The infraciliature and myoneme system of Campanella umbellaria were revealed using the protargol impregnation technique. The main characteristics of the infraciliature are the peristomial ciliary rows (haplokinety and polykineties), which make four and a half turns around the peristomial disc before plunging into the infundibulum, and the aboral infraciliature, which is made up of the aboral ciliary wreath (trochal band) and the scopula. The myoneme system is composed of: 1) longitudinal fibers, which include 60-84 (mean 72.3) short longitudinal fibers, 40-56 (mean 45.8) medium-length longitudinal fibers, and numerous long longitudinal fibers; and 2) circular fibers, which include 8-12 (mean 9.3) peristomial ring fibers, linking fibers, support fibers, and peristomial disc fibers. The various fibers in C. umbellaria are interconnected to form a single myoneme system that may act as a cell skeleton as well as providing the mechanism by which the zooid contracts and relaxes. Stiction in microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) has been a major failure mode ever since the advent of surface micromachining in the 80s of the last century due to large surface-area-to-volume ratio. Even now when solutions to this problem are emerging, such as self-assembled monolayer (SAM) and other measures, stiction remains one of the most catastrophic failure modes in MEMS. A review is presented in this paper on stiction and anti-stiction in MEMS and nanoelectromechanical systems (NEMS). First, some new experimental observations of stiction in radio frequency (RF) MEMS switch and micromachined accelerometers are presented. Second, some criteria for stiction of microstructures in MEMS and NEMS due to surface forces (such as capillary, electrostatic, van der Waals, Casimir forces, etc.) are reviewed. The influence of surface roughness and environmental conditions (relative humidity and temperature) on stiction are also discussed. As hydrophobic films, the self-assembled monolayers (SAMs) turn out able to prevent release-related stiction effectively. The anti-stiction of SAMs in MEMS is reviewed in the last part.

The oscillatory thermocapillary convection and hydrothermal wave in a shallow liquid layer, where a temperature difference is applied between two parallel sidewalls, have been numerically investigated in a two-dimensional model. The oscillatory thermocapillary convection and hydrothermal wave appear if the Marangoni number is larger than a critical value. The critical phase speed and critical wave number of the hydrothermal wave agree with the ones given analytically by Smith and Davis in the microgravity environment, and it travels in the direction opposed to the surface flow. Another wave traveled downstream in addition to the hydrothermal wave traveled upstream was observed in the case of earth gravity condition.

本文研究了雷诺数Re=1568,KC数,波流强度比γ=1,线速度比α=2,强迫振荡频率fs=0.1~1.0时波流共同作用下旋转振荡圆柱的绕流问题。通过基于非结构化同位网格的有限体积法对Navier—Stokes方程进行了数值求解。对流项、扩散项和非恒定项的离散格式均具有二阶精度,利用SIMPLE算法处理压力-速度耦合。通过计算发现,较小的振荡频率会显著改变流场结构。而升力的振荡频率既不是振荡流频率,也不是自然脱落频率。

A new transition prediction model is introduced, which couples the intermittency effect into the turbulence transport equations and takes the characteristics of fluid transition into consideration to mimic the exact process of transition. Test cases include a two-dimensional incompressible plate and a two-dimensional NACA0012 airfoil. Performance of this transition model for incompressible flows is studied, with numerical results consistent to experimental data. The requirement of grid resolution for this transition model is also studied.

We present a theoretical model in which the band-transport equations and the coupled-wave equations are considered to study the two thermal-fixing methods (simultaneous fixing and postfixing) in Fe:LiNbO3. We found that, in simultaneous fixing, the existing ionic-grating affects the writing of the electronic grating by reduction of the coupling gain, and the grating envelope of the fixed-index grating is quite uniform inside the photorefractive crystal in comparison with the method of postfixing. The resulting diffraction efficiency of the fixed-volume grating is dependent mainly on the initial intensity modulation of the two writing beams. A set of experiments is also presented. 在1991年和1992年秋天,笔者先后两次来到铜川采集标本200余块,进行古植物方面的研究。本文标本主要采集于崔家沟、下石节、焦坪三个矿区,其地层属于延安组宝塔山岩段。论文讨论了植物群落的特征和世代问题,论文引用了数学方法,并提供了该地区古植物特征的系统描述以及古环境问题。

