DOCUMENTARY RESCUE OF POPULAR TRADITIONS OF THE CENTRAL AREA CANTONS HEREDIA PROVINCE

This paper presents the results of documentary rescue demonstrations performed in different counties present in the central area of the province of Heredia.This idea was enhanced thanks to the Organization of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) has provided the rescue and preservation of folk traditions, both tangible and intangible, throughout the world.Coupled with this, the Ministry of Education under the direction of Professor Manuel Antonio Bolaños, launched in the administration of La Espriella Pacheco (2002-2006) the development of an educational project aimed at rescuing the popular traditions of the province of Heredia, which under the title"Draft Heredianidad" became one of the main inspiring to be translated into a multimedia all information collected in the process of this research.The final graduation consisted of three major axes: the memory, the media containing all the information collected and a database in which (the) user (s) and to describe the bibliographic production on the subject of popular traditions Heredia has occurred, would help to physically locate these publications.To achieve the objectives we proceeded to conduct visits to public libraries and municipalities in the province as well as interviews with different artistic personalities of the cantons heredianos, thereby gained access to various legends, anecdotes, stories, songs, music and history of the province of Heredia.

KEY COMPONENTS OF TEAMWORK AND THE SERVICE (TO) YOU (A) (A) DOMESTIC (A) AND EXTERNAL (A)

The article examines a range of components for the customer service from the point of view of marketing.It start with the explanation of several features that are required for a company to crystallize teamwork that finally, after all, will be provided by the success or failure of that company.These features are named: engagement, cooperation, companionship, communication, motivation and leadership.Subsequently, this article presents a section which explores human relationships and conflict management within organizations, with emphasis on attitudes, skills and personality types that present human beings as part of its essence.Finally, this text includes a section that highlights concepts related to customer service and sales techniques that exist today.

Costa Rican personalities

In the chair Creating and Maintaining Database of the School of Library, Documentation and Information, in 1998, students created a database called "Biblos" with information on 632 libraries and information centers and documentation of Costa Rica. A valuable work needed more time to verify, debug, analyze the results statistically, prepare a report, a catalog and indexes required to publish the document: "Libraries Rican."In 1999, finding the students are excited and committed to this document, I suggested we call the project work: "Personalities Rican," which was to develop a database and use it as input to design a Web page that can be installed on Internet or burn a CD. Students were identified and committed to the project. Providing an innovative practices, apply creativity, awareness of acquired knowledge, skills and abilities needed to provide users with products and innovative information services.

Comentario a los orígenes del pensamiento socialista en Costa Rica de Arnoldo Mora

Introducción El pequeño ensayo de Arnoldo Mora, titulado originalmente Feliz Arcadio Montero y los orígenes del pensamiento socialista, es el  producto de un proyecto de investigación financiado por la Vicerrectora de Investigación de la Universidad Nacional y elaborado, con tiempo asignado de media jornada, en el Departamento de Filosofía  de la Facultad de  Filosofía y Letras de esta institución. Ese ensayo tiene como merito básico el rescatar a una de las figuras cimeras de la historia de las ideas políticas en Costa Rica: Félix Arcadio Montero. Tiene la importancia, también, de enmarcarse en el estudio de las raíces de nuestra cultura nacional y de todas aquellas personalidades que dieron su aporte a la constitución de esta nuestra nacionalidad, en este sentido la escogencia de ese personaje fue, por principio, un acierto por parte del investigador.
