Resumo:
This paper analyses how innovations and educational reforms affect curricular construction at public schools. It aims at reflecting if the Curricular Proposal for the state of So Paulo preserves the autonomy and identity of schools, if it respects their pedagogical political project, without attempting to homogenize them; how it changes everyday school life, teachers practices, interpersonal relationships and power relations. We depart from the presupposition that this proposal adopts principles of the educational reforms started in the middle of the 90s, such as: adoption of national guidelines; introduction of market mechanisms, generating the fragility of teachers representation and their de professionalization; relativity of the States role; stimuli to partnerships between public and private institutions in the fields of administration, allocation of financial resources for teaching and implementation of external evaluating systems. At the same time, official discourse highlights decentralization, democratic administration, community participation. Some of these principles are recurrent in curriculum reforms: emphasis on the knowledge society, pedagogy of competencies and of learning to learn. In this way, we understand that the proposal aims at homogenizing school knowledge and curriculum practices, representing the notion of curriculum as product. We consider that the novelty and relevance of implemented measures demand further research, and that will be implemented by the author in 2010.

In this article we aimed the identification and the analysis of the textual configuration aspects from the speeches of the high authorities of public instruction in So Paulo contained in Annuarios do ensino do estado de So Paulo, centrally those published between 1907 and 1927, on the direction of public instruction and its teachers statewide. This formulation resulted from the need to search the peculiar aspects of these discourses, that is, from a conductor thread through which and by vitue of which these discourses have been produced. It was concluded at the end, the common orientation mentioned to speeches was to bring the idea together, a sense of unity to the sphere of public education in the state, which would characterize the called school apparatus in So Paulo.

O objetivo do presente estudo foi avaliar os discursos presentes na literatura a respeito do Currculo do Estado de So Paulo, especificamente a proposta de Educação Fsica. Para isso, foi realizada uma anlise das produes da rea nas temticas: propostas curriculares, Educação Fsica escolar e sistematizao de contedos. Foram encontrados referenciais tericos que apresentavam diversas vantagens e desvantagens a respeito do Currculo do Estado de So Paulo. Entre as principais vantagens encontradas pode-se perceber que h uma sequncia didtica significativa desenvolvida no atual Currculo do Estado de So Paulo; os materiais didticos foram considerados fundamentais para os professores e para os alunos e percebeu-se ainda a necessidade de sistematizao dos contedos na rea de Educação Fsica. J entre as principais, verificou-se que o documento considerado autoritrio, pois o professor recebe a proposta pronta e acabada; faltam recursos materiais para trabalhar os temas propostos; falta de formao profissional para os professores efetivamente terem condies de implementarem o currculo e o mesmo no considera o contexto do professor e do aluno

This work presents results of art state that searched articles to bring in its wake the relationship between Teaching of Chemistry (TC), Environmental Education (EE) and the Teaching of Chemistry directed from the Science Technology and Society (STS) standpoint. The research was carried by articles surveying in major magazines Brazilian Environmental Education and a reference in the research magazine of Science Education, being performed a qualitative analysis of those items that were identified. It was noted that little is produced on the subject of interest within this field, in mid-1998 to June 2012. In the articles analyzed did not find a perspective that allied relationship STS and EE, or EE, STS and TC. Nine articles were found in relation EE and TC, and TC and three articles STS, constituting two thematic axes: Relationship between Environmental Education and the Teaching of Chemistry and Relationship between Science and Technology Society and Chemistry Teaching, The discussion was given from the contents that comprised the categories created. The first axis involved: a) Teacher of Chemistry and EA b) Contents of Chemistry and EE, and c) Concepts and practices of EE Chemistry teachers. The second axis of the categories are: a) formative processes and conceptions of chemistry teachers in STS: b) Analysis of TC practice focusing STS. There were works produced by the same authors, who mostly used the same theme in different magazines for publication only changing the perspective of analyzing the results. No ano de 2008, a Secretaria do Estado de So Paulo props para todas as escolas estaduais o uso do material didtico para todas as disciplinas, inclusive para a educação fsica, com proposta de atividade para o Ensino Fundamental e o Ensino Mdio. Nas aulas de educação fsica encontram-se professores rola bola, que oferecem a bola aos alunos e no se preocupam com qualquer tipo de interveno. Tambm, encontrams-se professores que procuram ampliar os conhecimentos dos alunos, aprofundando os contedos de educação fsica. Com base nisso, o objetivo deste trabalho foi avaliar o impacto do material didtico na opinio dos professores do 8 ano do Ensino Fundamental. Para tanto, foram realizadas entrevistas com cinco professores, que utilizam o material didtico proposto pela Secretaria do Estado de So Paulo. Aps a anlise dos dados, verificou-se que os professores apresentam a mesma opinio no que diz respeito ao que se deve mudar no material didtico; dois professores acreditam que possvel aplicar o material na ntegra. Alguns professores afirmaram que s vezes necessria a ajuda dos alunos na realizao de algumas atividades. Outros concordam que o material chega quase sempre atrasado e isso prejudica o planejamento, atrasando o desenvolvimento dos contedos.

