Repensando o lugar da representação, da transmissão e da experiência no ensino da Filosofia

The question that we develop in this study can be proposed as follows: can knowledge be transmitted in a representational way through an explanation in such a way that the one who is learning does not have an experience itself of what he is learning? Grounded on Hume, Deleuze, Rancière and Gallo, we aim to show that only the experience with the object can promote effective learning, for violating the thought to search by itself for its meaning and for its own understanding, and not for the mere repetition of contents that have been shared and taken as important, as we have seen in schools.

Filosofia da Educação no Brasil: concepções, impasses e desafios para a sua constituição como campo de pesquisa e o seu ensino nasduas últimas décadas

This article analyses the constitutions of the Philosophy of Education’s field in Brazil, from 1990 to the present day, with the purpose of analyzing the genealogy of his “crisis” as a discipline, discussing the dilemmas of its development and to indicate their main challenges today. For such purposes, by means of a genealogical method, we analyze the conceptions of philosophy of education drawn from the theoretical perspective, as well as rebuild historically the clashes caused about certain topics and, particularly, about the human formation. We conclude that the thematic shifts produced and the proliferation of those perspectives were responsible for producing lands to the dialogue between them, however, this strategy does not alleviate some problems of Philosophy of Education in Brazil, demonstrating the presence of two philosophical traditions in the current debate and demanding position of those who work in this field of research and teaching in relation to them.

A materailidade no caminho da efetivação do Espírito na Filosofia de Hegel

Hegel’s identification with idealism may not apprehend adequately his philosophical thinking if one takes it as a definitive and absolute determination because he is a dialectical thinker or even better speculative. In this sense the moment of materiality cannot be just put aside as a contingency but it is more the opposition through which the spirit fulfills itself. This one cannot be what it is without assuming the materiality as well as the matter cannot be effective without being overtaken in the spirit. The totality appointed by Hegel in the absolute spirit means precisely to know and to recognize one another in the other and also by the other as itself. The spirit only raises to itself insofar it assumes its opposition in matter and by being determined it determines itself but this cannot be fulfilled anywhere but in the matter. In the same way the matter cannot be effective without going beyond itself or being considered in thought, that is not as well establishing itself. If the spirit and the matter are effective insofar they are in relation with one another then the primacy of one over the other can only be understood as a result and not as a starting point. In this way the first moment must not be taken as something static but as coming to be.

A filosofia do direito no sistema filosófico hegeliano

The Hegelian philosophy is presented as a progress in relation to other philosophies and it offers to take in itself all the other demonstrations. Thereby, Hegel intends to carry out his philosophical effort towards the establishment of a philosophical system. It is a comprehension recognized and exposed by Hegel in his doctoral thesis, i.e., that philosophy only becomes possible as a system. In this sense, the treatment dispensed to each one of his works necessarily evokes a relationship with all other. An work taken in isolation gets the feeling that something else should be presented, however, every work written by Hegel also contemplates a relation with his other works. In this sense, the objective here is to considerate Hegel’s Philosophy of Law in his philosophical system seeking to explicit its specific place, as well as its transit among the works of the thinker as a whole. The Philosophy of Law finds its particular moment in the ambit of the objective spirit or during the subjective spirit’s effectuation. However, it is assumed here the perspective that the Philosophy of Law represents, as the objective spirit does, a moment of mediation as well as a there-being whereby the absolute spirit’s effectuation would happen. Furthermore, Hegel’s Philosophy represents the presentation of what he considers as extremely important in philosophy, that is precisely, the need to sublate the separation between man and the world. It is not enough for Hegel, the affirmation of the being and the thinking in itself, but it is required to confirm them in their being other that will be evinced being itself. Thus, Philosophy is given as a reconstruction or as the factual knowledge as a science ceasing to be so only love of learning. This means in other words that philosophy deals with the world, in the world and for the world being much more than a speech to the world to be the talk of the world itself. If philosophy is the owl of Minerva who always arrives late, she does it for the reasons of the other to be recognized.

