A percepção do usuário do Programa Saúde da Família sobre a privacidade e a confidencialidade de suas informações

Trata-se de estudo que procurou conhecer como o usuário do Programa Saúde da Família (PSF) percebe o direito à privacidade e à confidencialidade de suas informações reveladas ao agente comunitário de saúde (ACS) e como relaciona a visita domiciliar ao seu direito à privacidade. Estudo qualitativo, de natureza exploratória e como instrumento de investigação elaborou-se um roteiro de entrevistas semiestruturadas, com questões abertas, realizadas com usuários de uma Unidade do PSF do município de São Paulo. Os resultados mostraram que os usuários não consideram a entrada do ACS em suas residências como uma invasão à sua privacidade e que esse profissional é visto, muitas vezes, apenas como um facilitador do acesso ao serviço de saúde. Constatou-se tendência em se admitir que as informações dadas em sigilo podem ser reveladas pelo ACS. Notou-se a importância das relações de gênero e do cuidado quando da revelação de determinadas condições de saúde. Enfermidades como AIDS, tuberculose, câncer, doenças da próstata e o diabetes apareceram como doenças que podem causar preconceito e, nesse sentido, não deveriam ser reveladas ao ACS, a não ser pela necessidade do acesso mais rápido às consultas médicas. Pareceu, ainda, haver certa passividade do usuário em relação à percepção da falta de respeito ao sigilo das suas informações.

A flexible consensus scheme for multicriteria group decision making under linguistic assessments

The present paper proposes a flexible consensus scheme for group decision making, which allows one to obtain a consistent collective opinion, from information provided by each expert in terms of multigranular fuzzy estimates. It is based on a linguistic hierarchical model with multigranular sets of linguistic terms, and the choice of the most suitable set is a prerogative of each expert. From the human viewpoint, using such model is advantageous, since it permits each expert to utilize linguistic terms that reflect more adequately the level of uncertainty intrinsic to his evaluation. From the operational viewpoint, the advantage of using such model lies in the fact that it allows one to express the linguistic information in a unique domain, without losses of information, during the discussion process. The proposed consensus scheme supposes that the moderator can interfere in the discussion process in different ways. The intervention can be a request to any expert to update his opinion or can be the adjustment of the weight of each expert`s opinion. An optimal adjustment can be achieved through the execution of an optimization procedure that searches for the weights that maximize a corresponding soft consensus index. In order to demonstrate the usefulness of the presented consensus scheme, a technique for multicriteria analysis, based on fuzzy preference relation modeling, is utilized for solving a hypothetical enterprise strategy planning problem, generated with the use of the Balanced Scorecard methodology. Learning Profile Identification Based on the Analysis of the User Context of Interaction

One of the e-learning environment goal is to attend the individual needs of students during the learning process. The adaptation of contents, activities and tools into different visualization or in a variety of content types is an important feature of this environment, bringing to the user the sensation that there are suitable workplaces to his profile in the same system. Nevertheless, it is important the investigation of student behaviour aspects, considering the context where the interaction happens, to achieve an efficient personalization process. The paper goal is to present an approach to identify the student learning profile analyzing the context of interaction. Besides this, the learning profile could be analyzed in different dimensions allows the system to deal with the different focus of the learning.

BEYOND SAMUELSON`S CHAPTER ON RAMSEY

Paul Anthony Samuelson proposed and practiced a program for the Whig history of economics. One such example is his account of Frank Ramsey`s contribution to optimal taxation in 1927. For him, and mainly for the public finance economists who rediscovered later Ramsey`s contribution, Ramsey was a genius ahead of his time who used a mathematics too advanced for his contemporaries and was thus rediscovered only in the 1970S, when economists became more mathematically literate. In such rediscovery, a memorandum that Samuelsom wrote in 1951 for the us Treasury became central. I examine Samuelson`s account and challenge it in some respects and explore the historical context of the emergence of the optimal taxation literature in the 1970S. Additional, I analyze the canonization of Ramsey in this field, stressing Samuelson`s role in this process as a professor who liked telling stories about economists, especially about Ramsey, to his graduate students.

The Many Voices of Waly Salomao

This paper discusses the change in the enunciative strategy in Algaravias (1996), written by the Brazilian poet Waly Salomao (1943-2003). This change is specially treated in relation to his previous production which, in my point of view, is re-writed according to the new historical and cultural context.
