The protection and distribution systems for the electrics equipments are really important for the safety of products, process and final users, for an enterprise or even for a residence. For that, it’s necessary the utilization of low voltage switchboards for controlling the feeding of a charge, avoiding any kind of abnormality that can eventually occur. It’s necessary to pay attention in the cubicles conditions, and always verify if they are in accordance to the norms of the product, verifying also any kind of physical damage for the operator and/or users. In this line, the present graduation work analyses the low voltage switchboards in the college, checking if they are attending the actual standards, suggesting some improvements and later making a simulation of the creation of a new panel that reach all the needing in substitution of this actual, through the software Simaris. Using the research and lecture of norms and regulations for verifying the problems, this way we could register the greatest acting failures. These actions are made for becoming aware to the university about the danger in using electrics equipments without a minimum degree of protection, allowed by the law, and attempting to the urgency in changing this fails

Inventário da ictiofauna do alto rio Paraíba do Sul e caracterização molecular das espécies encontradas

The state of São Paulo has four main drainages: Paraná river, Paraíba do Sul river, Ribeira do Iguape river and coastal rivers. The Paraíba do Sul river is born in Sao Paulo and drains an important range of land east of the state. Its ichthyofauna has some similarities and many differences from the continental and coastal drainages which highlights the importance of this study. Surveys conducted in the ichthyofauna of this basin, as in other large river basins in Brazil, is still incomplete. Moreover, there is no consensus about the taxonomic status of many species listed in these surveys. Considering the promising use of DNA barcode as a global system for species identification, the present study is aimed to establishing an inventory of the ichthyofauna of the São Paulo portion of the river Paraíba do Sul and simultaneously build a DNA barcode reference sequence library for fish found. Were obtained and analyzed 354 sequences of the gene cytochrome oxidase c subunit I (COI) belonging to 66 species of São Paulo portion of the Paraíba do Sul river. The average K2P distance between individuals within species of this basin was 0.48%, and 9,87% between species within a genus. Five pairs of species (10 species) showed low levels of interspecific genetic divergence (<2%),but all could be correctly identified. This study showed that the fish species analyzed could be identified efficiently through the use of barcode generating data that can provide information for further studies of this fauna, besides contributing to the global initiative to characterize the species of fish in the world of a molecular point of view. O Relações Públicas como agente fundamental para a implantação de um Programa de Marketing de Relacionamento

This work of course conclusion aim to do the elaboration of a model of implantation of a Program of Relationship Marketing in an organization of visual communication in Bauru, São Paulo. The bibliographical revision evidences the evolution of the marketing in accordance with the necessities of each period, as well as the evolution of the profession of Public Relations that throughout the time accumulated many functions. Therefore, to implant the Relationship Marketing is necessary that the marketing may be faced as an enterprise philosophy, so that all workers have the focus in the customer’s satisfaction. The proposal of implantation of a Program of Relationship Marketing is validated by a basic agent, the Public Relations, who is able to work integrated with the Marketing Department to manage the process completely. The proposal elaborated is personalized, at the same time, is made having as base a previous diagnosis and an analysis of 3 Puts of the organization, so that, do a strategical planning of implantation of this new culture focused in the customer, based in the relationship

Seleção de fornecedores em uma indústria de transformadores utilizando o método de análise hierárquica

The optimal supply chain management (SCM) is considered by the companies a new frontier in order to gain efficiently competitive advantage. Through the SCM companies must define their competitive strategies by positioning inside the supply chain wich belongs both as suppliers and as consumers. The main objectives of SCM is integrate multiple suppliers to satisfy the market demand and make possible the synergies between the parts of the supply chain in order to better serve the consumer Meanwhile, selection, evaluation and development of suppliers play important roles in establishing an efficient supply chain. Thus, the SCM covers elements such as manufacturing, assembly, raw materials, and distribution to the final consumer. Due to the factors described, the focus of this paper is to present the Analytic Hierarchical Process (AHP) application as an appropriate and structured method for the supplier selection of a strategic line of low voltage transformers of a transformers industry and compare it with the selection process currently used by this industry, showing the advantages of applying a multiple criteria decision making method. Considerações sobre o gerenciamento da construção civil em obras residenciais verticais

The civil construction is an industrial sector of great economic importance and that it comes exponentially growing in the country. However, this activity is deficient in its management processes, and in this context that the management of construction as a way of organizing and controlling all the technical and construction of an enterprise. The literature shows that the manager has a key role throughout the process of planning, execution and analysis of the results of the work being of prime importance that all steps have its due attention in order to avoid any technical problems or lack information. The management’s main objective is the transparency of technical and financial information to investors and their assessments of physical and financial performances of the work intervened positively in quality, deadlines and costs. In this sense, this paper aims to present consideration about the proper management of a residential development in vertical construction
