Resumo:
Esta investigación pretende aportar una idea de la dimensión y de la estructura formal de la carrera, desde una mirada intrínseca y extrínseca que facilita la identificación de los obstáculos, la planeación y la propuesta de alternativas de mejoramiento basadas en resultados científicos.Este informe presenta la metodología utilizada en los procesos de autoevaluación y acreditación para conocer la perspectiva de los informantes acerca de las actividades académicas, los resultados del análisis de la sistematización de la información recopilada, la experiencia obtenida a lo largo de los cuatro años acreditados en la Escuela de Bibliotecología, Documentación e Información y las lecciones aprendidas en el proceso; considerando como base las directrices del ente acreditador, el Sistema Nacional de Acreditación de la Educación Superior (SINAES).Este ejercicio puede utilizarse como un manual de prácticas para garantizar procesos educativos de calidad, como metodología para dar seguimiento a las actividades que deben realizarse en los procesos de acreditación de carreras universitarias y como insumo para definir aspectos de la evaluación del currículum.
Resumo:
Nowadays, the educative manager or principal has a series of tools of modern administration that allow him/her to guide the educational institution towards quality. Thus, he/she must fulfils a series of functions that are framed within the administrative process, such as planning, organizing, directing and controlling activities in the educational institution. This article´s main objective is to present some of these contributions and the way in which the principal can use them to improve the educational institution. The modern administration puts at the disposal different conceptions that help to visualize the way in which the institution must be managed. The main conclusion that is extracted is that a unique theoretical framework does not exist that can ensure the success of a principal, instead, there must be a use of the best aspects that each of the conceptions that the modern administration have in order to adapt them, according to the circumstances.
Resumo:
Education management in the schools of indigenous rural areas faces a number of difficulties to implement and comply with the guidelines and requirements of the laws related to budgetary management of resources allocated to Education or Administrative Boards. In addition to being located in scattered rural areas, far from the municipal heads and regional offices of the Ministry of Public Education, one of the main obstacles is that all regulations, laws and guidelines are written in Spanish, and there is people, in this indigenous rural communities, who do not speak, write, read or understand this language. This puts them at an enormous disadvantage, which has a direct impact on the indigenous children’s right to education.
