agency ). Based on this background, an overview of the benefits of using the technologies mentioned for the production of content for digital television is presented. This work involves the development of a system of Interactive Virtual Studio called ARSTUDIO per team of researchers from the Posgraduate Program in Digital Television: Information and Knowledge at UNESP, São Paulo State University in Bauru, State of São Paulo, Brazil.

Feasibility of solar heating systems composed of recyclable packaging for low-income rural communities

Solar heaters are an appropriate technology in tropical and sub-tropical climates to heat bath water by solar energy. Low-cost solar heaters meet the demand of low-income rural communities which currently do not have access to this technology. Current research analyzes the economic viability of solar heaters, built with recyclable materials, to reduce electric energy bill. A solar heating system was built consisting of recyclable materials in accordance with the manuals provided by the Secretariat of Environment of the state of Paraná (SEMA). Duration of use of electric showers by families of rural properties was determined to calculate expenses and billing of electricity. Simulation and material costs showed that the system was feasible. Commercial solar heaters could be replaced at a cost of R$ 22.61 per month during 13 months.