铁线莲属尾叶铁线莲组是该属中记录种类最多的类群,主要分布在亚洲亚热带至温带地区,少数种类分布至亚洲及非洲的热带地区。由于缺乏野外观察和标本不够丰富等原因,有些种类的分类处理尚不能令人满意,应予修订。尾叶铁线莲组的组下分类系统以及与近缘组之间的系统关系也存在争议,还需深入研究。本文作者经过大量的标本馆工作和全面的文献考证,结合野外观察,对该组植物进行了分类学修订,同时通过基于形态性状的分支系统学和花粉形态研究对尾叶铁线莲组及铁线莲属的系统发育进行了探讨,结果如下: 1.分类修订 通过对国内外近20 个标本馆的5000 余份馆藏标本研究,结合全面的文献考证和广泛的野外观察,发现花丝形态、花药毛被状况、药隔是否凸起、萼片外侧附的属物等性状较为稳定,是分亚组的主要依据。而复叶类型、花序形态及花梗毛被状况、萼片颜色等性状为较好的分种性状。 本文在考证了近140 个种及种下等级的分类学名称后,确认尾叶铁线莲组植物共有37 种20 变种,共分为5 个亚组,另有4 种7 变种暂存疑;2 种、2 变种降为新异名;新组合6 个,其中5 个为改级新组合;发表新亚组1 个;发现中国新纪录变种1 个;纠正了以前研究者工作中对C. aethusifolia var. latisecta 的鉴定错误;初步澄清了C. jingdungensis 及C. jinzhaiensis 的一些名实混乱;指出了前人工作中的一些拼写错误;统一了植物的中文名称,并新拟了15 个分类群的中文名称;给出了各个种的形态描述、地理分布图以及分亚组和分种检索表。 2.分支系统学 在分类修订基础上选取了35 个形态性状,对尾叶铁线莲组的37 个种,和尾叶铁线莲组的近缘组Sect. Bebaeanthera 中的2 个种,以C. alternata 为外类群,利用系统发育分系软件PAUP 4.0 beta 10 对数据矩阵进行分析。共得到182 棵最简约树,树长为182 步,一致性指数(CI)=0.385,保持性指数(RI)=0.685。结果显示:尾叶铁线莲组为一并系类群,Sect. Bebaeanthera 中的两个种:C. pseudopogonandra 和C. barbellata 与Subsect. Otophorae 亲缘关系更为接近,应并入尾叶铁线莲组中;Subsect. Otophorae 与Subsect. Grandiflorae 各自聚为两大支,从分支图基部与其他类群分开,为本组早期分化出的类群;Subsect. Acutangulae 与Subsect. Connatae 中具有红色花的C. lasiandra 和C. dasyandra 近缘;分布于东亚北部地区的Subsect. Aethusifoliae 与分布于我国横断山区的C.rehderiana 和分布于印度的C. roylei 近缘;根据分支系统学分析的结果,对尾叶铁线莲组组下分类系统进行了调整,建立了新亚组Subsect. Otophorae。 3.花粉形态 在扫描电镜下研究了铁线莲属148 种12 变种和锡兰莲属3 个种的花粉形态特征,并在透射电镜下研究了部分种类的花粉外壁结构。 结果表明:铁线莲属花粉粒一般为近球形、球形或扁球形。具三沟的花粉赤道面观为椭圆形或近圆形,极面观为三裂圆形,大小为14.8-32.1 μm ×14.2-28.7 μm;具散沟或散孔的花粉(全为球形)直径大小为14.8-36.6 μm。花粉具三沟、散沟或散孔。在三沟类型中常伴有不同比例的散沟花粉。萌发沟狭长或稍宽,有整齐或不整齐下陷的边缘,沟膜上有颗粒状纹饰或刺状纹饰;萌发孔一般圆形或不规则形,分布不规则。外壁由薄到较厚,厚度为0.8-2.5 μm,外层稍厚于内层。在透射电镜下本属花粉外壁具备被子植物花粉典型的外壁层次,即外壁内层和外壁外层。外壁内层为一层均匀的质密的无结构的层次。外壁外层由3 层组成:覆盖层,柱状层,和基层。覆盖层上均匀分布有小刺状纹饰和小穿孔。 锡兰莲属花粉粒为圆球形,其直径大小为14.9-18.8 μm。具散孔。萌发孔一般圆形,分布不规则,孔膜上有颗粒状纹饰或刺状纹饰。外壁厚度为0.8-1.8 μm,外层稍厚于内层。覆盖层上均匀分布有小刺状纹饰和小穿孔。 根据花粉形态在花粉粒大小、萌发孔的类型和外壁纹饰方面的差异将两个属的花粉分为6 个类型,其中类型1 再分为两个亚型。在这些花粉类型中,类型1 为三沟花粉,类型3 为三沟至散沟花粉,其余类型为散孔花粉。类型1 的亚型 1b 在铁线莲属中分布最广,18 个组中有13 个组具有这种类型的花粉,是铁线莲属中最原始的花粉类型,其他类型和亚型均由此亚型直接或间接演化而来。 推测这两属花粉形态特征的演化趋势为:1. 萌发孔. 三沟→(散沟)→散孔。 2. 花粉粒大小. 小(散孔,直径14.9-18.8 μm)←中等(三沟,24.2 μm ×24.8 μm) →大(散孔,直径28.9-36.5 μm)。3. 表面纹饰. 小刺不明显、分布密集→小刺明显、分布稀疏。 铁线莲属及锡兰莲属花粉形态特征对于这两个属植物的区分以及铁线莲属下组间系统发育关系的探讨具有重要意义。锡兰莲属与铁线莲属中的Sect. Naraveliopsis 亲缘关系紧密;铁线莲属内具有散沟、散孔花粉类型的Sect. Naraveliopsis、Sect. Viticella、Sect. Tubulosa、Sect. Viorna (sensu Tamura 1995)为铁线莲属中的进化类群; Sect. Tubulosa 与Sect. Campanella 亲缘关系较远,而与Sect. Clematis 近缘。

