通过群落生态学和景观生态学方法,结合GIS、RS技术对锡林河流域湿地植被进行了研究。结果表明:流域湿地面积为301.62km2,占流域面积的3%左右。尽管面积相对较小,但是物种丰富,群落结构多样。植被调查数据显示基本确定的植被型4个,植被亚型6个,群系组16个,群系68个,区系成分以泛北极种为主,占69%,相对简单;按照水分生态型划分,中生物种占最多,为44.32%;按生活型分以多年生草本为主占50%以上;科属分布相对复杂,隶属39个科,其中禾本科和菊科是最大的两个科,所占比例仅有17.30%和12.43%,其他科没有明显的优势性,充分说明湿地优越的生境可以满足多种植物共同生长。 多度分布是研究物种多样性分布的重要组分,同时反映了群落结构的特性。以常用的Lognormal、Logseries和Weibull、Exp、Power模型来拟和6个典型草甸群落和踏头草甸群落的物种多度分布,分log-相对多度-物种级数和物种-游程两种形式进行比较;同时,对于典型草甸群落和踏头群落区分常见种、偶然种等进行细化,深入分析群落多度的变化。结果表明,5个模型对于log-相对多度-物种级数在整个群落水平上均不能很好的拟和,50%以上的点都落在95%置信区间以外;但是对常见种和偶然种的拟和情况要好,Weibull、Power和Logseris模型分别对典型草甸群落常见种、偶然种和中间种能很好的拟和,而Logseries和Power模型对于踏头群落的常见种和偶然种拟和较好。5个模型都能较好的拟和物种-游程分布,其中K—S检验结果表明:Lognormal模型对于无脉苔草、针苔草和荸荠这类相对湿润环境下的典型草甸群落拟和较好,对于长叶火绒草和密花风毛菊群落Weibull拟和最好,Power 模型拟和箭叶橐吾最好,踏头草甸拟和最好的是Logseries模型,踏头间拟合最好的是Exp模型。不同的拟和模型应用于不同的群落类型,可以看出湿地群落的复杂性和生境的多样性。区分常见种和偶然种的拟合结果表明典型群落和踏头群落表现一致,即Lognormal模型对所有种拟和是最好的,而Power模型对偶然种的拟和是最好的,同时,Lognormal对典型草甸群落的中间种拟和也是最好。从中可以看出典型草甸群落和踏头群落尽管在表现形式上不同,但是群落的内部仍存在相似的联系,可能跟相似物种的作用有关。 根据湿地表观类型、植被水分状态和航片判别能力,结合实地调查,采用监督分类的方法将锡林河流域的湿地划分为低湿地草甸、盐化草甸和沼泽三种类型。自1984年以来20多年的时间中,锡林河流域的湿地发生了巨大的变化。尽管总的面积没有太大变化,但是湿地类型发生转化。中上游的低湿地草甸面积减少8.94%,沼泽面积减少30.82%,同时,盐化草甸的面积增加了15.98%。增加的盐化草甸主要是另外两种湿地类型转化而成的,中游水库截流,加速中下游草甸的盐化是锡林河流域湿地变化的主要原因。利用GIS技术依据探讨不同湿地的空间变化,分析沙化对湿地变化的影响,结果表明:沙化只对少数湿地有影响,发育良好的湿地即使处在相对强烈的沙化环境下,仍能保持不变。接着,分析了人类直接干扰对湿地变化的影响,缓冲区居民点分析结果表明:近20年来,位于湿地周边的居民点分布格局发生显著的变化。1980年代,居民点分布在盐化草甸周边的最多,到2004年,居民点在沼泽草甸分布数量为最多,该类湿地水、草和资源最为丰富,人类直接的干扰最大,进而转化成另外两类,减少面积最大。低湿地草甸是物种丰富,结构复杂的一种湿地,抗干扰能力强,恢复能力也强,因此相对的变化面积较小。以锡林浩特市水库上下游的湿地植被物种和群落结构的变化,证明了水量减少是湿地数量、结构改变的直接影响因子。

