A competição nos mercados, o fácil acesso a informação tornou a estratégia, nas últimas décadas, um campo de estudos e de essencial importância para o crescimento e desenvolvimento das companhias, um aliado para a empresa se diferenciar no mercado, conseguindo destaque e atingir seus objetivos, minimizando riscos. Esse artigo tem como objetivo, demonstrar duas correntes de formulação estratégica, sendo uma teoria do Posicionamento, tendo como principal mentor Michael Porter, e a segunda a teoria do Planejamento, sendo Chiavenato como principal autor. Após isso, será caracterizado o setor do Agronegócio brasileiro, que possui um papel fundamental no cenário econômico nacional, que irá subsidiar a análise estratégica e estudo de caso da empresa JBS S.A. The availability of the electrical energy, in sufficient quantities and in competitive prices is a crucial factor to the economic development. The trade-in of the excess electrical energy produced in a system of cogeneration can be seen as an alternative to the creation of an additional source of revenues for ethanol power plants sector, besides contributing to the complementation of the Brazilian electrical headquarter with renewable sources. The objective of this study was to evaluate the economic feasibility of the implementation of a cogeneration electrical central using the excess of sugar cane bagasse and selling the excess of electrical energy with prices of the market. An ethanol power plant located in the state of Sao Paulo was used to this study. It was used the case study methodology, evaluating the potential of the investment under the viewpoint of the Net Present Value (NPV), Payback and Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and complementing the results of the Accounting Results (AC). It was created three alternative scenarios to reflect the level of the risk of every studied situation: the most likely, an optimistic and a pessimistic, each one with its assumptions. The Monte Carlo Simulations was used to insert the elements of risk to each scenario. The results showed that the project is feasible in all NPV scenarios. And the Payback and IRR analysis confirmed these evidences. The valuation with the AR showed that the project is most risky at the pessimistic scenario, but is feasibly in the most likely and the optimistic scenarios. It was concluded that the project is economic viable. However, the economic viability shown in the results is based on the maintenance of the future prices on the levels of the historical prices used in the analysis.

In the context of the project “Development and qualification of agriculturists in the use of techniques for correction of theground in agricultural assentament”, the identification of the use of agricultural techniques becomes necessary as an important tool for decision taking, mainly in regards to the public politics of Assistance Technique and Agricultural Extension (ATER). In such a way, the present study it had for objectiveto diagnosis the use of limeand fertilization techniques in these agricultural assentamentin order to identify possible public politics ATER. Of the total of boarded families, 79.89% had answered to the questionnaire elaborated for this diagnosis. The field research was carried throughapplication of questionnaire elaborated for this study and the analysis of the results divided in profile of the beneficiaries, knowledge of techniques of ground handling and agricultural use of the areas of the Projects of Assentamentfor the beneficiaries. It was concluded that even so the great majority of the beneficiaries agricultural area and farmers to be declared diligent of this information are not in coherence with the one of knowledge of the type of ground, therefore, this type of understanding of the landscape is primordial for the taking of decision with regard to the agricultural use of the ground, moreover, the access to the knowledge and use of the techniques of limeand fertilization comes diminishing in the agricultural assentamentunder validity of II National Plan of the Agrarian Reformation, what it enters in total discord with the premises of the same. It fits here to detach the importance of public politics ATERdirected these beneficiaries of the Agrarian Reformation, mainly with regard to the ground handling.

This study examines the hippotherapy related to school inclusion. Inclusive education, given the diversity of human kind, seeks to understand and meet the educational needs of all students. Visual impairment is defined as a reduction or complete loss of ability to see with the better eye and after the best possible optical correction, and may be perceived by the focus when the individual educational needs of Braille for their learning. Hippotherapy is a therapeutic and educational method that uses the horse in an interdisciplinary approach in health, education and riding, searching for the biopsychosocial development of people with disabilities and/or special needs. The general objectives were: to follow a Hippotherapy program applied to a student with visual disabilities included in regular education from the practice sessions of hippotherapy and the student's school routine, and specific: to verify changes to a student with visual impairment during their participation in an equine therapy program, to check the commitment, involvement and interest in school activities the student practicing hippotherapy inserted into the regular school system. The methodology was a qualitative research, in the form of case study. The instruments of data collection were interviews, video recordings, photographs, school information and the subject of systematic observations of the sessions of hippotherapy. Interviews were conducted at three different times during the course of the program. First we used a strategy for succeeding in increasing the involvement of practicing with the school. Later, another strategy was established, consisting of the effective presence of the researcher in the school to carry out activities on the hippotherapy within the school environment.
