This paper emerges from our research and extension courses university, from our concerns with the initial and continuous training of teachers and the Childhood Education and the early years of elementary school. We had, as a main focus, presenting aspects of some of these referrals effected towards the creation of possibilities for the collective creation of conditions to nourish all those involved in due diligence with a set of knowledge necessary for making decisions and positions on it and in pedagogical practice. Of theoretical and methodological perspective based our research, teacher training processes should meet the expression of their practical actions in order to produce new knowledge relativized, understood based on the circumstances, the social subjects and the social places of those prepare and disseminate. This understanding was responsible for the methodological choices made for the proposition and development of our research, primarily the oral history. Finally, we conclude, among other things, that the uniqueness of what is done, thought and spoken in the world of school and therefore, the practice of educational research through the narrative is full of content for the projection of new shares in favor of improved processes of teaching and learning aimed the formation and activity of teachers and the humanization of adults and children.

Recent years have seen a movement toward school inclusion of children with special educational needs. In Brazil, there is the formulation of laws guaranteeing rights for disabled people, giving you free access to regular classroom complemented by specialized educational services. In the case of students with deafness, the Federal Decree No. 5626 of 2005, recommends that schools offer the Brazilian sign language as language support, and should take into classrooms, an interpreter. In this study we conducted a mapping of the educational situation of students with hearing loss of 35 municipalities. There was a mode of education in which deaf students are enrolled, and also the municipalities have organized the specialized educational services for such students. Data were collected through interviews with managers of 35 municipalities. The results showed that the vast majority of municipalities participating in the study opted for the enrollment of deaf students in regular class. Only a few municipalities managers reported the existence of classes and enrollment in special schools or even the existence of deaf students out of schools. It also found that all municipalities have organized the specialized educational services, like additional offering in the resource rooms. We conclude that despite the existing difficulties, the Brazilian municipalities are gradually adjusting to the prospect of inclusive education. Continuing education courses should be offered in order to prepare more teachers to work with diversity.

Programas educacionais de prevenção são mecanismos utilizados para suprir necessidades, sendo importante conhecer peculiaridades de sua aplicação e resultados obtidos. O objetivo deste estudo foi identificar e analisar o método e os resultados de publicações sobre o Programa Educacional de Resistência às Drogas e à Violência (PROERD), tanto no Brasil quanto no exterior. A pesquisa foi realizada nas bases de dados Scielo, Lilacs, Medline, Cohrane e Eric, utilizando-se como descritores os termos Proerd, Dare, Programa Proerd, Dare program e Dare Project. Verificou-se que são escassas as publicações, sobretudo no Brasil, não há padronização de instrumentos de pesquisa e há divergências entre os resultados que avaliaram o PROERD. Conclui-se que é preciso ampliar a realização e a divulgação de pesquisas que investigam o desenvolvimento e os resultados do programa.

This research presents an analysis of the profile of participants in the second edition of the Extension Course “Libras by distance: a proposal for continuing education of teachers in inclusive educational settings”, funded by the Program for Continuing Education of Teachers in Special Education, the SEESP / MEC and the support of the UAB, whose goal was to promote a theoretical-practical-discourse on the importance of Libras in deaf education. The course was developed by the School of Philosophy and Science of UNESP / Marília, in distance mode. practicing teachers in public schools, linked to 19 Departments and / or Directors of Education in several regions of Brazil took the course. The information was collected from the questionnaire responses of the diagnostic evaluation performed in the pre-registration course. In general, the information was about place of residence, marital status, family constitution, educational training and professional experience in special education. We performed quantitative analysis and descriptive statistics on the data. The information presented refers to a summary of results for the total sample investigated. With the release of the profile of participants we expect to contribute towards the organization of new extension courses in the area of deafness, in distance mode, aimed at the in-service training of teachers with a view to Inclusive Education.

