Many studies have shown a variety of benefits that the practice of Ballroom Dancing can bring, such as leisure and entertainment, the release of tension from a stressful routine, improving relationships, expanding social contacts. The rationale of this study is by the need to evaluate a different sphere of life of people involving the structure that is the personality. The man is humanized in contact with other men and the culture it is almost impossible to grow it in isolation, that is, are the social relationships that allow men to become human and her personality structure. The relationship brought about by the ballroom dancing can benefit the development of personality or simply put individuals in situations that provide a greater understanding of yourself, as this activity has characteristics that greatly facilitate social contact between people who practice it as the relationship between gentleman and lady for a dance, the contact with people in different classes, social events where it is practiced and even the music that is danced. This work aimed to be able to identify the type or types, the most common personalities exist in one group of participants in a course of Ballroom, based on the technique of Enneagram developed and disseminated by Gurdjieff, whose characteristic is to divide into nine different personality types. Participants were 42 students of the extent to ballroom dancing. We administered a questionnaire to identify the personality of each participant and then there was a second observation time the behavior of six participants in the class for confirmation of your psychological type to issofoi used a checklist developed by the author. Was also investigated whether there are differences of gender and psychological types who seek more such activity. 1792, Madri. After years of inactivity, the Spanish Inquisition is born again with the mission of containing the laic winds that blow from the revolutionary France. Inês Bilbatúa, a rich merchant’s daugther, is victim of the inquisitorial machinery which tortures and violates her, through one of their abetters, the Dominican monk Lorenzo. Before being arrested, the young lady had served as model for the painter Francisco of Goya, who had also portrayed the monk Lorenzo. The Aragonese painter’s figure serves as narrative conductor of a history that narrates the young Inês’ via crucis and, at the same time, it recreates the historical scenery of the Napoleonic invasion (1808), through a basic element, the painting. Our work intends to analyze the relationships among movie, painting and history present in “Goya’s ghosts” (2006), of the Czech director Milos Forman (1932) - whose script was adapted to a homonymous book in 2007 -, a movie that is based on the artistic production of Francisco of Goya y Lucientes (1746 -1828), official painter of Carlos’ IV (1788 -1808) court and the most lucid columnist of his time, that knew how to capture in his works the religious fanaticism, the populist fervour, the governor’s hypocrisy and the horror and the violence of the war.

The dulce de leche or milk candy is a food widely consumed in Brazil, which shows typical characteristics of taste, color, flavor and texture. The lady-finger red pepper is regularly present on the Brazilian people table as this product contains a pungent flavor favoring various spices; and it is also rich in ascorbic acid (vitamin C) which is an excellent antioxidant. This study aimed at developing a dulce de leche containing lady-finger red pepper, and to determine the composition of the product. Also, the ascorbic acid contents were quantified in products stored for different periods (0, 30 and 60 days). The product acceptance by consumers on the sensory characteristics was evaluated by means of hedonic scale for color, aroma, flavor and texture attributes. The composition of the product was in accordance with the legislation in force, and the ascorbic acid contents were practically stable during the storage, and the sensory analyses indicated that the red pepper-containing dulce de leche was well accepted.

This paper presents a non-heterosexual young lady s Narrative Life History. By presenting it, we aim to understanding how desire, (in)visibility and the processes of exclusion are articulated in relation to the experience of homoeroticism, especially within the family. By this, we are able to point out some homophobic aspects, modes of how the device of closet operates and how some expectations and demands exert pressures over a non-heterosexual member in the family. In this case study, the way her family lived her sexuality depended on a strong family ties, such as: the secret about sexuality. Such secret, according to our hypothesis, was produced and preserved by homophobia which served as the major aspect on the construction of gender and (dis)unity of the family. Coffee husk is an abundant by-product generated by the coffee industry and it can be used for the production of-value-added phenolic compounds. Currently, this residue has no commercial use due to the presence of anti-nutritional compounds and it is returned to the soil or burned. The aim of this study was to evaluate the content of phenolic compounds in Robusta coffee husk, the adequacy of this residue as substrate for fermentation processes, as well as evaluating the influence of fungal solid state fermentation to obtain phenolic compounds from this residue. In the present study, the use of different solvents for the extraction of polyphenols was evaluated and the content was found to be in the range of 96.9-159.5 mg of galic acid (GA).g(-1) substrate, depending on the solvent used. The best solvent was acetone, therefore it was selected for extraction. Studies were carried out to evaluate the effect of solid-state fermentation in the release of phenolic compounds, using the filamentous fungi Penicillium purpurogenum. The total phenolic content increased from 159.5 up to 243.2 mg GA.g(-1) substrate as a result the solid-state fermentation.

This paper embraces the tapestry, from Cluny Museum: La Dame a la Licorne. There are in two types of analyses: One is a diachronic vew and also a sincrhonic, which guide its pratice. In the tapestry La Dame a la Licorne at the Cluny Museum a reading based over the myths and symbols was the main line. \The first analyses, diachronic covers the temporality of the tapestry production, the second one, synchronic, describes the level of history, religion and myths envolved. This work consists in a process of actualization and an effort to bring closely the discussion over tapestry, using methods applied to non-verbal readings.
