A arte nas ondas do rádio: ações e procedimentos para esta prática

This paper proposes an extension of the personal experience of the listener through radio. The radio, because it is a medium of reaching, disseminating and having considerable accessibilities towards the production of its contents, and if exploited, could very well combine functionality with aesthetics in the production and broadcasting of programs, something that makes the radio not only a means for transmission of information. In the production of dramatic art, for example, the use of other elements, such as sound effects, may suggest form and consistency to the object described during the practice of radio utterance. The proper combination of function and aesthetic in music, sound effects and voiceover radio can change the mood of the listener and even promote their creativity.

Práticas inclusivas para deficientes visuais, baseadas na informação e conhecimento: reflexões e ações

We live in a society governed by information, knowledge and social inclusion. This leads us to reflect on the importance of access and use of information for people with visual disabilities to build knowledge, exercising citizenship and contribute to lifelong learning. We are faced with a society more open to diversity, questioning their mechanisms of segregation and envisions new ways of social inclusion of people with disabilities. Hence the importance of understanding the inclusive practices, especially for the visually impaired person. Thus, we sought to perform a literature search to understand the theoretical corresponding to the selective approach of the existing literature on the subject. It was considered as a concept of this type of research, which provides that a systematic search for information on existing sources, ie, in all the literature that has become public in relation to the subject studied in order to offer reflections and contributions on issues of access and use of information, emphasizing the role of social responsibility of mobilizing information professionals are considered mediators and actors of vital importance in this scenario.

A importância de ações estratégicas de gestão de pessoas no manejo do estresse e de estressores ocupacionais

The introducing of new technologies at work contexts forces the contemporary organizations to search new structures and productive processes, as well as new management models, mainly personnel management. A strong pressure by positive results can favour health problems concerning to stress, which is caused by a highly competitive environment; studies reveals that stress is a present reality at organizations nowadays. The presence of stress on workers cause harm to organizations (due to absenteeism increasing, turnover, interpersonal conflicts, etc.) and individuals, whose life quality can be decreased. This text intends to highlight the importance of identifying stress presence on workers and eventual stressors at workplaces, with the objective of, through management strategies, propose interventions guided to promote occupational health and welfare. Identifying eventual stressors at workplaces becomes an essential task, because those signs predispose the stress presence on workers. Therefore, discovering them is a strategic way to preventing and managing of occupational stress. This text also proposes to show some personnel management strategies which can favour the prevention of occupational stressors, as well as interventions on them.

Ilhas de Croatã: a territorialidade de ações artísticas e espaços públicos

Influenced by the counterculture movement Provos (1965), the poetic narrative Islands of Croatan presents a brief analysis of its two artistic actions: in the experimental implementation of a white bicycle as collective, public and free transportation, inserted in the campus of UNESP/Bauru; and in TRANSITOSensorium action, deterritorializing an imaginary city from QRcodes throughout the city of Bauru, where the user finds a hybridity between visual, sound and written languages. The research relates the idea of territory through a relationship between space and power, listing the concepts of Psychogeography - the study of affective actions in collective space and Temporary Autonomous Zones. This is an experimental study, with the insertion of new technologies.

Lateral asymmetries are in everywhere as well as in all movements made by man, which become more evident in movements of sport. The asymmetry is particularly pointed out in futsal when players, even with clear opportunity of making use of their non-preferred foot, try to place the ball in order to execute the action with their preferred foot. The study of asymmetry in futsal is quite relevant, once ambidextrous players present advantages in their performances during a match, which can help futsal athletes not only in their performance improvement but also with the prescription of training. For this reason, the present study had questioned: is there symmetry/asymmetry at the performance of lower contralateral limbs during actions with the possession ball (pass, receiving a ball and kick into the goal) during a futsal match? Thus, the aim of this study was to analyze the symmetry/asymmetry using the preferred and non-preferred foot in actions with the possession ball (pass, receiving and shoot) in adult Futsal's players (professional). The winner team of eight matches of the 2012 FIFA Futsal World Cup was analyzed. An average of 75 players had all their actions (pass, receiving a ball and shot on goal) using their lower limbs during the match analyzed. However, their actions with the head and torso were not analyzed. The games were acquired through a television broadcast. All eight matches were followed by an appraiser through a computer. The Skout® software was used to collect the data, taking notes of the player involved, the type of action (pass, receiving a ball and shot on goal), its foot used (preferred or non-preferred foot) and if the execution was correct or wrong. O olhar de um discente sobre seu futuro docente: uma trajetória auto formativa

The writings of this paper refer to several personal experiences as well as the various conflicts in the initial educational formation, where I'm reflecting about the formation intentions of this course. I do an analysis and a reflection of the pedagogical practices developed during graduation in institutional spaces, as well as the understanding of the complex context and teaching actions intrinsic to this, that are what constitute the structural dimensions which is where the formative process happens. This study is a narrative of initial formation as autobiographical. Memories and experiences are analyzed along with undergraduate education, exposing structural problems of course requiring a deeper analysis. In addition to analyse critically the institutional spaces of the (few) outreach programs, education and research that are the basis of the Brazilian University, the wellknown University quadripod. Under this perspective, the narrative brings the dichotomous design of the quadripod inside the University course, exposing the need to reflect on this fact, as it culminates in the formation of future teachers in physics. Nevertheless, the work seeks to raise awareness for the need for enhancement of teaching career at the University to address the teaching crisis which today proliferates in the educational institutions in Brazil, therefore it is necessary to the teachers to become aware of your profession and the vision as such. Dimensões formativas da prática da escrita na formação inicial

This research focuses on the practice of writing in the initial formation of teachers. My interest for this thematic arose from my participation in the extension project Formation Group: Dialog and Otherness and the extension course School: local for teacher formation, both coordinated by my supervisor. After all, I had the possibility of experimenting the exercise of writing and acknowledging the relevance of it in these contexts, in my condition of teacher-in-training. This thematic has involved me, which is why I conducted an autobiographical investigation. As data gathering tools, I used papers that I produced, as participant of the aforementioned extension project and extension course. Those papers were file records I made from the meetings, monthly papers produced from a thematic that was chosen by the graduating students that attended the extension project and, furthermore, I bring a self-assessments I developed inspired by the experiences I had in these two formative gaps. All these experiences provided pieces of my formative experience as a future teacher. The research aimed to understand which act of writing mobilized knowledge and triggered reflections in the aforementioned contexts, based on paper analysis, seeking to legitimate the importance of this practice in my formative process. Furthermore, a bibliographical research of qualitative nature was developed, achieved from the statement and analysis of articles located in the Annals of International Congress of (Auto) Biography Research (CIPA, in Portuguese acronym), from 2006 to 2012, and in the Annals of National Conference of Didactic and Teaching Techniques (ENDIPE, in Portuguese acronym), in the period from 2006 to 2012.
