This work dealt with the main urban problems Elevated President Costa e Silva, who is the main target of São Paulo's urban criticism. Several factors that are directly related to the presence of the High Expressway in the city, as its road importance, for example were also analyzed. Based on the history of the area around the high and their design, we examined its geographic disposition and its road importance, followed by analysis of its urban problems above the expressway below expresses life and the social question about the presence of Minhocão . Were also made analysis on urban transport and the car culture that led to the design of the High Expressway. Were also raised examples of similar cases around the world to establish parameters for subsequent conceptual framework and guidelines for intervention. Memórias subterrâneas, histórias (re) visitadas: a contribuição metodologia da história oral em estudos de grupos étnicos

This article aims to reflect on the contribution of oral history in studies involving memory and identity of ethnic groups. Problematic issues here are part of the result of two recently completed researches, which consisted of reconstructing the memory of Afro-Brazilians from the methodology of oral history. These surveys were intended to transpose, into written language, memories transmitted by oral tradition and which was confined to family circles. The first was to investigate the process of identification and transmission of knowledge from a black cultural practice in the countryside of São Paulo (Piracicaba, Capivari, and Tietê), the Batuque of Umbigada, and the second to reconstruct the stories and culture of Afro-Brazilians in the city of Itu, São Paulo.

From the concepts of Greimas’ way of life and happening and routine from Zilberberg, we analyse a photoreport which highlights the actress Ilka Soares, comparing her to texts of the session “To the woman”. The analysis of such texts lets us verify the behaviour of a distinguished professional which is different from the traditional model of the housewife of the fifties. Memória, História e Patrimônio: perspectivas comtemporâneas da pesquisa histórica

It should be noted that the studies for some time been considering the historical importance of objects and space as components of memory - or “places of memory” in the words of Pierre Nora. The memory would thus be defi ned as an imaginary dimension of society, a mental universe that acquires and social substance that creates the individual with a “social whole” in an open line of work by M. Halbwachs. And this notion of memory allows us to grasp the question sheet. This cult of memory had its place also rise through the delimitation of national heritage - as Françoise Choay, since the establishment of categories of historical monuments in France in 1837. The discussion on equity has progressed in recent decades, as it is conceived as objects, spaces, knowledge and events become “intangible heritage” because it has reference value to the community. It is considered that the references are the property constituting the objects of memory formation, forms of work-life past or present. Anyway, heritage presents itself as the embodiment of a discourse about the past.

The paper presents a work project developed by the Laboratory of Studies and Research in History Teaching of Unesp/campus Assis (LEPEDIH), which the classroom is understood as a place of construction of historical knowledge through experiences, between students, teachers and future teachers that add teaching, research and extension, in a way that occur the approach between university and public elementary schools in order that participants can relate the study of history with their own life.

This text, essayistic character, aims to make some reflections on the dispute or supposed conflict that exists between two elements that have become essential in the constitution of the philosophical domain, in order to assess their contribution in the ethical field. On the one hand, we find the rational dimension, which is marked and has acquired certain predominance in western thought. On the other hand, the dimension of passion, that throughout the history of philosophy, has been subject to exclusion and devaluation, making it as if it were an obstacle to the formulation of ideas and universal values true and substantial. If one looks at the world seeing them or giving it a necessary and essential character, the other tends to recognize the contingent aspect of reality, seeing in it the possibility of accidental and uncertain.

Obesity is a growing problem all over the world, reaching all age groups and social categories. This is a concern ing fact, because the current life style, more and more sedentary, favors the develop of this disease. Children suffer with this ill more and more prematurely and many of its consequences will be carried during all their lives. With the intention of better understand the relationship between obesity and children's motor development, the present research investigated, through psychomotor evaluations of equilibrium and appendicular motor coordination, based on the Exame Neurológico Evolutivo (ENE), the existence of changes in the performance of this variables in obese children and children with normal weight, in their first year on fundamental education in a public state school. The static equilibrium presented itself lower than normal in obese, compared to the normal weight group. Statistically significant differences were not found in respect to dynamic equilibrium and appendicular motor coordination. With that, we can conclude that the static equilibrium suffered influence of obesity, because the centre of gravity might have been changed due to excessive weight

História natural do Bacurau-Chintã (Hydropsalis parvula): comportamento de forrageamento, migração e caracterização dos poleiros de pouso e vocalização. -

A família Caprimulgidae apresenta distribuição cosmopolita, porém as regiões mais quentes, como os neotrópicos, detêm a maior diversidade de espécies. Ocorrem em quase todos os tipos de hábitat. São aves basicamente insetívoras, de hábitos noturnos (maioria das espécies). Os conhecimentos a cerca desta família são, ainda, escassos. O bacurau-chintã (Hydropsalis parvula) pertence a esta família de aves e, do mesmo modo, pouco se sabe sobre sua biologia. O presente estudo teve o intuito de trazer novas informações sobre comportamento de forrageamento, uso de poleiros e a distribuição da espécie no Brasil. Os estudos de campo foram realizados durante o segundo semestre dos anos de 2011 a 2013, no período noturno, em uma área situada aos fundos do campus da UNESP de Rio Claro, SP. Os aspectos referentes à forrageamento e uso de poleiros foram anotados em planilhas de campo, sendo posteriormente compilados em planilhas eletrônicas e analisados em software de análises estatísticas. A distribuição da espécie foi estudada por meio da compilação de registros em meios eletrônicos (bases de dados e buscas online) referências bibliográficas e registros cedidos por terceiros. As datas de chegada e saída da espécie para a área de estudo foram registradas com o objetivo de identificar o período de permanência da mesma no local, já que a espécie é localmente migratória. Foram observados: 55 eventos de forrageamento, dos quais 45 foram considerados independentes e incluídos nas análises; e 58 eventos de uso de poleiro (todos incluídos nas análises). Foram compilados 767 registros da espécie, distribuídos por todos os estados brasileiros e um mapa de distribuição foi elaborado. As datas de chegada da espécie à área de estudo foram obtidas para os anos de 2009 a 2014 e as de saída para os anos de 2010 a 2012.