Nos dias de hoje, com o grande interesse da populao sobre esportes e lazer, a Educação Fsica vem se propagando e se desenvolvendo de diversas formas, entre elas a Escolar e a Acadmica. Em funo disso, surgiu o interesse de descobrir como so as aulas de Educação Fsica no Ensino Mdio. Para tanto, procuramos averiguar, a partir da viso dos professores, quais so os principais pontos negativos da Proposta Curricular do Estado de So Paulo de Educação Fsica rede Pblica Estadual de Ensino. Tendo por base os professores da rede Estadual de Ensino demos incio a esta investigao. Para tanto, foi aplicado um questionrio, contendo 6 questes, em 9 professores da rede. Aps as anlises, os resultados mostraram que grande partes dos entrevistados apiam a iniciativa do Governo Estadual em criar a Propostas Curricular. Tais professores dizem tambm que o ensino melhorou, porm necessrio que melhore e que tanto o profissional de Educação Fsica como a disciplina escolar devem ser mais valorizadas.

Ensino de lutas e educação fsica escolar: o caso do currculo de educação fsica do estado de So Paulo

O atual cenrio do ensino da Educação Fsica no Brasil caracteriza-se como um complexo campo de conflitos, no qual emergem e embrenham-se diferentes proposies terico-metodolgicas, originadas desde meados da dcada de 1980 no processo histrico de emancipao, superao e ressignificao da Educação Fsica. Tais concepes, em contraposio ao criticado e tradicional ensino tcnico-esportivista, prope que na escola os contedos abordados deveriam propiciar a apropriao crtica e autnoma das diversas manifestaes da Cultura de Movimento. Sendo assim, cabe analisar como os professores, autores e no meros aplicadores, lidam com mudanas curriculares. primordial analisar criticamente as prticas pedaggicas dos professores que vivenciam e implementam tais mudanas curriculares. O objetivo desta pesquisa foi investigar como se caracteriza a relao saberes docentes-ensino de lutas entre professores da rede pblica estadual de So Paulo, no cenrio de implementao do currculo oficial de Educação Fsica. Foi realizado um estudo de natureza qualitativa; os dados foram coletados por meio de entrevistas semi-estruturadas com professores e professoras atuantes na rede pblica. Os resultados evidenciaram que o dficit na formao inicial dos professores, contribuiu para o trato pedaggico superficial do contedo lutas em suas aulas. Com isso, dificultando o desenvolvimento do conhecimento pedaggico do contedo dos docentes, que atribuem sua principal fonte de conhecimentos sobre o tema a recortes oriundos da influncia miditica e da proposio de atividades a partir do Currculo de Educação Fsica do Estado de So Paulo. Athletics in most of its history, turned to competition, giving it little pedagogical knowledge, prevailing knowledge grounded in records, indexes and competitions. Thus, although it is considered a classic content of Physical Education, this modality is still not widespread in schools. The present study aimed to investigate possible progress in the teaching and learning of athletics in the State Schools of Bauru from the implementation of the Curriculum of the State of So Paulo for Teaching Physical Education. We attempted to checking the perspective of teachers and students, the changes in teaching and learning as well as difficulties encountered from the deployment. To that end, we conducted survey of the theoretical and practical alternatives developed by Physical Education teachers, about athletics theme, since the implementation of the Curriculum of the State of So Paulo for the Teaching of Physical Education in 2008, in seven (7) state schools in Bauru-Sao Paulo, randomly chosen, prioritizing different regions of the county. There was the purpose of investigating, through questionnaires, interviews (applied to teachers and students), what progress has been achieved with regard to the approach of collegiate athletics in the teaching/learning process, if there are difficulties, what are these and how they could be addressed in order to improve teaching and learning in school athletics. The collected data were analyzed comparatively, before and after implementation of the Curriculum of the State of So Paulo for Physical Education, gathering and specifying negative and/or positive aspects raised by teachers and students. It was concluded that the students' knowledge of the sport has increased, but the practice of sport is still far from being normal to them, doing so is necessary to include content from the earliest school years.
