Estratégias para disseminação do conhecimento organizacional: o papel da arquitetura da informação

Introduction: Organizations are expending more and more, the spaces electronic / digital (Internet / intranet / extranet) as a way to efficiently manage information and knowledge in the organizational environment. The management of inputs informational and intellectual belongings ranges from the strategic level to the operational level; the results demonstrate the strength of the socialization of organizational strategies. Objective: To reflect on the role of information architecture for the development of electronic spaces / digital in organizational environments. Methodology: Analytical study supported by specialized literature, based on three aspects emphasized by Morville and Rosenfeld (2006) and applied to information architecture: context, content and user studies beyond the search and use of information Choo (2006) which also highlights three aspects: situational dimensions, cognitive needs and emotional reactions. Results: In the context of the Web environment organizations have a large number of sites for brands / products that have mostly no organizational structure or shared navigation. The results show that when a department needs to contact another department must do so in order offline. Conclusion: The information architecture has become essential for the development of management information systems that makes possible to easily find and access data and information, as well as helps in developing distinct hierarchies to structure the distribution of content, promoting developed quality and effectiveness of the management systems.

In the Learning Society, understand the nature of digital information is relevant for librarians, which broadened its performance, it must create, organize, add metadata, and evaluate usability and accessibility to disseminate digital information in environments web. This paper discusses the creation and implementation of the Information Architecture discipline as discipline in courses of Science Librarian of Universidade Federal do Ceará. It is an analysis evidenced from observations in the classroom. The methodology of this study is anchored in the qualitative approach and has a descriptive character. As a result, we present the construction process of the aims of discipline, the menu and the curriculum.

Doses e épocas de aplicação de potássio na cultura da soja em sucessão a plantas de cobertura

Potassium (K) is the second nutrient that is required in larger amounts by soybean crop. With the use of high doses of that nutrient and increase of no-tillage areas in last years, some changes occurred in ways of this nutrient application, as well as the introduction of cover crops in the system for straw formation. Due those facts, the aim with this work was to study doses and times of potassium application for soybean sowed as succession for cover crops in no-tillage system, in a clayey Distrofic Red Latosol, in cerrado region. The experimental design was a randomized block with treatments arranged in 3x3x5 factorial scheme, with the following factors, cover crops: Pearl millet (Pennisetum glaucum) and Proso millet (Panicum miliaceum) and a control (fallow area), rates of K2O (0, 50 e 100 kg ha(-1)) and K2O application forms (100% in the cover crops; 100% at sowing of soybean; 100% in topdressing in soybean; 50% at sowing cover crops + 50% at soybean sowing; 50% at soybean sowing + 50% in topdressing in the soybean) with four replicates. The Pennisetum glaucum as soybean predecessor crop yields higher dry matter content than the Panicum miliaceum in a short period of time. In clay soil with high content of potassium there was no response to the applied potassium levels. Full doses of potassium maintenance fertilization can be applied in the predecessor cover crop, at sowing or topdressing in soybean crop.

Ácidos graxos da gordura de cobertura do contrafilé de bovinos Nelore e Canchim terminados em confinamento e alimentados com diferentes níveis de concentrado nas dietas

The objective was to evaluate fatty acids composition of the back fat in loin meat (Longissimus muscle) from Nellore and Canchim young bulls. The animals were finished at feedlot and received sugar cane diets with two concentrate levels (40 and 60% of dry matter). The concentrates were formulated with sunflower grains, corn, soybean meal, dry sugar cane yeast, urea and mineral mixture. The experimental design was a completely randomized design with a 2x2 factorial arrangement (genetic group x concentrate level), and the results were submitted to the variance analysis and means compared by Tukey test at 5% probability, when the interaction was significant. The loin backfat of Nellore bulls had higher concentration of conjugated linoleic acids than Canchim bulls (0.86 and 0.59%, respectively). On the other hand, the loin back fat of Canchim bulls had higher concentrations of estearic (17.07%) and linoleic acids (2.40%) and polyunsaturated fatty acids than Nellore bulls, that showed values of 13.47 and 1.44%, respectively. The Nellore and Canchim loin back fat presents significant amounts of beneficial fatty acids to human health. Levels of 40 and 60% of concentrate in the diet did not alter the fatty acids composition of loin backfat.

Degradação de palhada e liberação de nitrogênio por plantas de cobertura sob plantio direto

Crops used to cover the ground may also release nitrogen into the soil during mineralization. However, it is necessary to identify species that combine fast nutrient release and longer permanence of the straw on the soil surface. The aim of this study was to investigate straw degradation and nitrogen release from cover crops under no-tillage cropping systems. The field trial was performed during two growing seasons in summer (2008/2009 and 2009/2010) in the Cerrado region of Brazil. The experimental design was a randomized block in factorial arrangement. Treatments were the combination of five plants (four cover crops species, 1 - Panicum maximum, 2- Brachiaria ruziziensis, 3. Brachiaria brizantha and 4. Pennisetum glaucum [millet], and fallow as a control) with six sampling times (first six weeks after application of glyphosate on the cover crops). Pennisetum glaucum and fallow showed faster straw degradation and nitrogen release. The cover crops Panicum maximum, Brachiaria brizantha and Brachiaria ruziziensis stood out in biomass production and in the amount of nitrogen in their shoots but had the lowest coefficients of degradation and persisted longer on the soil surface than Pennisetum glaucum and fallow.

