A laser beam automatic alignment system is applied in a multipass amplifier of the SG-III prototype laser. Considering the requirements of the SG-III prototype facility, by combining the general techniques of the laser beam automatic alignment system, according to the image relayed of the pinholes in the spatial filter, and utilizing the optical position and the spatial distribution of the four pinholes of the main spatial filter in the multipass amplifier of the SG-III prototype, a reasonable and optimized scheme for automatic aligning multipass beam paths is presented. It is demonstrated on the multipass amplifier experimental system. (C) 2004 Society of Photo-Optical Instrumentation Engineers.

A low-power, highly linear, multi-standard, active-RC filter with an accurate and novel tuning architec-ture is presented. It exhibits 1EEE 802. 11a/b/g (9.5 MHz) and DVB-H (3 MHz, 4 MHz) application. The filter exploits digitally-controlled polysilicon resistor banks and a phase lock loop type automatic tuning system. The novel and complex automatic frequency calibration scheme provides better than 4 comer frequency accuracy, and it can be powered down after calibration to save power and avoid digital signal interference. The filter achieves OIP3 of 26 dBm and the measured group delay variation of the receiver filter is 50 ns (WLAN mode). Its dissipation is 3.4 mA in RX mode and 2.3 mA (only for one path) in TX mode from a 2.85 V supply. The dissipation of calibration consumes 2 mA. The circuit has been fabricated in a 0.35μm 47 GHz SiGe BiCMOS technology; the receiver and transmitter filter occupy 0.21 mm~2 and 0.11 mm~2 (calibration circuit excluded), respectively.

光路自动准直系统应用于惯性约束聚变的高功率激光装置中的光束自动调整。图像处理是光路自动准直的关键技术之一。针对神光Ⅲ原型装置,结合阈值化、重心法、中值滤波和圆拟合等多种不同的图像处理方法设计了一套合理的准直方案,并且在模拟实验平台上进行了实验验证。实验结果表明,光路自动准直系统能够在15min之内顺利完成光路的自动调整,光束近场调整精度优于近场光斑的±0.5%,光束远场调整精度≤±0.3″,满足了原型装置的总体要求。

利用高功率激光装置空间滤波器小孔成像和取样光栅的衍射,设计出一套新型光路远场监测方案,并且在实验平台上进行了实验验证.实验结果表明:相对传统的远场监测方法,该远场监测系统通过侧面离轴光栅取样灵活利用空间,其调整平均误差为空间滤波器小孔直径0.9%,能够满足准直系统远场调整精度(<小孔直径5%)的要求.

介绍了一种利用光电极值法同时控制规整膜系和非规整膜系的方法,利用VC++编写程序实现对光学监控信号的采集、处理及停镀点的自动判断,实现了规整膜系和非规整膜系膜层厚度的自动控制.并利用该膜厚自动控制系统实验制备了规整膜系和非规整膜系多层膜,实验结果表明:利用该系统镀制的薄膜重复性良好,且光谱曲线和理论光谱曲线吻合较好.该系统解决了非规整膜系的监控问题,由计算机控制膜层的停镀点,排除了人的主观因素对薄膜的性能及其制备的重复性产生的影响,提高了薄膜镀制的重复性和成品率.

Qinghai-Tibet Railway is the longest and highest plateau railway in the world. A long term monitoring system of the stability of the subgrade in the permafrost regions should be put forward immediately to prevent damage to the railway. As it's very difficult to set up the long-distance automatic monitoring system which contains a lot of measure points along the 550 kilometers railway in the permafrost area, we present a subgrade temperature monitor system based on fiber Bragg grating (FBG). In this paper the principles of the FBG was presented, and the feasibility of the FBG sensors in the permafrost area of Qinghai-Tibet plateau was analysized. We embedded fifteen FBG temperature sensors and thermal resistance temperature sensors. A contrast experiment is made while the two kinds of sensors are arranged in the same position. The result of the experiment shows that the accuracy of the FBG temperature sensors is less than 0.1 degrees C. and the FBG sensors can do well in the measurement of pattern which the temperature varies with the depth of the permafrost soil. The result also shows the stability of the FBG sensors in the bad environmental condition of Qinghai-Tibet plateau, which proves the feasibility of the application of FBG sensors and our monitoring system on the Qinghai-Tibet railway.

