Avaliação de sistemas de pultrudados com diferentes tipos de matrizes para aplicação em cabos condutores

In the last decades it has been observed a substantial developing of the electrical energy demand in the societies all over the World. In consequence the electrical energy distribution companies are increasing the quantity of electrical energy through the electrical energy conductor cables, which had grown the sag in the towers of energy transmission. Furthermore, the construction of more transmission towers brings a lot of troubles due environmental protection laws. In this way, looking forward to increase the quantity of electrical energy transmitted through electrical cables conductors, reduce the need of constructing new transmission towers and the sag in them, we suggest in this work the replace of the traditional core of the conductors cables commonly used, made of steel, by a core made by a composite material, which one is made by carbon fibers pultruded with polymeric resins as matrix. In a order to evaluate if the resins more commonly used in structural composites can be applied as matrix to make possible to use the composite material as a core, we made carbon fibers systems pultruded with epoxy, phenolic and polyester resins as matrix and a mechanic and physic-chemistry characterization was done on the systems by Tensile and Poisson tests, differential sprobe calorimetry (DSC), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and Fourier transformed infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), following their correspondents standards

With reference to curricular changes proposed by the CNE Resolution 1 /2002 and CNE 2/2002 on Teacher Education in Basic Education teaching degree - this study aims to analyze the new professional profile proposed in curriculum pedagogy , Physical Education , Science Biology , Mathematics , Physics and Geography . Within the curriculum guidelines was observed in a more normative articulated curriculum, focused on action-reflection- action. A guided design in practical rationality and the skills set without breaking the commitment of the public university with emancipation and quality education . Although there is this understanding we must also attend to the care that must be given to the new guidelines , based on the same reveal great concern with vocational training , with its instrumentation , with the pragmatic and utilitarian dimension of the training process . Maternal smoking during pregnancy causes heart changes, impaired fetal growth, spontaneous abortion and low birth weight. Even in pregnant women exposed to cigarette smoke these changes can be observed. But the exercise is to answer the increased fetal weight, besides the improvement of cardiorespiratory fitness of the pregnant and the fetus. The objective of this study was to analyze the ventricular muscle of young rats subjected to passive smoking associated with aquatic exercise. For the experiments used 24 female rats were divided into: GC (control), GE (exercise protocol in the water), GF(exposed to cigarette smoke) and GEF (exercise protocol on water and exposed to cigarette smoke). Um estudo do significado da ética nos Parâmetros Curriculares Nacionais - Temas transversais e suas implicações no contexto da contemporaneidade

Este trabalho de pesquisa tem como objetivo identificar o significado da ética contida nos Parâmetros Curriculares Nacionais (PCN). Para tal meta, foi feita uma pesquisa bibliográfica de cunho epistemológico, que proporcionou o estudo dos significados da ética em uma perspectiva história – desde a Antiguidade, ao enfatizar os pensamentos de Aristóteles; na Modernidade com o filósofo Immanuel Kant para, posteriormente chegarmos à contemporaneidade e receber contudo, a contribuição de vários teóricos, dentre os quais destacamos: a visão construtivista de Yves de La Taille; e a ótica crítica de Pedro Goergen. Ao dar ênfase para a contemporaneidade, foi feita uma análise sobre a ética e a educação, contidas em seu contexto, em prol da realidade e da necessidade da ética, de acordo com diferentes percepções teóricas. Finalizamos esta pesquisa com a descrição do conteúdo da ética, presente nos Parâmetros Curriculares Nacionais (PCN) – Temas Transversais (TT) que, posteriormente analisou seu discurso baseado nos teóricos apresentados no transcorrer desta pesquisa. Neste momento, percebemos que a ética tem tido um papel histórico de propagação da moral existente na comunidade à qual se insere e esta, entretanto, sempre recebeu influências da classe pela qual é dominada. Na contemporaneidade, percebemos claramente esta realidade, sendo a ética hedonista moralmente propagada pelos meios de comunicação, pelos espaços públicos e privados, pela escola, etc. Com isso, ao pensar no campo educacional, os PCN, trazem a necessidade de uma educação moral na escola que inverta os valores morais existentes, para os valores referentes à justiça eqüitativa que está no discurso neoliberal atual. O qual visa solucionar os problemas advindos da modernidade desenfreada, porém sem modificar a lógica capitalista existente.

As diretrizes curriculares nacionais da educação infantil: em busca de um trabalho pedagógico com qualidade

Since when nurseries and pre-schools were established to serve educationally Brazilian children by Federal Constitution of 1988, advances were taken up claiming the improvement of early childhood education, such as raising the professional training, transfer of funds, construction of schools, as well as legal provisions have been drafted to guide and define the pedagogical practices of early childhood education. This paper intends to discuss the National Curriculum Guidelines for Early Childhood Education, which define how they should be organized teaching practice, and examine how the activities should be developed in early childhood education institutions, to objectify the holistic development of children in seeking quality care this stage of basic education.

A propósito dos parâmetros curriculares nacionais e sua relação com o ethos cultural hodierno

The text focuses on the relation between the Law of Directives and Bases of National Education, as well as its deployment in the National Curriculum, and contemporary culture in three aspects: the predominantly naive about the relation between technological development / education, the translation rhetoric about family’s institution as a partner of educational practices, and finally, the use of systems theory applied to the context of politicaleducational diagnosis. Análise das diretrizes curriculares dos cursos de licenciatura em relação à formação de professores para inclusão de alunos com necessidades especiais

As políticas educacionais inclusivas, difundidas a partir dos anos 1990, vêm favorecendo o aumento do número de alunos com necessidades educacionais especiais (NEE) matriculados em classe comum, no entanto, os professores que os recebem, em sua maioria, estão despreparados para atendê-los. Tomando como base essa situação, o presente estudo teve o objetivo de analisar as orientações contidas nas diretrizes curriculares dos cursos de licenciatura em relação à preparação dos futuros professores para inclusão de alunos com NEE. Para tanto, realizou-se uma pesquisa documental. Foram selecionados recortes temáticos nos textos das referidas diretrizes de maneira a identificar os extratos que contemplavam recomendações ou comentários referentes ao processo de formação dos professores em relação à inclusão de alunos com NEE. Pelos resultados obtidos nos documentos analisados, constata-se, com raras exceções, uma significativa carência de orientações claras e amplas a respeito do tema em questão. Portanto, considera-se que as referidas diretrizes precisam ser aprimoradas em relação à questão em pauta. Com base nos conhecimentos desenvolvidos na área, sugere-se que as mesmas orientem a inserção de pelo menos uma disciplina sobre o tema inclusão de alunos com NEE; a inserção de conteúdos afins nas demais disciplinas dos cursos de licenciatura; a disponibilização de estágios em salas de aulas inclusivas, bem como a indicação dos conteúdos a serem trabalhados. Avalia-se que a efetividade do processo de inclusão dos alunos com NEE assenta-se na articulação entre as políticas educacionais e as políticas de formação dos professores.
