Education is a basic right of every citizen guaranteed by the Federal Constitution of 1988, so that everyone is able to exercise their civil, political, economic and social. But in Brazil, this right has not yet been effected in all its concreteness and current privatization strategy have brought change to the right to education. Recent research from GREPPE (Group of Studies and Research in Educational Policy) identify different modalities of privatization of basic education, with emphasis on the privatization of supply, management and organization of the pedagogical work through the adoption of private educational systems. This study aimed to identify and discuss how the issue of privatization of education in Brazil is currently being treated in journal articles contained in the database SciELO - Scientific Electronic Library Online. SciELO is an electronic library covering a selected collection of Brazilian scientific journals. The research is qualitative and the same descriptors privatization were used + education

Atualmente versam no campo da educação inúmeras discussões, dentre elas a questão da gestão escolar e sua atuação nas instituições de ensino, públicas, privadas ou outras. Um aspecto, portanto que inquieta esta pesquisa, são os estudos sobre administração escolar e quais são as novas tendências da gestão escolar para atenderem as exigências da sociedade moderna. Paira sobre tal inquietação a necessidade de identificar, descrever e refletir sobre o que os novos estudiosos da administração escolar têm pensado sobre as formas atuais de se administrar as instituições de ensino nas últimas décadas. Para tanto, uma pesquisa bibliográfica norteará este trabalho, tornando possível conhecer e refletir sobre tais pensamentos, para beneficiar a todos os gestores, educadores e indivíduos diretamente envolvidos no processo educacional das instituições de ensino

The aim of this study was to evaluate the evolution of calibration and maintenance practices for crop sprayers on soybean production areas in Brazil, in the 2006 and 2007 seasons, based on the Project IPP data. Therefore, the evaluation covered issues related to calibration, maintenance condition and the main components of 103 sprayers distributed in the following states: Rio Grande do Sul (35), Paraná (60), and, Mato Grosso do Sul (8). The evaluations were done at the rate of one sprayer per farm. The most frequent problems were related to the pressure gauge, spray leaks and calibration errors greater than 50% of the desired volume rate. The analysis of the application rate showed a tendency for the farmers to apply volume rates below the desired value. In 2006 the errors of the application rate were significant, with 70.4% for Rio Grande do Sul State, 74.5% for Paraná State and 37.5% for Mato Grosso do Sul State. In 2007 there was a reduction of errors, with averages of 50.0% for Rio Grande do Sul and 66.7% for Paraná. In general terms, the results showed improvements on the use, maintenance and calibration processes for crop sprayers on the areas covered by the Project IPP, with reductions on average indexes for calibration errors, leaks and bad tips, among other issues.

This paper presents a study based on bibliographic research on LTE technology, chosen for the fourth generation of mobile phones, and the current status of implementation of 4G network in Brazil. The change in user behavior, which now uses data over the voice services, requires transmission networks to be increasingly robust and fast to enable the viewing of videos and use of other platforms that require internet connection. The retrospective of the development of mobile technologies, from 1G up to 4G that is currently used, shows the long road until it came to appliances and how the phone is used nowadays. Finally, the popularity of smartphones and hence the growing number of people with access to 4G networks, demanded new researchs for the development of future generations technologies in order to achieve the demand for speed enabling significant changes in user experience
