O twitter enquanto ferramenta de Relações Públicas para construir relacionamento: um estudo multicasos

Technological development in the IT and telecommunications sectors have transformed the way organizations communicate with their audiences. Social Media allow the exchange of information instantaneously, in a communication from many to many. With few studies in the area, many companies venture into the social media without a strategy and a generally end up denigrating their image itself. Thus, this study was conceived from the idea of contributing, analytically, based on the main concepts of Public Relations so the organizations effectively take advantage of their online presence to generate relationships, more specifically, on Twitter.Twitter is a social media with a mature public, requiring dynamics of information and quick answers, based on dialogue, referring to the idea of text messages (SMS). To better expose the results of this research, three organizations with expertise in twitter were chosen: Bradesco , Positivo Informática and Ponto Frio. The choice of case studies was based on the different segments that each one operates and that they are large companies with reputable commercial operations in the Brazilian scenario. To analyze their profiles, several authors were studied, like Fábio França, Maria Aparecida Ferrari, Margarida Kunsch e Marlene Machiori.The intent of the analysis of the Twitter profiles of these organizations is to understand whether they are using strategies for creating and maintaining relationships with your followers and how this occurs from specific categories, as other companies have committed serious errors and impairing their business because of mismanagement in social media. Therefore, the profiles were analyzed from the netnográfica methodology. O turismo e a paisagem natural e cultural do Parque Estadual da Serra do Mar - Núcleo Santa Virgínia

Tourism represents a socio-economic activity to generate local and regional development and at the same time contribute to the valuation and conservation of natural and cultural landscape. From this premise, we believe that the study area - PESM – Núcleo Santa Virginia and surroundings - has a great tourism potential, which can be further explored through public policies that value and at the same time assist the conservation of the natural and cultural landscape of the region. Therefore, this project, which arises from a research project conducted by the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq) in partnership with the Forestry Institute (IF), analyzes the possibilities and limitations of the attractions and tourist activities in areas of intensive, extensive use and around this area. Through literature research and application of semi-structured questionnaires to the main agents of local tourism important information for the characterization of tourism activities in the study area were obtained, as well as to identify gaps in planning instruments and management about PESM - Núcleo Santa Virginia. Through this diagnosis, we intend to provide support for the development of tourism in Núcleo Santa Virginia and its surrounding area, seeking to conserve natural and cultural heritage and improving the quality of life of local people

Otimização de procedimentos de controle de qualidade em equipamentos radiográficos convencionais do Instituto de Eletrotécnica e Energia - USP

Radiography is currently an important method of diagnosis, both medical, dental and veterinary. The image in this type of survey is obtained using an X-ray beam, where the radiologist can possibly view structures of interest. It isn't always possible to get the desired images due to various factors, such as equipment limitations. The Administrative Law 453/98, the State Resolution SS 625/94, and other standards require testing and quality control acceptance limits that guarantee a good performance of the equipment for the security and quality of care, giving service users greater effectiveness in exams. This study were performed in the accompaniment of testing procedures for quality control established by Administrative Law 453/98 in several X-ray equipment to make a comparison and optimization in the descriptions of the procedures used by the Institute for Electrical Energy and the University of São Paulo (IEE / USP / SP).The optimization of the procedures were performed with the aid of a current literature, the Resolution 453/98, State Resolution SS 625/94 and other international standards. On this basis it was possible to observe the importance of regular monitoring of tests for an update, following the technological development of instruments used in the service

A discursivização em Wall.E: sociedade, tecnologia e poder

This article consists in a discourse analysis of the feature film in animation Wall.e produced by Pixar in association to Disney in 2008. Pixar has been known to produce films that contain various discursive levels, making its products appealing not only for children, but also for adults. However, Wall-e proves to be a masterpiece in Pixar carrier, because it is the one which focuses on the analysis and critique of contemporary society associated with technological development. For this, the plot has as its starting point the question of sustainability and unbridled consumerism. But the film expands the debate, tracing the relationship between technology and humanity, discussing how one affects the other. The project therefore aims to show how the animation works such concepts and constructs his discourse. To this end, the work seeks to identify the signs that make up the discourse and draw the intertextuality between WALL.E and other works that also discuss the same elements such as Stanley Kubrick‟s 2001 - A Space Odyssey (1968)

Iluminação de exteriores utilizando tecnologia LED: estudo de caso

This Graduate Work aims to exhibit the analyze of the applicability of LED technology in a real outdoor lighting situation, and this project’s illumination solution is compared with the initial proposal, the sodium vapor lamps. What is studied is an outdoor area, like the roads and parking lots of a plant. A light planning software is used for this comparison, and the results are displayed instantly, allowing rapid analysis of the project through a simulation. The medium illuminance is the same in both solutions for this case study and minimum rates set as standard were observed then the analysis are appropriate in this project. Various aspects are considered in order to obtain a comprehensive analysis of this project, such as economic, environmental and quality of lighting. LED technology in outdoor lighting is presented in its infancy, but promising. Solid state lamps show great advantages when compared with other technologies, such as discharge lamps, however there are some disadvantages tied to new products that are expected to be overcome with technological development and increased production