本论文系统地描述了指纹图像自动识别系统的理论、算法及进行了相应的讨论,对批纹图像预处理中的各种技术进行了分析。在遵循指纹图像处理流程:预处理、分类及特征比对的基础上,本论文重点讨论了指纹图像预处理技术,这也是本文的主要目的。在指纹图像的增强处理当中,本文首先实验了几种常用的图像增强技术。直方图修改技术,对比度扩展技术、图像平滑及图像锐化技术,其中图像平滑技术分别实验了邻预平均法、中值滤波法以及低通滤波法;图像锐化技术也分别实验了拉普拉斯算子锐化、理想高通滤波器、梯度算子锐化。在比较了各种图像增强的实际效果后,提出了在以图像平滑及图像锐化两种方法联合的基础上进行指纹图像的增强。在指纹图像的修饰及二值化处理中,本文实验了固定阈值法、直方图法、微分直方图法、多阈值法以及李硕同学的研究成果,给出了一种较好的指纹图像修饰及二值化方法。作为指纹图像预处理以及数字图像处理技术的一种探索,本论文实验了各种图像处理技术,包括边缘检测、图像平滑、图像锐化、对比度扩展等。并比较了在指纹图像处理这一特定的领域中各自的优劣,以及在总结李硕同学的研究结果的同时,提出了一种比较好的指纹图像预处理技术,并在实验中得到了验证。最后,本文对指纹图像的分类以及特征比对也给出了一些探讨。

本文首先论述了体系结构对大型自动化系统开发的重要意义,接着从生命周期的观点、递阶控制的观点、自控系统组成三要素的观点对体系结构进行了竖向、纵向、横向的分析。并讨论了各类参考模型对支持平台的要求,最后提出了大型过程工业自动化全过程体系结构,该体系结构对“八·五”攻关课题“大型过程工业综合自动化总体技术”具有指导作用。

本文简要介绍了一个数控自动编程专家系统的自然语言接口的实现.该自然语言接口是以我们研制的数控自动编程专家系统为背景,运行在 SUN3/4 工作站的 UNIX 下和 IBM/AT 机的 DOS 下,用 C语言编程.该自然语言接口由词法分析、句法分析、语义语用分析、目标生成和图形仿真五个模块及相应的知识库构成.该接口能够接受数控编程系统所需的对工件的英语自然语言描述并处理一些比较简单的英语语言现象.

本文给出了一种针对公路自动收费系统的车辆分离检测而设计的,利用红外线发射和接收所形成的光幕,完全消除跟车现象,并能将半挂车、全挂车、单车可靠分离的红外车辆分离器。高可靠性红外车辆分离器的设计很好克服了传统红外车辆分离器环境适应性差、故障率高等缺点。本文还介绍了光幕形成的基本原理,并阐述了硬件关键点及实现方法,给出了系统硬件原理图、软件基本设计思想。

DSRC标准是ISO/TC204制定的智能交通系统(ITS)中车—路信息通讯的协议。采用双片式ETC电子标签结合双界面IC卡的储值卡方案形成的多功能不停车收费系统,充分兼容了当前国内普遍应用的IC卡半自动收费方式,集中了IC卡收费系统和ETC收费系统的优点,方便、快捷、通行能力强,并解决了收费口的交通拥挤现象。

This paper represents a LC VCO with AAC (Auto Amplitude Control), in which PMOS FETs are used as active components, and the varactors are directly connected to ground to widen Kvco linear range. The AAC circuitry adds little noise to the VCO and provides it with robust performance over a wide temperature and carrier frequency range. The VCO is fabricated in 50-GHz 0.35-mu m SiGe BiCMOS process. The measurement results show that it has -127.27-dBc/Hz phase noise at 1-MHz offset and a linear gain of 32.4-MHz/V between 990-MHz and 1.14-GHz. The whole circuit draws 6.6-mA current from 5.0-V supply.