This research aims to investigate the possible causes for the dropout of participants under instruction in distance courses. Data gathered from the Specialization Course in Specialized Educational Support Services - SES, sponsored by the Department for Continuing Education, Literacy and Diversity of the Ministry of Education - SECAD / MEC - and the Open University of Brazil – OUB, will be analyzed. The objective of the course is to graduate teachers who work in classrooms equipped with multifunctional resources in regular schools to give specialized educational support for students with special educational needs marked by disabilities, global development disorders and high abilities/highly gifted students. In order to analyze dropout data in the first semester of the ongoing course, a sample of 1349 participants enrolled in the distance course was considered; 216 of these had their enrollment cancelled on request or because they stopped accessing the Virtual Learning Environment - VLE / Teleduc Platform showing no interest in the course. However, the information below aims to present and discuss only the tabulated data of the 98 participants who requested to have their enrollment officially cancelled by submitting the online dropout term. The findings showed the main reasons for dropping out were personal problems, lack of time to commit to an ongoing distance course, difficulty using ICT and the tools available in the VLE. The research also highlighted the importance of developing digital inclusion initiatives as well as on-site supporting poles as a way to soften the barriers of technological accessibility and the dropout rate in this kind of courses.

The inclusive education policy implemented by state and municipal educational systems of Brazil, contemplates that students with hearing loss can study in regular education classes. In this context, the use and knowledge of the Brazilian sign language is essential. Therefore, in 2009, an extension course of Libras of 120 hours in distance mode was developed in partnership with the FFC / UNESP, funded by the Program for Continuing Education of Teachers, the SEESP - MEC for Brazilian public school teachers. In the presence of this reality, this research sought to examine the course content, the evaluation of teachers about it and also verify the impression of teachers on a course offered in distance mode. We analyzed: the course design, the scientific report and the evaluation sheets filled in by pupils. It was found that the course had three modules: introduction to distance education; theoretical reflection on the use of Libras in inclusive education, practical activities and the use of Libras. 548 public school teachers linked to 19 departments and/ or boards of education in various regions of Brazil participated in the study. The analysis showed that teachers evaluated the course satisfactorily, pointing out that they favored the interaction with deaf students. Regarding the use of the modality of distance learning, the teacher students had difficulties with the Internet, which hampered access to the materials. However, the teachers considered distance learning interesting, because they learned to tinker with previously unknown tools, and had the opportunity to hone their technology skills.

Em nossa pesquisa, propomo-nos a verificar, no âmbito de uma Cooperativa Educacional de Marília, como a gestão e o trabalho associado são organizados. O estudo encontra-se em andamento e a pesquisa bibliográfica e documental foram realizadas. O levantamento de dados empíricos está sendo efetuado por meio de entrevista semi-estruturada com os membros da comunidade escolar. Observamos que a gestão das cooperativas educacionais, quando alicerçada no trabalho associado, pauta-se na gestão democrática vivenciada pelo coletivo. Todavia, na sociedade capitalista, as diversas relações são hierarquicamente estabelecidas e, consequentemente, algumas cooperativas seguem essa forma de se organizar.

Esta pesquisa, financiada pela Fundação de Amparo à Pesquisa do Estado de São Paulo (Fapesp), tem como objeto de estudo as parcerias entre o público e o privado realizadas por municípios paulistas para a oferta educacional na educação infantil. O estudo é parte integrante da pesquisa “A oferta educacional na educação infantil: arranjos institucionais entre o público e o privado” coordenada pela professora Raquel Borghi e financiada pelo CNPq. O objetivo geral é identificar, mapear e analisar os arranjos institucionais firmados entre municípios paulistas pequenos e instituições privadas para o atendimento educacional em creches e pré-escolas. O estudo foi realizado com uma amostra de 50% dos 56 municípios pequenos (de 10.001 a 50.000 hab.) que declararam possuir parcerias para a oferta de educação infantil, e que constam do banco de dados da pesquisa “Estratégias municipais para a oferta da educação básica: análise das parcerias público-privadas no Estado de São Paulo” (ADRIÃO, coord., 2009). Foi realizado levantamento junto aos municípios selecionados, tendo em vista o recolhimento de informações como ano de integração das creches aos respectivos sistema de ensino, justificativa para a opção pelo convênio, formato da subvenção publica as instituições privadas, tipo de instituição como Stricto Sensu (SS), ONG‟s, fundações, filantrópicas, OSCIP‟s entre outros. O desenvolvimento do estudo vai requerer, ainda, o levantamento e a análise de produções teóricas relativas ao financiamento e à oferta da educação infantil. Os resultados evidenciam que os convênios, legitimados pela atual legislação e impulsionados tanto pela esfera pública e/ou privada, estão em expansão, e em alguns municípios representam a única forma de atender a essa faixa etária, mostrando o equívoco de muitos municípios de aderir a esse tipo de atendimento municipal

