Conseqüências da Implementação do Fundo de Manutenção e Desenvolvimento do Ensino Fundamental e Valorização do Magistério nos Municípios de Limeira e Santa Gertrudes-SP

Este artigo tem o objetivo de analisar as conseqüências da implementação do Fundo de Manutenção e Desenvolvimento do Ensino Fundamental e Valorização do Magistério (FUNDEF) na oferta da educação básica nos municípios de Limeira e Santa Gertrudes (SP) no tocante à dinâmica de responsabilidade entre Estado e Municípios e à composição dos gastos em educação, durante os anos de 1996 a 2002. Para tanto, realizou-se levantamento e análise bibliográfica relacionada ao tema e pesquisa documental junto aos órgãos de administração municipal para coleta e análise de dados empíricos. Este trabalho é resultante de um projeto estadual intitulado Acompanhamento da Implantação do Fundef no estado de São Paulo, a ele vincula-se uma pesquisa nacional sobre a Implantação do Fundef em onze estados brasileiros.

The information professional as essential component in the soccer‟s club and this article approaches the importance of the information professional insertion inside the soccer‟s club. Know the structure of the clubs, as well like identify the diverse information that are inserted in this context – internal and external environment – of these organizations is necessary for a better comprehension of the activities that the information professional can perform in the clubs. Carrying out a parallel with the organizational structure model proposal by Mintzberg (1995) with the structure of Marília Athletic Club stayed clear the need of the information professional insert, therefore the Club is inserted in a highly competitive environment, there is many information, but little explored.

O Antimil: o Setor Militar origens de uma organização

The objective of this essay is to examine the trajectory of a clandestine organization that, despite being rather active and frequently cited by the academic literature, has not been very visible in Brazilian history: the Military Sector of the PCB, or Antimil. The particularity of this project is to learn about Antimil’s organizational structure in the process of intervening in the Armed Forces between 1929 and 1945. It does not pretend to evaluate its revolutionary efficacy or all the situations in which it was involved, due to the lack of documentation and specific studies. The revelation of its historical configuration, as an organization in the party structure, is the result of exhaustive research and the narratives of some of its members.

O advento de novas matrizes energéticas no Brasil: experiências da implantação do PNPB em Mirante do Paranapanema e a produção de biodiesel em Mauá, Estado de São Paulo

Faced with the global discussion about the development of new alternative energy sources, this work tries to contribute to the understanding of the introduction of biodiesel in the energy market, identifying the barriers in the social logic, economic and productive in different spaces, rural and urban. Based on the guidelines of the National Biodiesel Production and Use Program (PNPB), it intended to accompany the implementation of public policies in relation to family farmers settled in the Pontal, located in the western region of São Paulo. In parallel, we will analyze the organizational structure and logistics of the production of biodiesel in the city, although it does not dependent on agricultural production and it is not a target of public policies, it takes advantage of the demand created by PNPB when it comes to increasing the amount of biodiesel blended with mineral origin diesel. The activity examined in the urban space is the collection of used frying oil held by Ecosanta Biofuels, a company located in the town of Maua, São Paulo metropolitan region. Planejamento para a implantação da ISO 9001 em uma empresa do setor industrial

The fierce competitiveness of the current market and the sophistication of customer requirements made the commitment to quality a need within organizations. The search for quality has been carried out by the adoption of quality management systems, a formal organization that should be present throughout the organization, from the initial identification of market needs to the satisfaction of customer requirements. The methodology most commonly used for this purpose is based on the requirements of ISO 9001, latest version of 2008. Considering this scenario, was developed a case study in a small company of the industrial sector with the development of a plan for the implementation of ISO 9001. The proposed methodology involved the construction of a theoretical framework on the subject and the development of a case study with a qualitative approach. Initially, was applied a questionnaire to the representative of the organization about the company's operating procedures, activity logs held, current documentation, planning and resource management for the construction of an assessment about the adequacy of the company needs to ISO 9001. Were obtained as results the characterization of production processes and organizational structure of the company and examples of policy and objectives of quality, performance indicators, document control, system for visualization of non-compliances, among others. Finally, the benefits of adopting a quality management system based on ISO 9001 requirements for the company and its environmental issues such as increased process efficiency, less waste and greater profitability, were pointed out, and the conditions for effective certification in the future
