This article aims to reflect on the qualitative analysis regarding the modification and the acquisition of new knowledge, as well as to identify the contribution of computer use in an intervention activity. It was used content analysis and it was created categories and units of analysis and from the frames containing the analysis of the categories it was randomly chosen four groups which led to their evaluation. Concerning to such frames of analysis and evaluation of the frequency of the records it was structured a metatext. The result of the analysis has shown the students' difficulty to realize their records, to express their interpretations and understandings in their mathematical activities by using the English language. It was noticed that the activity performed using the software Geogebra, based on the constructionist view, make possible the students to identify the modification and acquisition of new concepts.

A linguagem e a neuróbica: a leitura e a narrativa como prática da ginástica laboral

A neuróbica é um conjunto de atividades que necessitam mobilizar extensas áreas do córtex cerebral para serem realizadas. Esta mobilização neuronal acarreta a formação de estímulos que fazem com que células especiais do tecido nervoso produzam neurotrofinas. Estas neurotrofinas agem sobre os neurônios fazendo com que seus prolongamentos cresçam para procurar novos contatos sinápticos o que em, última análise, da maior longevidade não só para este neurônio, mas para o neurônio que foi incluído no circuito pela nova sinapse realizada. Por isso trata-se de uma verdadeira ginastica para o cérebro. Acreditando que a leitura de textos criativos e com narrativa cheia de detalhes e cenas inusitadas e espetaculares são textos que podem ser usados para este fim, nos propusemos a analisar a obra Reinações de Narizinho de Monteiro Lobato neste contexto. Assim, o objetivo deste trabalho é Identificar se a leitura do texto da obra de Monteiro Lobato Reinações de Narizinho, pode fornecer elementos que desencadeiam a mobilização das mais diferentes áreas do córtex cerebral fazendo com que possa ser considerada uma leitura neuróbica. Para tal, realizamos um levantamento bibliográfico sobre a temática da neuróbica na tentativa de identificar a prática desta atividade na leitura de textos que estimulam a imaginação e cognição. A conclusão deste trabalho é que a atividade de leitura é um imenso campo para a prática da neuróbica, e que aqueles textos que permitem o aguçar dos sentidos e emoções como é o exemplo de Reinações de Narizinho de Monteiro Lobato, podem ser utilizados como meio para a prática do exercício neuronal, pois estimulam amplamente a utilização de áreas corticais e circuitos neuronais localizados em diversas regiões cerebrais, dentre elas, a área da visão, sistema límbico, região do giro angular e supramarginal (áreas 39 e 40 de Brodmann, consideradas como integrantes...

Aquisição e interpretação de dados geofísicos e geológicos em mina de manganês supergênicos na região de Itapira (SP)

The mineral sector is of utmost importance for Brazilian economic growth, an area which depends on basic geological research to enlarge known deposits and in process of mining, besides discovering new occurrences and mineral deposits. This set of activities is named mineral research, which planning involves economy concepts, market demands and use of methods and techniques for geological evaluation, direct and indirect. This paper aim at performing geophysical detailing on occurrences of supergenic manganese located in the northwest portion of the State of São Paulo, Itapira, for spatial dimensioning of mineral targets, besides the attempt to correlate among the content on physical parameter measured by geophysics. The lack of scientific publications by Brazilian researchers in this theme, availability of previous studies for the selected targets, commercial importance of the mineral goods for the Brazilian Trade Balance, justify the performance of the present research project

A dança da situação: refletindo sobre os elementos que compõem a linguagem estético-expressiva presente na construção da obra A Mão do Meio - Sinfonia Lúdica, coreografada por Denise Namura e Michael Bugdahn

A Cie. <<à fleur de peau>>, fundada em 1988 pela brasileira Denise Namura e pelo alemão Michael Bugdahn, sediada na França, desenvolve uma linguagem estéticoexpressiva própria, caracterizada por integrar áreas artísticas distintas, como a dança, as artes circenses, o teatro e a mímica. Tal confluência decorre da formação de ambos os fundadores, atuais diretores e coreógrafos da companhia de dança-teatro. O intercâmbio dessa companhia com o Brasil é constante, incluindo apresentações de seus espetácul os, coreografias para outras companhias e oficinas. Em uma de suas vindas à cidade de São Paulo, no ano de 2013, tivemos a oportunidade de entrar em contato com a pesquisa de linguagem da Cie. Em 2014, os fundadores foram convidados a coreografar um espetáculo infantil para a Cia. de Danças de Diadema, localizada no ABCDMR paulista. Este estudo partiu do interesse em conhecer o trabalho desenvolvido por Namura e Bugdahn. A partir desse encontro, pudemos observar, relatar e refletir sobre como ocorreu a tran smissão dessa linguagem estético-expressiva no processo de criação do espetáculo A Mão do Meio - Sinfonia Lúdica aos bailarinos da companhia diademense. Para tanto, acompanhamos os ensaios referentes ao espetáculo durante os períodos anterior e posterior à pré-estreia e à estreia oficial do espetáculo. Posteriormente, foi possível tecer outra reflexão, dessa vez sobre os elementos teatrais componentes dessa linguagem, que a tornam diferente em relação ao processo de criação artística e apresentação da obra

Alfabetização e letramento: a cultura escrita de alunos que iniciam o ensino fundamental II

As the Elementary School expanded quantitatively at the end of last century, a new social debate started on the quality of the education offered in public schools. Among many concerns and questions, there was the quality of literacy of the young people that finished the Basic Stage of Education. Federal documents drawn up over the last years, such as the National Pact for Literacy at the Right Age, defend that the obligatory literacy takes place until the end of the third grade of Elementary School. Based on this, it is intended that, at the end of the 5th school year of this education step, the students master the social practices of reading and writing that let them pursue their literacy process in the following school years. In this sense, the present study intended to observe and think over how the alphabetization (reading and writing technology acquisition) and literacy (using of written language in different social practices) processes happened at the end of the Elementary School I. In order to exploit to the full the meanings and conceptions involved in the presented theme, it was decided, methodologically, to elaborate a qualitative research, in where the adopted procedure was data survey and bibliographic research of authors that conceptualize, explain, relate and distinguish alphabetization from literacy. Next, it was performed a documental research based on laws and other Federal documents, from the State of São Paulo and from the municipality of Rio Claro-SP, observing the established discussion with the studied academic productions, as well as attributions given to the public school to perform the process of alphabetization and literacy. The visitation of these papers was also considered necessary for the understanding of expected knowledge, capabilities and skills of the student that finishes Elementary School I. Percepção e Linguagem: Descrição de Figuras Ambíguas por Alunos Universitários da Área Biológica

Departing from a Merleau-Pontyan concept of linguistic mediation of perception, we ran a cognitive experiment, having the goal of studying how the perception of ambiguous figures is expressed in verbal linguage. Two of the figures mix biological and technological forms, while the third mixes two biological forms. We asked a group of a 120 undergraduate Biology students from State University of São Paulo (UNESP) to write about their perception of three ambiguous figures. We made an analysis of descriptive categories that appeared in the responses and used a qualitative method (Discourse of the Collective Subject) to reconstruct the main features of the linguistic expression of preceptual processes.