Paralelização de algoritmos de trimap utilizando a arquitetura Cuda

Techniques of image combination, with extraction of objects to set a final scene, are very used in applications from photos montages to cinematographic productions. These techniques are called digital matting. With them is possible to decrease the cost of productions, because it is not necessary for the actor to be filmed in the location where the final scene occurs. This feature also favors its use in programs made to digital television, which demands a high quality image. Many digital matting algorithms use markings done on the images, to demarcate what is the foreground, the background and the uncertainty areas. This marking is called trimap, which is a triple map containing these three informations. The trimap is done, typically, from manual markings. In this project, methods were created that can be used in digital matting algorithms, with restriction of time and without human interaction, that is, the creation of an algorithm that generates the trimap automatically. This last one can be generated from the difference between a color of an arbitrary background and the foreground, or by using a depth map. It was also created a matting method, based on the Geodesic Matting (BAI; SAPIRO, 2009), which has an inferior processing time then the original one. Aiming to improve the performance of the applications that generates the trimap and of the algorithms that generates the alphamap (map that associates a value to the transparency of each pixel of the image), allowing its use in applications with time restrictions, it was used the CUDA architecture. Mapeamento da condutividade hidráulica da cobertura do aquífero Guarani, situado na bacia hidrográfica dos rios Jacaré-Guaçú e Jacaré-Pepira, na porção centro-norte do estado de São Paulo

Given the importance of preserving the water quality of the Guarani Aquifer, the work done in the hydrographic basin of the rivers Jacaré-Guaçú e Jacaré-Pepira, located in the central-northern São Paulo state, was made to map the hydraulic conductivity from the use of some empirical methods associated with granulometric analysis and in situ testing, specifically with the Guelph permeameter. All results were submitted to a correlation analysis and subsequently mapped using the methodology of minimum curvature, based on numerical techniques Spline. These procedures provide for studies of aquifer vulnerability and assist in decision making in environmental projects and guidelines for urban planning

Americanismos: uma outra perspectiva das eleições de 2012 nos EUA

O objetivo desse relatório é explicar e delimitar a criação do site “Americanismos: uma outra perspectiva das eleições de 2012 nos EUA”, que foi produto de uma experiência de campo no âmbito do jornalismo internacional, baseado nos preceitos teóricos e práticos estudados no curso de Jornalismo da Unesp e apresentado como trabalho de conclusão de curso (TCC). O blog criado, hospedado no domínio www.americanismos.net, também baseado em conceitos teóricos do jornalismo digital, é uma coletânea de reportagens, infográficos, vídeos, imagens e edição jornalística, organizados sob pautas da cobertura das eleições de 2012 nos Estados Unidos da América. A plataforma escolhida foi a digital, como forma de experimento do papel do correspondente internacional às luzes das novas mídias. Esse relatório pretende esmiuçar os caminhos do processo criativo e elencar os elementos utilizados para a criação do blog, bem como explicar a abordagem utilizada para reportar o universo que circunda as eleições nos EUA

Avaliação da cobertura de formas de vida no estrato herbáceo e sua relação com a diversidade da regeneração natural de lenhosas em Mata Atlântica

A comunidade vegetal pode ser constituída por diversas formas de vida, envolvendo desde plantas vasculares a não vasculares, bem como uma ampla gama de grupos taxonômicos e funcionais. Sendo considerada parte integrante do ciclo de crescimento florestal associados às fases iniciais do estabelecimento e desenvolvimento deste ciclo. Espécies herbáceas e subarbustivas, uma guilda importante, mesmo dentro de formações florestais, possuem um grande poder de colonização e modificação da comunidade, com isso o estabelecimento de indivíduos de porte arbóreo pode ser restringido pelo aumento de biomassa dessas espécies, pois tais vegetais por encobrirem o solo podem inviabilizar o processo germinativo do banco de sementes, transitório ou permanente. Este estudo analisou a relação entre cobertura de Arecaceae, Samambaias, Poaceae e Bromeliaceae, e a densidade e diversidade da regeneração natural de lenhosas em um trecho de Floresta Ombrófila Densa situada no Parque Estadual Carlos Botelho. Formam inventariadas 120 parcelas contidas em 6 transectos. Cada transecto contou com 20 parcelas (1m X 1m), sendo que 10 delas estavam inseridas em locais onde ocorrem manchas de Calathea communis (Maranthaceae) e as outras 10 em locais desprovidos desta espécie. Os indivíduos regenerantes foram divididos em 3 classes de altura, a classe A compreendeu plântulas lenhosas de 10 a 15 cm, a classe B de 16 a 50 cm e a classe C envolveu jovens de 50 a 150 cm.. A quantificação da cobertura das diferentes guildas foi realizada em manchas com presença e ausência de Calathea communis, no interior das parcelas. Através de uma análise de variância, conclui-se que existe uma tendência da Calathea communis interferir na cobertura de todas as formas de vida estudadas.
