Psychological factors are gaining more space in sports, and increasingly common related professional psychology are inserted in the sporting context. Seeking a better understanding of the manifestations of leadership in football between technicians of different categories this study aimed to verify whether there is a preferred style of leadership among the football coaches and if there are differences between the leadership style ideal and real seconded by same. The methodology used the Search Specification (CERVO and BERVIAN, 2004) relying on the implementation of the Revised Leadership Scale for Sport (ELRE), ideal and real versions Profile, With the participation of twenty football coaches in the field (n = 20), working in teams of males in the City of São Bernardo do Campo - SP, and to process the data we calculated the Cronbach alpha to verify the reliability of the scale, and the average of the results relying on the software application SPSS version 17.0 for Windows. Of the total participants 30% have a degree in Physical Education and are inserted in the football an average of 8 years in different roles and the prevalence of autocratic decision-making model, with an alpha of 0.87 results in the ideal profile and the actual profile of alpha 0.86 , So the scale is stable and reliable. We conclude that the model of autocratic decision not differ very significantly compared to the model of democratic decision. Regarding the interaction with the group of technicians the situational model is highlighted in research showing that technicians take into account situational factors.

The motivation in the sport has been one of the most studied subjects nowadays, as much that some authors say that the motivation is the base for the success of an athlete, that is, the psychological part must also well be stimulated so that if it reaches the maximum level of concentration during a game it will obtains the expected result. Tennis is one of the sports that more grew in recent years, and together with this fast ascension also increased the number of interested in researching in this area of the Psychology of the Sport. The present study has as objective to begin the adaptation and validation of the interest scale and to analyze the influence of the motivational orientation of the athletes in the sportive performance of the Tennis through the application of scale Teosq – Task and Ego Orientation in Sport Questionnaire (DUDA, 1992), translated, adapted and validated by Hirota and De Marco (2006), where we can identify if the individual is guided for a task or an ego’s goal. This research was carried through in a situated academy of Tennis in the City of Cotia – SP – Brazil, counting on the participation of 20 citizens with age between 09 and 18 years of both the practicing sexes of Tennis. The calculation of the Alpha Coefficient of Cronbach was adopted as statistical method, in order to identify the trust worthy and validity of the instrument beyond the average of each orientation, to be able to verify the athlete’s motivational orientation. For the analysis of the results, the Alpha Coefficient was observed high, compared with previous studies, reaching values of orientation for the ego of 0,90, and 0,70 of orientation for task. They had been registered the following averages, 4,20 (+0,93) and 2,42 (+0,85), respectively of orientation for task and ego. With those results we can point that, the scale applied with the proposal to identify the motivational orientation of the athletes of Tennis, revealed efficiency, and trust worthy in its application, and in accordance with the results, the athletes are guided for task, revealing self-determination, selfconfident, more creative and they judge its success for the quality of the carried through work.

This paper analyzes the communication strategy of the Brazilian Rugby Confederation in the promotion of sport in the country, with three television campaigns developed since 2010 together with manufacturer Topper. One of the goals of the organization is to make the sport better known among the Brazilian public, with a view to inclusion of rugby in the Olympics in Rio de Janeiro in 2016. Very popular in countries colonized by Britain, the sport still has little visibility in the national sports scene, something to be transformed in organizational communication and advertising.

O projeto “Observatório do Esporte” é um programa radiofônico que desde 2010 é veiculado pela Rádio UNESP FM, na madrugada da sexta para o sábado à meia-noite com reprises aos sábados às 11 horas da manhã, onde por meio da estratégia do infotretenimento são discutidos assuntos diversos do cotidiano esportivo com uma análise mais aprofundada, principalmente da mídia esportiva. Com uma abordagem de avaliação multi-metodológica, o projeto busca articular extensão e profissionalização em jornalismo e radialismo esportivo para que o ensino-aprendizado dos alunos e bolsistas dos cursos de graduação e pós-graduação de Comunicação Social da FAAC – Faculdade de Arquitetura, Artes e Comunicação da Unesp Bauru ocorra de modo atualizado , dinâmico e ligado à pesquisa empírica em Comunicação.