Regeneração avançada sob ilhas de vegetação em área de campo cerrado na estação ecológica de Itirapina, SP

Devido à ação antrópica e consequente fragmentação e degradação do bioma Cerrado, as Unidades de Conservação cada vez mais se inserem como importantes locais de retenção da biodiversidade. A Estação Ecológica de Itirapina apresenta-se como um dos poucos locais do Estado de São Paulo que conservam as diversas fitofisionomias comuns nesse domínio. No intuito de contribuir com informações que auxiliem na conservação e restauração desse bioma, este trabalho traz como questões: as “Ilhas” de Vegetação facilitam o processo de sucessão no Campo Cerrado da Estação Ecológica de Itirapina, SP? Há diferença na regeneração em função da cobertura de copa condicionada pelas espécies formadoras das ilhas estudadas? Para isso, foram selecionadas ilhas com predomínio de Dalbergia miscolobium Benth. (Fabaceae), de Hancornia speciosa Gomes (Apocynaceae) e “Ilhas” Mistas, nas quais levantaram-se todos os indivíduos lenhosos e sublenhosos em parcelas montadas sob sua cobertura de copa e no seu entorno, além de amostrada a cobertura do estrato herbáceo, em função da aplicação do Método do Toque. Comparando-se o entorno e o interior das ilhas analisadas através do uso do Teste t pareado, foram relacionados os componentes diversidade, densidade, riqueza, cobertura do estrato herbáceo, além dos parâmetros de estrutura de habitat: temperatura, luminosidade, umidade do ar e do solo, e biomassa de serrapilheira. Utilizando-se a análise de ANOVA foram usados os mesmos parâmetros para a comparação das ilhas entre si. Alguns resultados nas Mistas, como a diversidade e cobertura do estrato herbáceo (t=5,113; p=0,00373/ t=-3,51; p=0,017, respectivamente), e nas ilhas de Dalbergia miscolobium, como a densidade e a riqueza (t=3,264; p=0,0223/ t=2,850; p=0,0463, respectivamente), associados com análises de estrutura de habitat (para p≤0,06), indicaram... Análise exergética e ecológica de um sistema compacto de cogeração operando com gás de síntese

The aim of this work is to make a qualitatively and ecologically evaluation of a compact cogeneration system that operates with synthesis gas obtained from a gasifier. Using the Eucalyptus Biomass as fuel, that passes through a wood gasifier (Drowndraft type) and supply the internal combustion engine. The compact cogeneration system is composed of two heat exchangers, an energy generator connected to an internal combustion engine and an absorption refrigeration system. The complete system is installed in the laboratory from the Energy Department at the University of Guaratinguetá. By the analysis related to the First and Second Thermodynamic Laws applied in this system, was possible to identify the mass flows in each point, energetic efficiency, irreversibility and exergetic efficiency. The components that have the biggest irreversibilities are the gasifier, followed by the internal combustion engine, which should be focused in future improvements. The system efficiency in energetic basis is 51,84% and in exergetic basis is 22,78%. Using the ecologic efficiency methodology was possible to identify the emissions rates, the pollution indicator associated to the combustion of the synthesis gas in the internal combustion engine. The ecologic efficiency considering the energectic analysis is 91,73%, while considering the exergetic analysis, 83,65%. It is concluded that the use of the synthesis gas in a compact cogeneration system is viable from the technical and ecological point of view, making possible to generate energy for isolated communities and promoting the decentralized electricity generation

A pegada ecológica: uma avaliação da metodologia através do estudo de caso da cidade de Rio Claro (SP)

Sociedades sustentáveis pressupõem o uso de recursos naturais na medida em que o limite de capacidade de suporte dos sistemas naturais não seja ultrapassado. Neste contexto, o uso de indicadores de sustentabilidade se coloca no importante papel de operacionalização do conceito de desenvolvimento sustentável. O método da Pegada Ecológica utiliza a conversão dos fluxos de matéria e energia utilizadas por uma população em áreas biologicamente produtivas para a provisão dos mesmos. No presente estudo, será feita uma aplicação deste método para a cidade de Rio Claro, contabilizando-se os principais itens e serviços consumidos pela população. Pretende-se inferir sobre a sustentabilidade na cidade, através da comparação entre a área apropriada para obtenção dos recursos consumidos e o próprio limite da área do município

Sinantropia e sazonalidade de moscas varejeiras (Diptera: Calliphoridae) no Sudeste do Brasil: visões ecológica, médica, veterinária e forense

O presente estudo teve por objetivo verificar a ocorrência das principais espécies de moscas da família Calliphoridae em diferentes ambientes (urbano, rural e silvestre) do município de Botucatu, SP. Para tanto, foram usadas armadilhas apropriadas e iscas, substituídas diariamente, distribuídas em cada local de coleta mensalmente durante aproximadamente o período de um ano. Foram coletados um total de 3188 espécimes. Análises estatísticas e testes de correlação também foram usados para medir a relação das espécies com os fatores ambientais, locais, preferência e atratividade por iscas e as relações e interações ecológicas entre as diferentes espécies
