Este artigo tem como objetivo apresentar ao leitor a s��ntese de um estudo que compara a realidade de escolas do ensino fundamental, verificando as determina����es da lei n.º 9394/96 e suas condi����es de aplica����o envolvendo an��lise de dados te��ricos e observa����es em campo emp��rico referentes a aspectos como aplica����o de recursos financeiros, implementa����o de novas propostas pedag��gicas, atua����o de organismos multilaterais e forma����o profissional dos professores.

As pol��ticas educacionais do Brasil: a (in)visibilidade da sexualidade e das rela����es de g��nero

The present study, theoretical, aims to talk about educational policies in Brazil, aiming to unveil what they say these policies, the legitimacy and visibility that give coverage of sexuality in schools. Both sexuality and gender relations have gained attention in a Brazilian educational research in the mid-90th century. These policies have been the National Curricular Parameters (PCN). They present the cross-cutting themes: ethics, health, environment, cultural diversity and sexual orientation, which should be integrated into conventional areas of the school said. Another document of this same decade of education is the National Education Plan (PNE), however this encompasses so hidden sexuality and gender relations. In fact, both the new Law of Directives and Bases (LDB), the PNE in these subjects are veiled. An interesting initiative is happening in Brazil is the project Gender and Sexual Diversity (GDE) for the training of professionals in education issues of gender, sexuality and sexual orientation and ethnic-racial relations, is entering the national perspective of implementation public policy of equality and respect for diversity. However, much remains to be done thinking about the effectiveness of public policies that are effective with respect to space and visibility for the treatment of sexuality. We must also articulate the integration of these themes in these policies, strategies to raise awareness of education professionals in order to secure that they are actually implemented.

As diretrizes curriculares para os cursos de Educa����o F��sica no Brasil: uma breve revis��o cronol��gica e an��lise desse processo sobre as implica����es para a forma����o profissional

The law of Guidelines and Bases for National Education-LDB established the need to ensure at Universities a greater flexibility in the Organization of courses and careers, taking into account the heterogeneity of prior education and training, as well as the expectations and interests of students. Since the deployment of the first courses of Physical Education in Brazil, in the 30 's decade, the formation was only in Degree Course. On a pioneer way, resolution CFE 031987 allowed the Universities could organise their own pedagogical projects and curriculum, allowing even the Bachelor Course contemplating the dynamics of the evolution of the area and encouraging a change in attitudes of professionals. The Bachelor Course, with an offer of disciplines to other areas higher than education, openness also allowed to research, promoting an increasing interaction of the Physical Education with other professions od health. Physical education stands out as interareas instrument in the promotion of health and quality of life of the population. With the regulation of the Profession through the law No. 9696/98, grows the discussion around the definition of professional delimitations in this close relationship with other areas. With the need for a reformulation in teaching projects, Degree and Bachelor Courses, express the new curricular guidelines and resolutions of the MEC, as well as the professional delimitations by CONFEF for each formation. Given these aspects, the objective of the present study was to describe the chronology of such facts and a expose a critical opinion of the authors about the course and consequences of this process.

Estudo de impacto de vizinhan��a: diretrizes para elabora����o

This scientific research focus on the “Estudo de Impacto de Vizinhan��a” (EIV, Neighborhood Impact Study), a legal instrument instituted by federal law, and regulated by municipal law, that aims to evaluate the impacts in the neighborhood caused by the implantation or expansion of ventures within the urban zone. The main objective of this research was the formulation of general guidelines for EIV elaboration. Therefore, the following steps were considered: review of the legislation and literature on the theme; assessment of existing municipal legislation about this theme; assessment of EIVs elaborated within Rio Claro (SP); elaboration of the general guidelines for EIV elaboration, which were summarized in a flowchart

Aspectos da regula����o sobre o ensino a dist��ncia no Brasil

This article presents a reflection on the historical aspects and legislation on Distance Learning (DL). For this, a bibliographic and documentary research was performed with the goal of raising the necessary notes for discussion. The text begins with the characterization of the current society, the Information Society, which supports the modern distance education, which uses information and communication technologies (ICTs) to establish the process of learning teaching. Five stages of the EAD are identified. Later, the Brazilian legislation concerning the DL is punctuated, starting with the passage by Article 80 of the Guidelines and Bases Law-LBD (Law 9394/96) along with the critical analysis of Decree 5,622/05. Finally, in the final considerations is discussed the negative image that the DL carries by the Brazilian population and obstacles in the existing rules that hinder the democratization of access to education that aims DL.
