In 2010 two retailers signed an association agreement to gain an advantage in the market, however this association has promoted many changes within the companies. So this study had the objective to analyze the organizational climate, in the integration of companies context, in order to early detect deficiencies that could pose risks to the process of integration. The results collected from the questionnaires revealed the perceptions and expectations of employees regarding the integration of companies and their level of satisfaction with the organization, in addition, the data obtained from interviews allowed us to understand and to find some causes to the level of satisfaction presented by employees. The results made possible to identify strengths as the company‟s image, points of failure in communication and training and dissatisfaction with the workload, then some actions were suggested with the intention to achieve greater engagement and commitment of employees and consequently contribute to the success of the Integration Program. The conclusion of this study is that the changes promoted by the integration of companies impacted in the organizational climate and increased employees dissatisfaction

This paper addresses the issue of internal communication, especially with regard to its function formative and not merely informative. The objective of the research is to analyze to what purposes the organizations use their internal communication, as well as the viewpoint of communication professionals about building character and training of these means. As exploratory research method was used with a questionnaire to communications professionals who work or have worked in the area of internal communication in organizations. The issues addressed were aimed at verifying whether the communication is commonly fostered with other goals besides informing, which the media more used and is performed in an integrated manner with other departments. It was concluded that, although the internal communication is used most often to inform and ensure a good organizational climate, communication professionals understand the necessity of its use for the formation of the internal public and try to use it for this purpose

Through observation of production process of a Vale do Paraiba’s automobile industry, one can encounter in need of improvement related to large uncertainties and variations in the production environment, a fact that inspired the search for solutions that can respond quickly to these changes. This way, the paper describes the development of a flexible manufacturing model, which aims to optimize the process in an automotive sub-assembly industry of the Paraíba Valley. The main objective is to propose a method to promote viable alternatives to easing the assembly of parallel sub performed the assembly of cars. For the construction of the model was necessary to explore concepts of flexible manufacturing and making the data presented in literature, which were vital to ensure the development of the method. The concepts discussed are usually presented at an undergraduate degree in Engineering. Data compiled by the model are able to serve as a strategic benchmark for decision making by managers. This paper, result of a bibliographic review, documentary research and interview with a professional of public relations area (PR), presents a scenario analysis tool and the way how the public relations professional can use it. Are pointed some abilities and strategic skills of this professional that can actually enable him to the prospection, building and analyze of scenarios, from the perspective of relationship with the organization publics. The scenario analysis tool is a strategic way to make some decisions, being used to the analysis of junctures, that can back up organizations' actions and activities, considering possible future results, in other words, the consequences and the developments caused by certain organization attitude or stance. On the end of this paper, we present a propose of strategic plan to Public Relations, using a suggested use for the tool

O presente artigo apresenta uma revisão bibliográfica a respeito do conceito de Clima de organizações educacionais. Serão abordadas as diferentes definições de clima escolar, as características, os tipos e as variáveis que o determinam. A importância dos estudos sobre clima escolar encontra-se no fato de que tal abordagem possibilita uma melhor compreensão do processo organizacional que se desenvolve nas escolas, permitindo maior clareza das ações que se processam e, conseqüentemente, aprimoramento da organização escolar e do ensino.

The objective of this study is to demonstrate how Public Relations can deal with the issue of culture clash between companies undergoing mergers and acquisitions. Within this environment of organizational change, there is the question of human and social as well as the importance of the relationship with all the publics. The Public Relations professional should be part of the organization systems to inform and promote a culture present, and participated in the climates changes and its consequences within these environments
