Buscando identificar marcadores populacionais que indiquem supostos mecanismos de isolamento entre as populações, no presente trabalho foram realizadas análises filogenéticas e filogeográficas em populações de Hypostomus strigaticeps, com base em sequências de DNA mitocondrial do gene ATPase 8/6. Um total de 32 exemplares provenientes de 11 populações de quatro sub-bacias: rio Mogi-Guaçu (duas), rio Paranapanema (cinco), rio Tietê (três) e Rio do Peixe (um), tiveram DNA extraído e o gene ATPase 8/6 completamente amplificado (840 pares de base) e sequenciado. As sequências obtidas foram alinhadas com o programa Bioedit, as análises filogenéticas foram realizadas no programa MEGA 5.0 através do método de Neighbor-Joining, Máxima Parcimônia e Minimun-Evolution, com 1000 réplicas de boostrap. Para as análises filogeográficas as sequências foram analisadas no programa TCS. As análises filogenéticas mostraram que a espécie forma uma unidade monofilética composta por duas linhagens: “TG” com representantes das populações dos rios Tietê, Mogi-Guaçu e Rio do Peixe, e “PC” com representantes dos rios Paranapanema e reservatório de Chavantes. A divergência genética da linhagem “TG” é de 0,1% e da linhagem “PP” é de 0,2%, enquanto a divergência genética entre as duas linhagens é de cerca de 1%. Na análise filogeográfica observou-se a existência de seis haplótipos (A-H), sendo o haplótipo A considerado ancestral para as populações analisadas. Apenas os representantes da bacia do Tietê possuem o haplótipo ancestral. Os haplótipos A, B e F possuem a maior frequência (18,51%). Os resultados obtidos para uma população do Mogi-guaçu (Cachoeira de Emas), mostram que estes peixes são muito distantes das demais populações de H. strigaticeps, tanto no ponto de vista filogenético quanto no ponto de vista fitogeográfico... The aims of this work are to analyze the direct solar radiation pressure torque (TPRS) in the rotational motion of spin-stabilized artificial satellites, to numerically implement these solutions and to compare the results with real data of the Brazilian Satellite Data Collection – SCD1 and SCD2, supplied by INPE. The mathematical model for this torque is determined for a cylindrical satellite, and the components of this torque are determined in a fixed system in the satellite. An analytical solution for the spin motion equations is proposed, in which TPRSD does not affect the spin velocity of the satellite. Two approaches are adopted in the numerical implementation of the developed theory: the first one considers the proposed theory and the second introduces a variation in the spin velocity based on its real variation. The results obtained indicate that the solar radiation pressure torque has little influence in the right ascension and declination axis of rotation due to the small dimension of the satellite and altitude in which it is found. To better validate the application of the presented theory, the angular deviation of the spin axis and solar aspect angle were also analyzed. The comparison of the results of the approaches conducted with real data show good precision in the theory, which can be applied in the prediction of the rotational motion of the spin-stabilized artificial satellites, when others external torques are considered besides the direct solar radiation pressure torque

Schilder(1980) defines body image as the figuration of the body in your mind,ie to the way the body is presented to all. This image is constructed from six months in the infant´s contact with his mother by touch,thought the reflection of his image in the mirror and then in the contexto f activies préschool- didatic educator pedagogical proposes by consolidating the six years age. This importance of stdying the construction of body image pré-school educator is to prevent a failure in the process causing the child to change that image generating blocks and physical or psychological dificulties in the socialization process of children by promoting distortion of body image . O study objective is to understand how such package is the process of building up this image in preschool and your contribution to the process of learning of child. A methodology was a research review on amaig body, enconpassing the overall development of child and adult disorders the failure of the process constructive in this picture and a brief educational propose of how early childhood educator can work with this theme in pré-school. This study concluded that this topic is important to be working in the Field of education encompasses a degree in Physical Education and Pedagogy words.

