Políticas industriais: definição e importância (ou não) de fundamentação teórica (parte 2)

O objetivo deste artigo é, essencialmente, fundamentar teoricamente as políticas industriais, sobretudo mostrando as razões da preferência por um referencial teórico não equilibrista e não-maximizador. Busca-se também definir de maneira eficaz estas políticas, destacando seus resultados positivos - pelo menos potencialmente - em termos de alguns parâmetros (produção, eficiência, produtividade, renda, bem-estar, etc.). Para isso define-se política industrial, analisando-se também as razões da despreocupação com uma fundamentação mais rigorosa das políticas industriais. Em seguida, apresenta-se sucintamente se uma teoria capaz de embasar estas políticas, ao mesmo tempo em que se analisa se tais teorias são importantes (ou não), em termos empíricos. Nesta segunda parte discute-se a possível utilidade da política industrial, enfatizando falhas de mercado, bens públicos, mercados não-competitivos, externalidades e desenvolvimento tecnológico.

A pesquisa teórica em psicanálise: das suas condições e possibilidades

This article is part of the methodological approach concerning theoretical investigation aspects, developed from the analysis of research in Psychoanalysis. Due to its peculiarities, research in Psychoanalysis raises issues and questions which advance far beyond the positivist conceptions which underline the dominant paradigm of our present day production of knowledge. Considering Psychoanalysis as the effect of the psychoanalitic act in itself, mainly when considering its theoretical scientific approach which must be part of a specific method, the following question is raised: what are the real possibilities of research in Psychoanalysis, specifically theoretic al research in Psychoanalysis? The article aims at articulating relevant issues concerning the field of Psychoanalysis and their relevant development for research in this field. To sum up, the article highlights issues concerning the role of the researcher as a necessary and decisive condition for any theoretical research in the field of Psychoanalysis.

Políticas públicas e vulnerabilidade social: uma reflexão teórica a partir de experiência de estágio

This article provides a theoretical reflection on the relationship between public policies and the social vulnerability of children and adolescents, based on the supervised internship of students of Psychology at UNESP/Campus Assis. The work revealed the need to examine the implications that social vulnerability concepts and public policies have in this area of professional activity. The study indicated the importance of addressing the ways that social vulnerability arises, and suggested possible contributions that psychology could make in the social sphere. The work highlights the need for the future psychologist to deepen his/her knowledge of these issues in order to develop a critical professional attitude that breaks from the approach in which individuals and/or their families are considered responsible for the processes that maintain them at risk.

Formação de jovens para o mundo do trabalho e cidadania: experiência teórica e prática por meio de projeto extensionista

This paper presents the extension project Youth Empowerment for Work and Citizenship. It is a psychosocial and an educational activity focused on the care of impoverished youths, aged between 14-19, from Assis-SP. It aims to contribute to the cognitive, affective and social process of the participants. The extension activity has benefited the education of Psychology undergraduates students to the mediation in human development under nonformal education. The theoretical and methodological background is based on the cultural-historical psychology of Vigotski. The results obtained are: the establishment of partnerships between universities and state and local public organizations; the incorporation of innovative thematic in psychology curriculum course at UNESP; production of academic-scientific research about the experience of Psychologists in social educational area; and the participation of one hundred young people as well as their parents or legal guardians in the project.

Moda e design: linguagens contemporâneas na construção teórica e crítica

This article aims to contribute to the process of constructing a scientific and critical theory from the interrelationship of design and fashion fields. Accordingly, are not only listed fashion and design issues in contemporaneity and tensions between these two fields, but also stated the language aspects of these two areas. We hope that the approach and the issues addressed here can contribute and collaborate on research studies, discussions and reflections that lead to the deepening of these relations in the constitution of a fashion and design theory.

Fayga Ostrower: estudos sobre a pesquisa plástica e teórica nos processos criativos

The way we look express our soul, so there is no way to disregard the presence of intuitive processes in the creation of any work, like say Fayga Ostrower. Based on the theories of the artist, intends to investigate how their own texts read his plastic production, heavily influenced by German Expressionism. The concernment of the research is in the approach how their publications favor the understanding of artistic making as a moment against the intuitive and the fullness of the original creation and true to the thought of the artist.