本文根据1973—1975、1979—1982年在武汉东湖进行的调查资料,并与1962—1963年他人的研究结果对比,总结了20年来,在东湖2个采样站上轮虫的种类演替和数量的变动。轮虫的种类明显地减少。Ⅰ站由1962—1963年的68种至1982年减为44种;Ⅱ站由56种减为49种。由原来Ⅰ站种类多于Ⅱ站演变为Ⅱ站多于Ⅰ站。轮虫的数量急剧增加。Ⅰ站轮虫的年平均值由1962—1963年的687个/升至1982年上升为3,555个/升;Ⅱ站由332个/升上升为1,538个/升。轮虫总数的变动曲线呈夏季和秋季二

利用25 MeV/u40Ar +Se中能重离子核反应,制备包含24种元素在内的多重示踪剂,通过对元素γ谱的分析,研究了正常鼠和肿瘤鼠体内微量元素的分布及代谢。Mg,Sr, Ga, As,Sc, V, Cr, Mo, Co,Fe, Y,Zr, Nb和Ru等元素在肿瘤鼠的粪便和尿液中的排泄时间与正常鼠不同。肿瘤鼠与正常鼠相比,Na, Mn,Fe和Co的排泄变化较大,肿瘤鼠的排泄率较正常鼠高;而Ca, Y,Zr和Mo的排泄率肿瘤鼠则较正常鼠低;在正常鼠脏器、组织和血液样品中测出了Na,Rb,Ga,Sc, As,Zn, V,Cr, Mn,Co,Fe、Y,Zr, Tc, Ru, Ag和In等17种元素,肿瘤鼠检测出了除Zn和As之外的其它15种元素。几乎所有的元素在正常鼠中的吸收均比肿瘤鼠高。大部分元素分布在肝、肾和毛皮以及实体瘤中,而Fe和Na在肿瘤组织则没有检测到。

通过在福建省来舟林场对不同栽植代数杉木人工林土壤可溶性有机碳(DOC)和氮(DON)及土壤养分的研究,其结果表明,随着杉木栽植代数的增加林地土壤DOC和DON含量逐渐下降,在0~10cm土层内第3代杉木林土壤DOC和DON含量分别是第1代杉木林的83.9%和87.1%、第2代杉木林的90.6%和96.9%,在10~20cm土层内第3代杉木林土壤DOC和DON含量分别是第1代杉木林的80.2%和81.5%、第2代杉木林的81.8%和90.0%。在不同林地和土层内土壤DOC含量之间的差异性达到了显著或极显著水平,而DON含量之间的差异性不显著。不同栽植代数杉木林土壤养分的变化趋势与DOM一致,随着杉木连栽,土壤养分含量呈下降趋势。在0~10cm土层内第3代杉木林土壤全氮、全钾、铵态氮和速效钾含量分别是第1代杉木林的83.1%、60.4%、68.1%和44.3%,是第2代杉木林的84.6%、68.5%、74.4%和58.7%;在10~20cm土层内第3代杉木林土壤全氮、全钾、铵态氮和速效钾含量分别是第1代杉木林的74.0%、53.4%、57.6%和54.6%,是第2代杉木林的94.8%、59.5%、74.3%和65.5%。经相关性分析,在各土层内土壤DOC和DON含量与土壤全氮、全钾、铵态氮和速效钾等土壤养分含量存在着不同程度的相关性。

通过ICP-MS等分析方法对贵州小山坝铝土矿中伴生元素的研究,发现该矿床TiO2、Ga、Ge、Sc、Nb、Li和REE等有用伴生元素在铝土矿矿体中均有较高富集,其含量大多接近或超过了工业综合利用标准,具有较大的经济价值,特别是矿区富铁铝土矿石中Ga和Sc等含量异常高。贵州铝土矿资源丰富,其伴生元素在铝土矿冶炼过程中所产生的赤泥中更为富集,因此,贵州铝土矿综合利用前景十分巨大,这些元素潜在的经济价值,在某种程度上,甚至会超过主导产品氧化铝的价值。开展铝土矿中镓等伴生有用元素的分布及赋存状态的研究,对于镓等稀散元素在特殊地质地球化学环境中超常富集机制、矿产资源综合价值的重新认识评估和矿产资源的综合利用将十分重要,不仅可为铝工业注入新的活力,增加新的经济增长点,而且还可以解决大量赤泥堆放和利用问题,同时获得较大的社会效益与环境效益。