This study aimed to analyze the use of technological resources by teachers during their daily practice, especially the computer, in public and private elementary schools in Botucatu - SP. We know that today's society, called the Information Society and Knowledge, changes the context of education, since students have access to various information a short time. For this purpose, we use literature as a methodology and data collection through the application of a questionnaire answered by 49 students in public schools, state and private network cited. The choice of the students took place because of the diversity of schools in which they live. Our intention was not to make generalizations, but knowing more about the use of technology in these contexts from the perspective of students. The choice of subject had reason for their timeliness and necessity of knowledge, thus contributing to a comprehensive education and quality. Way in the theme of the story of my life and training and electingchildhood as a guide in the works of Benjamin. Narrating a series of reflections on childhood and experience, taking for reading and interpretation of aphorisms that make up my childhood and training as a fellow researcher, a full text simultaneously, is juxtaposed with other texts and authors, intertwining with Benjamin, memory and history in my narrative, in a singular moment, an event. In this course highlight the place ofexperience and their languages, between the know-how, andknowing how to express thinking about childhood and educationevent in the making, which announces the issue of impoverishment and destitution of the experience of life ineducational practice, indicating the possibility resume thembetween school knowledge and practices through different view of childhood and the event, as a teacher. I will continue outliningmy experience in research groups choosing the language and itsinterfaces specifically with art cinema / pictures in the construction of our subjectivity in postmodernity. The methodology is qualitative, will take place within what we call the ethical self. Transcendence is an act and not a process, and yetas an overshooting of history is always historically situated and,therefore, has a concrete context. Using my own journey as an educator / researcher in my path as an area of passage / travel / experience / track / time in the constitution of my subjectivity in my own life story

Este trabalho, foi realizado como Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso e Iniciação Científica. Este identifica, caracteriza e analisa, no conjunto dos municípios paulistas de 10.001 a 50.000 habitantes, os diferentes arranjos institucionais firmados entre o Poder Público Municipal e instituições privadas para a oferta educacional em creches. O período considerado para o presente estudo foi entre 2000 e 2009. O início do período em 2000 se justifica pelo prazo final estabelecido pela LDB 9394/96 para integração das creches aos respectivos sistemas de ensino ser dezembro de 1999. O estudo realizado nos permitiu observar a manutenção dos convênios firmados entre o Poder Público Municipal e instituições privadas sem fins lucrativos. As justificativas utilizadas para esclarecer a opção municipal pelo convênio com instituições que oferecem vagas à crianças de 0 a 3 anos, se voltarão para atender a demanda existente no município que este não consegue suprir e auxílio financeiro à instituição que oferece o atendimento a tempos no município. Outro fato que podemos constatar foi o que um número considerável que municípios cadastram as matrículas das entidades privadas conveniadas com o poder público, como matrículas públicas. Utilizamos como procedimento teórico-metodológico o levantamento e análise bibliográfica, contatos telefônicos diretos com os gestores municipais para coletar informações sobre as parcerias, dados disponibilizados no Banco de Dados do Grupo de Estudos e Pesquisas em Política Educacional (GREPPE), sites oficiais dos municípios e sites governamentais. Constitui-se este trabalho como parte integrante da pesquisa “Oferta Educacional nas creches: Arranjos Institucionais entre o Público e o Privado” financiada pelo CNPq e coordenada pela Profª Drª Raquel Fontes Borghi
