Zirconia films were prepared by e-beam evaporation, and oxygen plasma treatment was used to modify film properties. Spectrophotometry, x-ray diffractometry (XRD), and atomic force microscopy were used to characterize refractive index, extinction coefficient, rnicrostructure, and surface roughness, respectively. The experimental results indicate that both refractive index and extinction coefficient of the films were reduced slightly after oxygen plasma treatment, with the decrease of intrinsic stress and surface roughness. From XRD spectra, the intensity decrease of the T(110) diffraction peak was clearly observed after the treatment, which was caused by the restructuring of the film atoms. (C) 2008 Elsevier Ltd. 利用经酸处理的Sepharose 4B为层析介质,以含0.2mol/L半乳糖,pH7.4台氏液作为洗脱液,从广西产金环蛇(Bungarus fasciatus)蛇毒中一步分离得到一种磷脂酶A_(2)。用SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳测定其分子量为14kDa。N端部分序列测定表明,所分离得到的磷脂酶A_(2)其N端16个氨基酸残基序列与已报道的金环蛇蛇毒磷脂酶A_(2)同功酶Ⅵ(Lu&Lo,1978)一致。该酶糖含量较高,为13.4%;具有弱的磷脂酶A_(2)活性,无毒,也无溶血和出血毒活性。

首次报道金环蛇蛇毒PLA_(2)的基因,根据序列比较分析,这2个磷脂酶A_(2)基因所编码的蛋白质序列结构均区别于已报道的金环蛇蛇毒磷脂酶A_(2),是2个新的金环蛇蛇毒磷脂酶A_(2),分别命名为金环蛇蛇毒磷脂酶A_(2) Ⅰ(Bf-PLA_(2) Ⅰ)和金环蛇磷脂酶A_(2) Ⅱ(Bf-PLA_(2) Ⅱ)。

 目的 研究2 型糖尿病患者中线粒体tRNAL eu (UUR) 基因3243AöG 突变和NADH 脱氢酶亚 单位1 基因( ND1 ) 基因3316GöA 突变的发生频率及其与2 型糖尿病的相关性。方法 应用聚合酶链反 应及限制性片段长度多态性技术检测225 例中国云南2 型糖尿病患者和195 名无糖尿病家族史的健康对 照者有无3243AöG 突变和3316GöA 突变, 并经DNA 直接测序确证。结果 2 型糖尿病患者中3316GöA 突变者5 例(2. 22% ) , 195 例对照者中突变者2 例(1. 03% ) , 突变发生率在两组间差异无统计学意义(P = 0. 4576) ; 两组中无线粒体3243AöG 突变。结论 线粒体tRNAL eu (UUR) 基因3243AöG 突变在中国云南2 型 糖尿病人群中发生频率低, 可能不是云南人群中2 型糖尿病的常见病因。线粒体ND1 基因3316GöA 突变 可能仅为人群中线粒体基因组的正常多态。其他的遗传、环境及子宫内因素需要进一步研究。

Quasicrystalline phase with different volume fraction were formed by isothermally annealing the as-castZr(62)Al(9.5)Ni(9.5)Cu(14)Nb(5) bulk metallic glass at 723 K for different times. The effects of quasicrystals on the deformation behavior of the materials were studied by nanoindentation and compression test. It revealed that the alloys with homogeneous amorphous structure exhibit pronounced flow serrations during the nanoindentation loading, while no obvious flow serration is observed for the sample with quasicrystals more than 10 vol.%. However, further compression tests confirm that the no-serrated flows are formed due to different reasons. For annealed samples containing quasicrystals less than 35 vol.%, continuous plastic deformation occurs due to propagation of multiple shear bands. While the disappearance of serrated flow cannot be explained by the generation of multiple shear bands for samples containing quasicrystals more than 35 vol.%, which will fracture with a totally different fracture mode, namely, dimple fracture mode under loading instead of shear fracture mode. 针对引发振动的流与置于砂基上的管道淘蚀的相互作用问题,应用小尺度模型进行了试验研究。作为试验模型的管段由弹簧悬挂,管段淹没在水流中,并可在水平和垂直方向自由移动,依此研究管道系统的振动特性与淘蚀发展的关系。结合工程实践中的典型情况,应用相似比理论,建立起可在水槽中进行的试验模型。由这项研究所建立的方法不仅给出了管道下砂基动态淘蚀的机理,而且可为海底管道的概念设计提供参考性依据。

本文应用加卸载响应比理论,分别对2005年2月22日伊朗东南部克尔曼省扎兰德MS6.4地震和2006年3月31日伊朗西部洛雷斯坦省MS6.1地震2个震例进行了时程曲线分析;并用加卸载响应比方法对伊朗地区进行了时空扫描。通过考察加卸载响应比异常区域的演化过程,对该地区未来的地震活动性进行了研究。

结果表明熔覆组织为过共晶组织,凝固领先相为M_7C_3碳化物,枝晶间共晶为γ-奥氏体M_7C_3,γ为具有较高合金元素过饱和含量的亚稳相,M_7C_3(M=Cr,Fe,W等)为六方结构的Cr基合金碳化物.高温时效过程中熔覆组织存在M_7C_3+γ→M_(23)C_6及M_7C_3+γ→M_6C的原位转变,同时在非平衡γ中析出M_(23)C_6、M_2C与MC碳化物.熔覆组织具有较高的显微硬度(HV920_(0.2)并存在显著的二次硬化特征,二次硬化峰值温度及峰值硬度分别为700℃及HV1160_(0.2).此外,熔覆组织还具有较高的冲击磨损性能.

采用侧面环绕均匀排布的紧凑型抽运结构,实现了激光二极管阵列侧向抽运Nd:YAG陶瓷激光器高效率激光输出。理论计算得到谐振腔输出镜的最佳输出耦合透射率为22.2%,并在输出耦合镜透射率为22%的条件下,用掺杂原子数分数为1%,尺寸为拓φ5mm×75mm的Nd:YAG陶瓷棒,获得了平均功率大于230W的准连续1064nm激光输出,其光光效率和斜率效率分别高达52.4%和61%。并测得输出激光脉冲宽度为160μs,光谱线宽略小于0.8nm,光束发散角为16mrad。实验结果显示,Nd:YAG陶瓷激光器输出功率N