Seeking to contribute to the research of classical Greek and Roman translations into Portuguese and to the reception of these texts in Brazilian literature, this study intends to inventory, study and promote the work of translation of José Feliciano de Castilho, a distinguished Luso-Brazilian who has lived in Rio de Janeiro from 1847 until his death in 1879. Focusing on the poetic translations of Catullus, this study shows our intent to put together the learning of Latin language and approaches of history of translation

The basin of the Corumbataí river is of vital importance to over 600 thousand people, who depend on its waters for consumption. The Simplified Analisys of Environmental Impacts in the Areas Surrounding the Surface Waters of the Drainage Basin of the Corumbataí River (SP) is aimed at defining the areas which are most susceptible to degradation or already damaged and propose engineering solutions according to the environmental problems identified. Using a questionnaire to indicate possible impacts in the surroundings, I related human actions to these damage and quantified them. Having studied the basin extensively and selected 42 areas - generically identified as points and grouped as sub-basins and according to the soil usage -, I was able to identify the main environmental impacts in the basin as: sugar cane monoculture, lack of riparian forest, damaged areas due to mining, the bad state of rural roads and bridges, rubbish disposal alongside roads or directly into the river, accelerated and unplanned expansion of residential and industrial areas into the rural areas and river sources, and Rio Claro's untreated city wastewater

Os estudos sobre ontogenia e heterocronia geram dados importantes para análises filogenéticas, taxonômicas, ecológicas e evolutivas das espécies. Neste trabalho foi realizada a descrição da ontogenia condrocraniana de Rhinella schneideri, que pertence à grande e cosmopolita família Bufonidae (GAUDIN, 1978). Foram utilizados girinos já coletados e tombados na Coleção CFBH (Departamento de Zoologia, Instituto de Biociências, UNESP, Rio Claro, SP) em diferentes estágios de desenvolvimento, classificados pela tabela Gosner (1960). Esses indivíduos foram diafanizados seguindo a técnica de Taylor & Van Dyke (1985) modificada, analisados sob o uso de estereomicroscópios e quando necessário foram desarticulados, fotografados e desenhados. A descrição do condrocrânio do girino de R. schneideri foi feita em estágio 29 de desenvolvimento e foram realizadas comparações morfológicas deste semaforonte escolhido com os demais membros do gênero e da família, além de comparações mais generalizadas dentro de Anura. Foi descrita em detalhes a ontogenia das cartilagens e ossos cranianos indicando o estágio de aparecimento do osso, localização e formato dos centros de ossificação, além da direção de crescimento destes centros. Além disto, foram analisadas heterocronias da espécie R. schneideri através de comparações de desenvolvimento ontogenético entre indivíduos de outras espécies do gênero e família. Com estas descrições e análises além de se ampliar o conhecimento sobre a espécie R. schneideri, os dados e hipóteses gerados a partir deste estudo influenciarão determinantemente no status taxonômico e filogenético da espécie

O presente trabalho objetivou oferecer subsídios para o Planejamento Territorial, através da caracterização geomorfológica da Bacia do Ribeirão Piracicamirim, caracterização esta que permitiu reconhecer a morfodinâmica dos ambientes pleiteados à ocupação e/ou já ocupados. Através desta caracterização foi possível conhecer as suscetibilidades geomorfológicas da área e, a partir daí, verificou-se algumas especificações da Legislação Ambiental Brasileira referente a estas áreas. Além das características do relevo, foram analisadas também algumas das regulamentações referentes à conservação da vegetação, para assim, apontar sob a forma de registro cartográfico, os setores onde ocorre legalmente a limitação ao uso e ocupação do solo. A fim de se alcançar os objetivos traçados, foi utilizada a abordagem direta e indireta da bacia hidrográfica do Ribeirão Piracicamirim. A primeira foi realizada através de trabalhos de campo e a segunda foi efetuada através da revisão bibliográfica, cartográfica e da elaboração de documentos cartográficos da área. Como orientação metodológica foi adotada a Teoria Geral dos Sistemas aplicada à ciência geográfica. Os documentos cartográficos produzidos mostraram que alguns setores da presente bacia necessitam de uma melhor atenção quanto às questões ambientais. Tratase de áreas onde o conjunto das características físicas do ambiente, juntamente com o uso e ocupação da terra predominante tem ocasionado intensos processos erosivos em diferentes estágios de evolução. Constatou-se que a retirada da mata original para o cultivo da cana-de-açúcar tem ocasionado grandes problemas erosivos que merecem uma melhor atenção dos órgãos responsáveis pelo Planejamento Territorial da bacia.