We report the influence of growth parameters and post-growth annealing on the structural characterizations and magnetic properties of (Ga, Cr)As films. The crystalline quality and magnetic properties are sensitive to the growth conditions. The single-phase (Ga, Cr)As film with the Curie temperature of 10 K is synthesized at growth temperature T-s = 250 degrees C and with nominal Cr content x = 0.016. However, for the films with x > 0.02, the aggregation of Cr atoms is strongly enhanced as both T. and x increase, which not only brings strong compressive strain in the epilayer, but also roughens the surface. The origin of room-temperature ferromagnetism in (Ga, Cr)As films with nanoclusters is also discussed.

We have demonstrated stable self-starting passive mode locking in a diode-end-pumped Nd:Gd-0.8-Y0.5VO4 laser by using an In0.25Ga0.75As absorber grown at low temperature (LT In0.25Ga0.75As absorber). An In0.25Ga0.75As single-quantum-well absorber, which was grown directly on the GaAs buffer by use of the metal-organic chemical-vapor deposition technique, acts simultaneously as a passive mode-locking device and as an output coupler. Continuous-wave mode-locked pulses were obtained at 1063.5 nm. We achieved a pulse duration of 2.6 ps and an average output power of 2.15 W at a repetition rate of 96.4 MHz. A full-ring PET insert device should be able to enhance the image resolution of existing small-animal PET scanners. Methods: The device consists of 18 high-resolution PET detectors in a cylindric enclosure. Each detector contains a cerium-doped lutetium oxyorthosilicate array (12 x 12 crystals, 0.72 x 1.51 x 3.75 mm each) coupled to a position-sensitive photomultiplier tube via an optical fiber bundle made of 8 x 16 square multiclad fibers. Signals from the insert detectors are connected to the scanner through the electronics of the disabled first ring of detectors, which permits coincidence detection between the 2 systems. Energy resolution of a detector was measured using a Ge-68 point source, and a calibrated 68Ge point source stepped across the axial field of view (FOV) provided the sensitivity profile of the system. A Na-22 point source imaged at different offsets from the center characterized the in-plane resolution of the insert system. Imaging was then performed with a Derenzo phantom filled with 19.5 MBq of F-18-fluoride and imaged for 2 h; a 24.3-g mouse injected with 129.5 MBq of F-18-fluoride and imaged in 5 bed positions at 3.5 h after injection; and a 22.8-g mouse injected with 14.3 MBq of F-18-FDG and imaged for 2 h with electrocardiogram gating. Results: The energy resolution of a typical detector module at 511 keV is 19.0% +/- 3.1 %. The peak sensitivity of the system is approximately 2.67%. The image resolution of the system ranges from 1.0- to 1.8-mm full width at half maximum near the center of the FOV, depending on the type of coincidence events used for image reconstruction. Derenzo phantom and mouse bone images showed significant improvement in transaxial image resolution using the insert device. Mouse heart images demonstrated the gated imaging capability of the device. Conclusion: We have built a prototype full-ring insert device for a small-animal PET scanner to provide higher-resolution PET images within a reduced imaging FOV. Development of additional correction techniques are needed to achieve quantitative imaging with such an insert.