The proposed paper aims to understand and analyze how the sporting television journalism has changed in Brazil, affecting the coverage of major events like the World Cup. The impact of these changes are reflected in the use of interactivity, entertainment and presentation of news, in pictures and on television news programs inserted in Brazilian TV News. The study proposes to analyze, through theories of journalism and content analysis, as two seemingly opposing concepts (journalism and entertainment) were put into perspective by the Central Cup television program, aired during the year 2010 by Globo television, on the occasion of the World Cup in South Africa.

This paper presents the integrated sports marketing to female rugby management in Brazil and analyzes the strategies used to popularize this sport. The Brazilian Confederation of Rugby in 2011 developed a strategic planning with the objective of restructuring mode and has been using sports marketing concepts to promote rugby, aiming its growth, both in numbers of practitioners, as supporters and fans. To perform the proposed objective was conducted a survey exploratory on the rugby modality that will be present at the Olympic Games in 2016. We analyze also the history of women's Rugby Team and the tools of marketing and sportive management used by the Confederation. At the end is a study of the strategies of sports management female rugby in Brazil, taking into consideration also the gender issue, especially the obstacles women face athletes in a sport that is blended with the virility and strength male.

During the last decades of the XX century occurred several demographic, cultural and social changes that directly affected the inclusion of women in the labor market. However many of them have found and still find barriers to work in various fields of endeavor and in the case of this study, the sports management. The purpose of this study was to assess through a systematic review, the participation of women in sports management, listing the main characteristics, challenges and difficulties. The research consisted of a systematic review of studies that discuss the thematic related to the participation of women in sport management in Brazil, including the Google Scholar database. The key words used and that generated proceeds were woman, sports management and women in sports administration. In the discussion and results has been possible to list the insert forms in a management position, the main ones being: by invitation, conduction or family relationship. The arguments about the limited participation of women in sports management and their encountered barriers are justified because there is a male domain and prejudice, resulting often the career waiver for these women. The profile of the sporting managers has found a predominance of men aged between 30-49 years old. For unavailability of articles, the present study was restricted to use only one database. In short, there is a lacuna in studies on women's participation in the administration or sporting management, with a prevalence of literature review articles. To expand overview on this issue would be important to carry out quantitative studies. It was concluded that the difficulty of women entering in sports management still seems to be a current problem and can only be minimized from a greater attention from the scientific community. Football is a sporting phenomenon that unites the collective to individual, because besides the needs of teamwork, it requires several physical individual abilities. The unpredictability of each match turns it into a fascinating and unique sport. Indeed, this is the most popular and admired sport in all over the world, covering a huge amount of fans and practitioners. Curriculum documents are a new and unprecedented fact in history of Physical Education, so it sought as study object investigate and analyze is being treated in many curriculums proposes of seven Brazilian States (Goiás, Maranhão, Pernambuco, Rio de Janeiro, Rio Grande do Sul, Sergipe e São Paulo) and the Distrito Federal. This study has a qualitative character, using documentary research, because it consists by analyze of curriculum documents. As results, stands out the difference between guiding principles in curriculums. However, all of them are based in a new perspective of Physical Education. With regard to the objectives, was evidenced a consensus among the documents examined, which target as Physical Education objective the formation of critical and autonomous individual, besides your insertion in body culture movements, body culture or movement culture. The results showed that all documents, except of Distrito Federal, mention football as content, only Pernambuco, Sergipe and São Paulo showed a further deepening in the theme. Thus, it is believed that it is essential for a better unfolding of football in Physical Education classes a understanding by the students about this sport, not just as a mere act of running after a ball, but as a social phenomenon broad and contextualized

The sports psychology today is increasingly inserted in the day-to-day of sports teams, and it happens because the technical, tactical and physical levels are too equal. Through sports psychology we try to understand the behavior of each athlete and the group itself to achieve a better performance in training and competition. Thus, within the sports psychology we have the leadership phenomenon that has been constantly studied in order to understand the relationship between coach and athlete in the sports context. The objective of this study is to verify in the literature issues related to leadership in sports groups, as well as analyze how leadership is treated by coaches and seen by the athletes and also see how the leadership is specifically manifested in the football environment. As a methodological procedure was performed an analytical research in which a bibliographic review was developed. We conclude that in sports in general, there is a preference by part of the athletes for coaches with a training-education behavior, in what he cares about the development of the technical and tactical aspects of your team or athlete. And in the context of football that the most dominant style of leadership behavior of coaches is the autocratic and by the athletes, they considered most important the education-training dimension as ideal behavior of their coaches leadership
