In recent years, public schools have experienced the deployment of external evaluation that, legally, should promote the development and deployment aimed at enhancing the educational process of teaching offered at the country's public policy systems. However, such a situation occurred in a broader regulations of teaching and managerial measures and performative nature context generated implications in everyday school life, notably due to the pressure exerted on schools before the publicity of accountability for results and performance indicators changing, in many cases, the purpose of teaching work. In this context we understand that it is very important to discuss the history and characterization of implanted a city in São Paulo state systems, and vision teachers about them, and the consequences that assessments have caused in practice in the classroom. So be performed an empirical research of qualitative nature in four elementary schools-cycle Teaching I and II, with the aim of analyzing the perception of teachers about external reviews of a municipal school. As an instrument for data collection dense interview with teachers that will be used will be audio-recorded and then transcribed and analyzed with the support of the theoretical frameworks adopted

Com a globalização, a sociedade ainda não deixou de privilegiar o saber em detrimento de outras ações, a competição está cada vez mais sendo valorizada, seguindo os moldes do capitalismo e essas questões estão acima da importância da formação humana fazendo com que o lúdico seja desvalorizado. Este pensamento tem entrado nas séries iniciais, fazendo com que cada vez mais os alunos se afastem do brincar e dediquem-se aos conteúdos. Esta situação torna-se ainda mais agravante quando pensamos que os professores muitas vezes não tem em sua formação saberes que contemplem tal ato, fazendo com que eles tenham uma visão pejorativa sobre o brincar, tendo até medo de utilizá-lo nas salas de aula ou já estabelecendo no início do primeiro ano que o interesse maior neste momento não é mais o brincar e sim a leitura e a escrita. Diante do exposto, pretendemos entender como o brincar está presente na vida escolar de crianças do 1º ano do Ciclo 1 e qual a importância do brincar para a sua formação humana. O estudo foi embasado teoricamente em autores que trabalham com a questão do brincar. Aplicou-se questionários com graduandos em Licenciatura Plena em Pedagogia e com professores que lecionavam no primeiro ano do Ciclo I em escolas da Rede Municipal de Rio Claro. Pesquisou-se 03 escolas participando de aulas durante três dias, observando suas práticas na questão do brincar

This work has as its theme the multiculturalism, cultural diversity and their reflections in school everyday, more specifically on the interactions between the various subjects and social groups that make up a school and the teacher as mediator of the relationship between these guys. The theme Multiculturalism refers in the first instance, to the theoretical movement beginning in the mid-20th century in the United States and that spreads in the Western world as a way of tackling the conflicts generated depending on the economic issues, policies, and, in particular, cultural-ethnic, in an attempt to combat discrimination and prejudice, given the difficulties of individuals and groups to welcome and socialize with the plurality and cultural differences (SILVA; BRANDIM, 2008).At the same time, multiculturalism refers to cultural studies, through the Centre for Contemporary cultural studies, founded by em1964 Hoggart, and connected to the English language Department of the University of Birmingham in England.In contemporary times, due to the phenomenon of globalization and public policy to challenge prejudice and discrimination the subjects and social groups, regardless of color, creed, ethnicity, sexual orientation and nationality, this theme has been recurring in order to recognize plural identities and ensure and directly affects the school as a place of cultural diversity and conflicts generated by the very diversity.The present work aims to analyze and understand how the issue of multiculturalism and cultural diversity in school films. Our study will be based theoretically in Cultural Studies authors and uses the qualitative approach, working with movie content analysis of school, seeking to seize on the same relations of coexistence, conflicts and the mediations of teachers

The play and playfulness as well as school subjects are ways that the teacher has in the classroom to mediate the relationship between knowledge and the students, providing an easier and more enjoyable learning. This paper aims to analyze how teachers in the early years of primary education, the areas of Physical Education, Education, Art and English, assesses the importance of playfulness at school, define concepts such as the playful, playing, their importance for the learning and social life. Field research through interviews with nine teachers was conducted, six Educationalists teachers, an art professor, an English and physical education teacher. The results indicated that most of these teachers mediates learning through playfulness that children have better learning when the pedagogical work occurs through play, and feel more motivated to attend school. Participants have the idea that playfulness is the play and the play and say the school should value the playful, and need support from the school staff and the community. In conclusion, the playful should be part of everyday school life and more than a teaching strategy, should be valued in the integral formation of the individual

This research is part of the field of teacher training, especially developed the topic of continuing education. There is, according to the literature, the importance of this training for teachers as a sort of continuum, trajectory in which the teacher will (re) building their knowledge throughout their lives, in order to provide knowledge and values that add to your practice teaching. However, often the training activities are designed for knowledge transmitter model forming agent for the teacher, disregarding the different contexts of school communities, this strategy which hardly reaches the real needs of teachers in their daily lives. It is evident, too, the need to provide, in training moments, spaces to engage in dialogue and reflect on the teachers profession today, (re) building thus their teacher identity. In this context, the objective of this research is to examine whether the continued formation is configured as a collective construction and as a space for reflection on what it means to be a teacher. The research is characterized by a qualitative approach, and to collect data, we used the semi-structured interview technique. Participants were five teachers in the areas of Physical Education, History, English, Portuguese and Mathematics, a state school Treble city education (SP). The results show the importance of continuing education for teachers, which provides reflections, discussions, acquisition of knowledge and skills that contribute to its performance, motivating and developing strategies to enable them to face the challenges of everyday life and reflect collectively on what it means to be a teacher. It was concluded that continuing education for this group of teachers is configured as a space for collective construction, which together with other teachers rethink, reflect and continuously reconstruct their practices and objectives, and enables reflection on the teaching profession constantly. A escola tem sido crescentemente focalizada, não só no Brasil, mas em outros países, constituindo importante fonte para a compreensão das realidades vividas e sofridas pela grande maioria das populações mais privilegiadas econômica, social e culturalmente. A bibliografia produzida pelos autores de tais estudos denuncia, de maneira contundente, a baixa qualidade educacional em vários países, expressa por problemas como indisciplina na sala de aula, precárias condições para o trabalho educativo, despreparo dos professores para realizar adequadamente seu trabalho, baixo status profissional e baixa remuneração, agravados no Brasil pelos alarmantes índices de evasão e repetência. Com o olhar nos professores, como comprometimento político e preocupação de pesquisa, desde o ano de 1984, nossos estudos permitem dizer que esse quadro de problemas não constitui um insucesso generalizado, mas representa, sobretudo, desafios a enfrentar.

O artigo relata parte de estudo desenvolvido junto ao Núcleo de Ensino de Araraquara para caracterizar o professorado que atua em cursos de Magistério (antigo Normal). Por meio de questionários foram obtidas e analisadas informações relativas a sexo, idade, estado civil, experiências anteriores e responsabilidade pelo sustento da família. A análise focaliza relações com o processo educativo, com outros estudos e com aspectos extra-escolares.