Snakes from Bothrops genus are responsible for more than 90% of the ophidian accidents in Brazil. One of the main complications from this kind of accident is muscular necrosis, which is related to the action of phospholipases A2 and metalloproteases, two groups of enzymes found in the venom of these animals. Although this complication cannot be solved by serum therapy administration, a great number of studies have been performed with the attempt to know the pharmacological sites of these toxins aiming, in the future, the development of complementary treatments to serum therapy. This work proposes structural studies of bothropic phospholipases A2 (PLA2s) in the presence of ions relevant to their activity, using the X-ray crystallography technique. Recently, it was demonstrated ions, as manganese, calcium and others, interfere in the biological activity of the PLA2s. Particularly, Lys49-PLA2s in the presence of manganese ions have miotoxicity reduced. Asp49-PLA2s show catalytic activity dependent of calcium, although structural studies with a miotoxic Asp49-PLA2, BthTX-II, suggest a possible catalytic mechanism independent of calcium. Therefore, co-crystallization of BthTX-II in the presence of calcium ions and of PrTX-I in the presence of manganese ions were performed. Comparative structural studies among obtained results and others already published in the literature were performed aiming a better understanding of the structure-function relationship of these toxins. The BthTX-II with the presence of calcium do not show this ion in the loop of coordination of calcium, presence necessary to develop the catalyses. After comparison of this model with the native one, only one distortion was found, but no apparent relationship with the residues responsible for its activity. The diary - considered here as a writing instrument that allows reflection of who reads and who writes - was chosen as a didactc and pedagogical, to follow the trajectory of the writing of the research subjects, which are 30 children, two groups of participants school support, offered by the ONG Núcleo Artevida, and have between 06 and 14 years of age. These children are also attending meetings of the municipal schools of the city of Rio Claro-SP, and in general, have difficulties especially in activities involving the practices of reading and writing. By the writing of the diaries, pretend to, beyond to follow the trajectory of the writing of these children, attend to theirs writing production – on the diaries - attending to what they say about the act of writing. The open pages of each book are invitations to readings, to possible readings. These readings indicate possible dialogical relations and dialogues, and indicated widespread practice of writing. Note that the written diaries is diferente of the school writing, because it doesn't carry the obligation of school tasks, and doesn't require forms, rules and pre-set styles.

With the purpose of provide students with the practical contact with the operation of a thermoelectric plant, the steam plant Laboratory College of Engineering Guaratinguetá was restored, this work was undertaken so that the necessary equipment was specified for this steam plant had their instrumented processes, enabling greater precision of the measurements performed in the tests and also storing your information. The instrumentation of the plant is to approximate the practices carried out in the laboratory with real situations encountered in industrial steam plant, thus collaborating with the most comprehensive training of students and ensuring the safety of operations performed in the laboratory

The nickel alloys have a chemical composition with high tenor of alloy elements which are responsible for the material's mechanical and thermal properties, but also are the main causative of problems during the machining, making the process difficult. The objective of this work is the study of the machining by external cylindrical turning of the nickel based alloy Nimonic 80A, seeking the machining optimization of this alloy, seeking the best condition of lubricant fluid use, providing real increases of productivity without the need of investments in new production means. Besides, the results of this work should offer more detailed information regarding the behavior of this alloy in relation to machining by turning. The machining experiences were accomplished in a specimen of the nickel alloy, considering the machining parameters: cutting speed (75 and 90 m/min), cutting depth (0,8 mm) and feed rate (0,15 and 0,18 mm/v). The valuations were accomplished in a CNC lathe and tools with of hard metal inserts. After each stage of the turning the measures of the cutting length were accomplished, of the waste of the tools through a magnifying glass (8x) and the roughness of the specimen evaluated in each phase of the process, with the aid of a portable roughness meter. Through light optical microscopy it was possible to observe the wear of the cutting tools for each appraised condition. The roughness values, Ra and Ry, for the appraised conditions were always superiors to the theoretical values. After analysis of the results it was possible to end that, the best acting for this work strip tested it was obtained for ap=0,8mm: f=0,15mm/rev and VC=75m/min, what resulted in a larger cutting length (1811 m)
