Fabricação e caracterização de diodo Schottky orgânico com arquitetura planar

Usually organic polymeric diodes are made with a semiconductor layer placed between two electrodes in a sandwich-like architecture, where the electrodes are deposited on the surfaces of a polymeric semiconductor film. This methodology leads to two main problems: i) the polymeric film top surface is rough and irregular, resulting in non-uniform electric field into the device; ii) during the deposition of metallic electrode in the top surface polymeric film, by thermal evaporation, occurs the diffusion of metal atoms into the polymeric film, changing the material electronic structure. Thus, the metal-semiconductor junction is not well defined, which is essential for the production of good quality Schottky diode, which exhibits ideality factor close to the unity and low turn-on voltage. In order to avoid these two problems, in the present research was proposed to manufacture an organic diode with the semiconductor polymeric layer deposited over bimetallic (gold and aluminum) interdigitated electrodes. The doping of the active layer was performed by immersing the device in hydrochloric acid solution with pH 2 during different times in order to promote different doping levels of the semiconductor polymer. Was verified that the proposed diode, which exhibits well-defined metal-semiconductor junction, operates as a Schottky diode, with good ideality factor, 10 ± 3, and low turn-on voltage, 1,2 ± 0,2 V, in comparison with conventional organic polymeric diodes. Contrasting with the ideality factor and turn-on voltage, the diode rectification ratio was obtained as 7, a value lower than the expected for a good organic diode. Was also showed that the diode characteristics were dependent on the semiconductor polymer doping level, and that the diode characteristics were optimized with doping promoted by immersion in the acid solution for times longer than 50 s. Restauração transcirúrgica como alternativa na resolução das perfurações endodônticas

The endodontic perforations are iatrogenic communications that result in a communication between the endodonto and periodontium. This occurrence represents about 10 % of cas- es of failure in endodontic treatment. The management may vary and is related to the drilling site endodontic. This paper aims to report a case of iatrogenic perforation and one of the possible alternatives for the treatment of endodontic perforations -level cervical tooth. During the opening coronary perforation occurred due to improper slope cervical penetration drill. Considering the drilling site, we opted for sealing com- posite resin after surgical access and absolute isolation. After sealing, the channel was filled with medication and instru- mented based on calcium hydroxide. Later the canal was obturated by lateral condensation technique with Sealapex. The radiographic follow-up showed regression of the lesion and the clinical silence confirmed the success of the treatment.

Professors of Architecture on the Subject of Human Development and Social Inclusion of People With Disabilities Historical-Cultural Psychology believes that the people appropriate the culture and develop themselves by social interactions. The architect acts indirectly on human development by producing spaces that allow varying levels of interaction between individuals. To know if the Brazilian Architecture courses are graduating professionals who facilitate the social inclusion of people with disabilities, this research aimed to investigate the concepts of Architecture teachers of a public university about this theme. After the interviews, the reports obtained were submitted to the categorical-content analysis method. Technical concepts predominated over reflective ones, except for the architecture concept, classified as a knowledge area which brings gains to human life.

Arquitetura de um sistema multiagente autônomo para supervisão e controle

This paper presents a multi-agent architecture that was designed to develop processes supervision and control systems, with the main objective to automate tasks that are repetitive and stressful, and error prone when performed by humans. A set of agents were identified, based on the study of a number of applications found in the literature, that use the approach of multi-agent systems for data integration and process monitoring to faults detection and diagnosis, these agents are used as basis of the proposed multi-agent architecture. A prototype system for the analysis of abnormalities during oil wells drilling was developed.

Novos trilhos: a reinserção da área da estação ferroviária de Dracena no contexto urbano atual

Dracena, located in Presidente Prudente's region and founded in 1945, is a coffe and cotton's expansion and had your development by the advance of the Paulista Company of Railroads' tracks. For a long time the train was part of the city's and people's daily life. However, with the decline of rail trasport, the train station and a whole have become spaces without meaning and use. Thus, this final graduation work os Architecural and Urbanism course, aims to reintegrate in the urban área of Dracena Station and upgrade their space. To this end, based on the critical restoration theories and the projective references chosen were proposed the restoration of the railway station building and the creation of na annex for the Department of Culture. To enable the reintegration of the area into the urban fabric was proposed to create a linear park that provides a leisure space above the city and the lack of green areas. Preserving these spaces in a time when changes occur so quickly means keeping alive the memory and history of cities and allow new generations to take notice
