Relatório EPE - Relatório de estágio em Educação Pré-Escolar: O presente relatório de estágio foi realizado no âmbito da Unidade Curricular (UC) de Prática Pedagógica Supervisionada na Educação Pré-Escolar, inserida no Mestrado em Educação Pré-Escolar e Ensino do 1.º Ciclo do Ensino Básico. Sendo que este perspetiva o percurso de formação da mestranda, importa conceptualizar os referenciais teóricos e legais que sustentaram a sua ação e a metodologia utlizada durante todo o processo – investigação-ação – que inclui os seguintes processos educativos: a observação, a planificação, a ação, a avaliação e a reflexão. A Prática Pedagógica Supervisionada realizou-se na valência de creche, no Colégio Novo da Maia e teve como principais objetivos o desenvolvimento das competências profissionais e disposições subjacentes ao Perfil Geral e Específico de Desempenho do Educador de Infância. Apoiando a sua prática através da observação, recolha de dados, análise constante da ação e reflexão crítica permanente, a formanda, regulou-se pela metodologia de investigação-ação enquanto “processo em que os participantes analisam as suas próprias práticas educativas de uma forma sistemática e aprofundada” (Coutinho et al, 2009, p.360), com vista ao desenvolvimento de competências relativas a um educador enquanto investigador da própria ação. Importa acrescentar que o período de estágio foi de 210 horas e decorreu em díade de formação. A colaboração entre todos os atores intervenientes no contexto da prática pedagógica supervisionada “visa a construção de um perfil profissional que promova o desenvolvimento das competências socioprofissionais e pessoais, de forma fundamentada, reflexiva, integrada e autonomizante, à luz do princípio da aprendizagem ao longo da vida” (Ribeiro, 2013, p.2).

Relatório de Estágio

Este Relatório de Estágio, relativo à Unidade Curricular de Integração Curricular: Prática Educativa e Relatório de Estágio, é parte integrante do plano de estudos do Mestrado em Ensino do 1.º e 2.º Ciclos do Ensino Básico. Assim, retrata o processo formativo da mestranda, sendo que dá relevo à articulação de saberes teóricos e práticos que instigaram a construção de conhecimentos científicos e didáticos, próprios da profissionalidade docente. Destaca, ainda, momentos de desenvolvimento concetual e de experimentação que permitiram o desenvolvimento pessoal e profissional, sustentados numa metodologia que se aproxima da investigação-ação e cuja importância se salienta na orientação das práticas educativas e no melhoramento das mesmas pela observação, planificação, ação, reflexão, avaliação. Neste processo, evidenciam-se também momentos de colaboração entre o par pedagógico, destacando atitudes de apoio e de confiança, momentos de corresponsabilidade educativa com o professor cooperante e momentos de reflexão e de transformação com o supervisor institucional. Deste modo, apresenta a construção de saberes da prática e a sua mobilização, a análise crítica fundamentada no âmbito do 1.º e 2.º Ciclos do Ensino Básico. Todos os instantes vivenciados possibilitaram também que a mestranda evoluísse e se sentisse numa profissional de educação. Neste sentido, este mestrado proporcionou o desenvolvimento de diversas competências relevantes para a melhoria das práticas educativas e ofereceu, também, uma oportunidade de autoconsciência e de reflexão relativamente ao processo de construção da identidade profissional e pessoal da futura docente

Research on using the decision tree method in order to select the best alternative for the pharmacies supply

Introduction / Aims: Adopting the important decisions represents a specific task of the manager. An efficient manager takes these decisions during a sistematic process with well-defined elements, each with a precise order. In the pharmaceutical practice and business, in the supply process of the pharmacies, there are situations when the medicine distributors offer a certain discount, but require payment in a shorter period of time. In these cases, the analysis of the offer can be made with the help of the decision tree method, which permits identifying the decision offering the best possible result in a given situation. The aims of the research have been the analysis of the product offers of many different suppliers and the establishing of the most advantageous ways of pharmacy supplying. Material / Methods: There have been studied the general product offers of the following medical stores: A&G Med, Farmanord, Farmexim, Mediplus, Montero and Relad. In the case of medicine offers including a discount, the decision tree method has been applied in order to select the most advantageous offers. The Decision Tree is a management method used in taking the right decisions and it is generally used when one needs to evaluate the decisions that involve a series of stages. The tree diagram is used in order to look for the most efficient means to attain a specific goal. The decision trees are the most probabilistic methods, useful when adopting risk taking decisions. Results: The results of the analysis on the tree diagrams have indicated the fact that purchasing medicines with discount (1%, 10%, 15%) and payment in a shorter time interval (120 days) is more profitable than purchasing without a discount and payment in a longer time interval (160 days). Discussion / Conclusion: Depending on the results of the tree diagram analysis, the pharmacies would purchase from the selected suppliers. The research has shown that the decision tree method represents a valuable work instrument in choosing the best ways for supplying pharmacies and it is very useful to the specialists from the pharmaceutical field, pharmaceutical management, to medicine suppliers, pharmacy practitioners from the community pharmacies and especially to pharmacy managers, chief – pharmacists.

Research on evaluation system of emergency disposal plan for power plant incidents

This paper starts with the analysis of the unusual inherence mechanism, from two aspects: accumulating and human error. We put forward twelve factors affected the decision of the emergency treatment plan in practice and summarized the evaluation index system combining with literature data. Then we screened out eighteen representative indicators by used the FDM expert questionnaire in the first phase. Hereafter, we calculated the weight of evaluation index and sorted them by the FAHP expert questionnaire, and came up with the frame of the evaluation rule by combined with the experience. In the end, the evaluation principles are concluded.

Sustainable Development Action Plan at ISEP - From Concept to Engineering Practice

Some of the main challenges in Incorporating Sustainable Development practices into Engineering Education reside in establishing the bridge between concept and application. In particular the relation between value creation and the knowledge economy, innovation and entrepreneurship, as the main vehicles to a relevant application of the sustainable development concept, is not yet part of the majority of the engineering curricula in schools. Porto Polytechnical Engineering School (ISEP), a Global Reporting Initiative training partner in Portugal, as just presented its Sustainable Development Action Plan, with the main objective of creating a new kind of engineers, with Sustainable Development at the core of their degrees. The plan has several issues like publish an annual sustainability report, sustainable buildings, minimization of energy consumption and water policy, waste management, sustainable mobility, green procurement, EMAS certification, research and postgraduate activity and promotion of lectures and seminars in Sustainable Development.