春产羔羊于夏秋季生长缓慢、死亡率高的现象在我区山羊生产中比较突出,尤其是3~4月所产春羔在进入雨季后不久即出现以粪不成形、拉稀、食欲降低、生长发育不良,严重时以高度贫血、衰竭而死亡为基本特征的疾病。1994年4月至1995年6月,我们以镇沅县黄草岭地区作为试点,经过调查研究,确诊为羔羊球虫病。1 流行情况

在对编码序列的碱基分布作大量统计分析的基础上,对内含子序列中G、C的分布作了统计分析.发现内含子在“三碱基组”的意义下,第一位上(G+C)含量占优势.如果将同一基因的外显子三联密码和内含子“三碱基组”做比较,发现在内含子中出现而外显子中没有的那些三碱基组,它们大多属于Lió所列出的“非偏爱”密码

利用水生微宇宙系统研究了不同浓度的Hg2+、Cd2+单一及复合处理对伊乐藻可溶性蛋白质浓度、叶绿素含量、叶绿素a/b比值,以及生产力和呼吸作用的影响.可溶性蛋白质和叶绿素含量在低浓度胁迫时(Hg2+≤2.5μmol/L,Cd2+≤10μmol/L,Hg2++Cd2+≤1.25μmol/LHg2++5μmol/LCd2+)略有升高,之后随胁迫的增强而持续下降,两者呈负相关;叶绿素a/b比值、净生产力、呼吸强度随离子浓度增加不断下降,除呼吸强度外,两者也呈负相关.Hg2+对伊乐藻的毒性是Cd2+的4倍左右(以

The phylogenetic relationships among peritrichs remain unresolved. In this study, the complete small subunit rRNA (SSrRNA) gene sequences of seven species (Epistylis galea, Campanella umbellaria, Carchesium polypinum, Zoothamnium arbuscula, Vaginicola crystallina, Ophrydium versatile, and Opercularia microdiscum) were determined. Trees were constructed using distance-matrix, maximum-likelihood and maximum-parsimony methods, all of which strongly supported the monophyly of the subclass Peritrichia. Within the peritrichs, 1) E. galea grouped with Opercularia microdiscum and Campanella umbellaria but not the other Epistylis species, which indicates that the genus Epistylis might not be monophyletic; 2) the topological position of Carchesium and Campanella suggested that Carchesium should be placed in the family Zoothammidae, or be elevated to a higher taxonomic rank, and that Campanella should be independent of the family Epistylididae, and probably be given a new rank; and 3) Opisthonecta grouped strongly with Asty/ozoon, which suggested that Opisthonecta species were not the ancestors of the stalked peritrichs.

多级安全数据库的安全策略需要各种模型来表达,访问控制模型是其中之一.强制访问控制(MAC)模型保证多级数据库中的信息流动符合系统的安全策略.利用基于角色的访问控制(RBAC)来实现MAC能方便多级安全数据库的权限管理.提出了一种MAC与RBAC的综合模型,定义了多级角色与内部角色的概念,并给出了综合模型中经过修改后的操作,使得系统能自动地完成符合强制访问控制策略的用户权限的管理.该模型方便了管理员的权限管理,适合用户较多,安全层次比较复杂的多级关系数据库系统.最后给出了模型的部分实现机制.