Electrical installations in industries involving high currents and voltages considered. On the other side is the common appearance of electrical failures, caused by human error, defects in electrical equipment or electrical installation aging itself. These failures are varied, those with the highest rate of occurrence and cause much damage to electrical installations, are overcurrent and overvoltage. Therefore there is a need to project a system that can detect and minimize possible effects caused by faults in electrical installations industries. Protection systems in electric industries emerge as an alternative to control especially voltage and current magnitudes. Engineered based on the functions of the relays, protection systems are an indispensable tool for any industrial substation. But the project of such systems becomes increasingly more complex, due to technological development. A prática de treinamento dos corpos dentro da empresa: um estudo sobre uma ferramenta de controle da qualidade

Befor the vast economical growth and wild scientific and technological development, the companies are demanding, more and more qualification and acting of the services rendered by their employees. Like this, tasks are restricted the they be done with excellence, because the companies are always controlling the worker's development. They are several the tools used by the companies, as acting indexes to control the course of the worker's activities or certain section, integrations for new employees with the objective to present the line of work of the company so that the new employee is framed in these patterns, trainings offered for the employees to carry out their services with quality and compromising, evaluations of year end in order to test the worker's knowledge and to demand better results, finally, the companies hope the employee integrates normativamente into the reality of the company, in way to contribute for the atingimento of the organizational strategies, always collecting for this to obtain the best results and contribute to the growth of the company. This way, that research will present a tool of control of the total quality applied in a company in Rio Clearing's city and that it is managed by an educador. They will be verified the objectives that the company has in relationship a this control, the worker's subjectivity as participant subject of the tool of control of the System of Administration of the Quality and the worker's different glances before these aspects throught an interview.

Analise dos trabalhos de conclusão do curso de engenharia de produção da UNESP de Guaratinguetá

This work is quantified according to the ABEPRO areas, the number of works the Course Conclusion (TCCs) and Hours (CH) Course of Production Engineering, UNESP Guaratinguetá. Based on this quantification were found to be significant discrepancies between the TCCs and CH. Quality and Logistics observed for the larger discrepancies, with 26% and 17% of the number of TCCs, respectively. Both areas have only 6% of the time. They are also used data from researchers at the National Council of Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq) in the areas of Production Engineering. In the area of Quality and Logistics, the researchers account for 8% and 5%, respectively, but are most prominent researchers in the field of Operations Research, with 37%. However, this view can help the department to organize the curriculum, with the development of teaching projects, methods and means of education, and visibility to help future hiring for the department

Estudo da gestão de aterros sanitários através de consórcios públicos e públicos-privados

The growing population, purchasing power and changing the profile of Brazilian consumers are the facts to justify the increase in waste production in the country. According to the National Research Sanitation made by IBGE in 2000, Brazil produced 241,614 tons of waste per day, equivalent to approximately 90 million tons per year. This growth leads researchers to consider a better way to dump this material in order to mitigate the damage to population health and the environment. For this, one of the possible actions is the search for alternative disposal technological development, a possible solution being the construction of landfills. But many cities, especially those from regions of poor or agricultural base, do not always have sufficient resources and open spaces for the construction of a landfill as required by law. Fits like a context in which it operates as an alternative technology for inter-municipal consortia landfill and public-private partnerships in order to contribute to the sustainable development of cities. The law that regulates public consortia is the Federal Law 11.107 of April 2005, as the law that regulates and makes possible the Public-Private Partnership is the Federal Law 11.079 of 2004. Consortia are entities that bring together several municipalities, with or without the State and the Union to carry out joint actions that if were borne singly, not would achieve the same results or would lose a greater volume of resources, and would demand more time. The public-private partnership consist of one or more municipalities and a private company, selected by public tender, which becomes responsible for implementation, maintenance and operation of the landfill. The objective of the research is to map and analyze the investment, strategies of develop and prospects of green chemical industry in Brazil and show the fundamental importance of basic research and applied research in the development of this industry in recent years. The complementary objectives are: (i) to evaluate the role of the Brazilian government as a catalyst, encouraging the development of green chemistry industry through incentives, subsidies and ease in credit lines; ii) mapping of relationships between companies universities and public research institutes in the field of green chemistry; iii) verification of the strategies in the world stage green chemistry, the course of time; iv) the theoretical issues and national plans, and your practicable; v) continued investment in the area, with the worry of them being affected by any matter cyclical such as the discovery of a large deposit of shale gas in the United States and a technological development of oil extraction in Brazil and vi) the pace of R&D for basic and applied in the country with the passage of time

O desenvolvimento da indústria farmacêutica no Brasil e na Índia: um estudo comparativo

The article shows how the development of the pharmaceutical industry in Brazil and India occurred, and why the industry in these two countries, which until the 1970s were much alike, today show significant differences. The historical analysis of the trajectories of the industries in both countries showed that the Indian industry has a higher technological content, due to, among others, the efficiency of public policies implemented since the 1970s, which were aimed at improving not only production, but also the technological development.