Using knowledge of geology, geochemistry, coal petrology, mineralogy, by means of a variety of advanced measuring methods such as inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS), inductively coupled atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES), X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy with energy-dispersive spectrometer(SEM-EDS), sequential chemical extract and density fractions, the characteristics of trace elements and minerals in Jurassic Beipiao coal mine under inland limnetic sedimentary environment and in late Permian Jianxin and Qiaotou coal mines under paralic swamp sedimentary environment were studied. Compared with the average concentration in the world bituminous coals, the Beipiao coal was characterized by relatively high contents of Sc, Ti, Cr, Co, Ni, Zn, Se, Sr, Zr, Y, Ba, REE and Th, and lower contents of V, Rb, Cd, Sn, Pb, Bi and U; while the Jianxin coal was relatively enriched in Li, Sc, Ga, Sr, Y, Nb, Sb, Th and U, with low concentration of Be, Co, Ni, Cu, Ge, Zr, Mo, Cd, Cs, Ba, Pb and Bi; and the Qiaotou coal was enriched in Li, Sc, Sr, Nb, Ta, Zr, REE, Hf, Th and U, with low concentration of Be, V, Co, Ni, Cu, Ge, Mo, Cd, Cs, Ba, Tl, Pb and Bi. The concentrations of Ca, Mg and K in Beipiao coal are higher than those in Jianxin coal and Qiaotou coal, while Fe, S and Ti in Beipiao coal are lower than those in Jianxin coal and Qiaotou coal. The proximate analysis of coal samples was carried out, which indicated that Beipiao coal was medium- to high- ash (5.92-60.68%) with low sulphur coal, and Jianxin coal and Qiaotou coal was medium to high ash (8.85-46.33%) with high sulphur. The reflectivity was measured, which explained that Beipiao coal belonged to high volatile bituminous coal, Jianxin coal was low volatile bituminous coal and Qiaotou coal was low volatile anthracite. Quantitative maceral analyses were studied. The characteristics of rare earth elements (REE) were investigated, which showed that the total contents of REE were higher than that of the world's average content. With the increase of coal's metamorphic grade, the total contents of REE decreased from 98.5 X 10"6 of Beipiao coal to 94.2 X 10"6 of Jianxin coal, and to 75.9 X 10"6 of Qiaotou coal, and 5Eu reduced which indicated that the element Eu depleted. The characteristics of REE was controlled by the metamorphic grade of coal. And REE were mainly absorbed in clay minerals in Beipiao coal samples, while in Jianxin and Qiaotou coal mines, REE were primarily related to clay mineral and pyrite. The variation of trace elements in vertical direction of coal seams was studied, and the results showed that different trace elements differed greatly. The correlation between trace elements and ash were determined. Four major trace elements (aluminium-silicates, sulphide, carbonate and phosphate) accounted for the occurrence and distribution of most elements studied were determined. Coal samples were separated by density fraction, which showed that Cr, Cu, Mo and Pb were closely related to inorganic matters mainly distributed in P >2.6 and dropped remarkably in the density fractions P <2.3 . The occurrences of Co, Cr, Ni, As, Se, Mo, U were studied directly and quantitatively using sequential chemical extract with six steps, which showed that Co. Ni, Mo and U were mainly in the form of mineral, and As, Se chiefly in the form of organic state, while Cr mostly in the form of organic state and mineral. Major mineral phases presented in the Beipiao coal were Kaolinite, illite, quartz, calcite, and small amount of siderite, barite. While major mineral phases in Jianxin and Qiaotou coal were pyrite, kaolinite, and small amount of marcasite, rutile, sphalerite. This is the first time that the chromite in the coal was discovered in China, which indicates that Cr occurrence appeared in the form of chromite. The ratio of Sr/Ba, Sr/Ca and V/Ni in Beipiao coal mine under inland limnetic is smaller than that of in Jianxin and Qiaotou coal mines under paralic swamp. The ratio of K/Na and Th/U of Beipiao coal mine is higher than that of Jianxin and Qiaotou coal mine, which proved that Beipiao coal was not affected by sea water and Jianxin and Qiaotou coal were affected by sea water. Trace elements such as Cr, Ni, Mo in minerals were analyzed by SEM-EDS. The factors controlling the enrichment of trace elements can be divided into syngenetic stage factors and epigenetic stage factors.
