非饱和土中溶质迁移参数反演问题可以归结为非线性算子方程的求解问题.将同伦方法引入该问题的求解,通过构造线性同伦将原问题转化为求解同伦函数最小值的无约束优化问题.同时在分析了同伦参数正则化效应的基础上,提出一种两段同伦参数修正方法.即在求解的初始阶段,根据拟Sigmoid函数调整同伦参数, 以追踪同伦路径,保证计算稳定地进行;在迭代的后期,采用与残差相关的同伦参数修正方法,以抵抗观测噪声对求解的影响.数值算例为求解带有平衡及非平衡吸附效应的一维非饱和土中溶质迁移模型参数反演问题, 计算结果表明了该方法的大范围收敛性及较强的抵抗观测噪声的能力.

The concept of biosensor based on imaging ellipsometry was proposed ten years ago. Its principle and the methodology as well as some solutions to problems which have to be faced during the development are mentioned. Its properties of phase sensitive, high throughput and fast sampling, as well as label-free, sensitivity better than 1 ng/ml for Immunoglobulin G, and real-time analysis for protein interaction process, etc. provide a potential for applications in biomedicine field. In this paper, the effect of the surface tension is considered carefully in the study of non-propagating solitary waves. The parameter plane of the surface tension and the fluid depth is divided into three regions; in two of them a breather soliton can be produced. In literature the parameters of breather solitons are all in one of the parameter regions. The new region reported here has been confirmed by our experiments. In the third region, the theoretical solution is a kink soliton, but a kind of the non-propagating solitary wave similar to the breather soliton was found in our experiments besides the kink soliton.

The magnitude evolution of ettringite and gypsum in hydrated Portland cement mortars due to sulfate attack was detected by X-ray powder diffraction. The influences of sulfate concentration and water-to-cement ratio on the evolution of ettringite and gypsum were investigated. Experimental results show that the magnitude of ettringite formation in sodium sulfate solution follows a three-stage process, namely, the 'penetration period', 'enhance period of strength', and 'macro-crack period'. The cracking of concrete materials is mainly attributed to the effect of ettringite. The gypsum formations occurred in two stages, the 'latent period' and the 'accelerated period'. The gypsum formation including ettringite formation was relative to the linear expansion of mortars to some extend. Both water-to-cement ratio and sulfate concentration play important roles in the evolution of ettringite and gypsum. (C) 2008 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.

Theoretical analyses of x-ray diffraction phase contrast imaging and near field phase retrieval method are presented. A new variant of the near field intensity distribution is derived with the optimal phase imaging distance and spatial frequency of object taken into account. Numerical examples of phase retrieval using simulated data are also given. On the above basis, the influence of detecting distance and polychroism of radiation on the phase contrast image and the retrieved phase distribution are discussed. The present results should be useful in the practical application of in-line phase contrast imaging.

植物是环境变化的重要指示物之一。晚白垩至早第三纪时期,全球生态系统发生了剧烈变化,研究这一时期植物对了解地质历史时期环境变化趋势, 认识和保护当今环境有重要意义。我国黑龙江省嘉荫县有这一时期的地层发育,其中乌云煤矿和白山头是主要的露头剖面。前人曾从地质时代、孢粉及植物化石角度对这两个剖面进行过研究,但是仍有部分问题尚存争议。在本项工作中,我们对两个剖面的孢粉样品进行了系统采样,部分孢粉类型同时在光镜和电镜下进行了拍照。我们还对存在争议的这两个剖面的地质时代进行了讨论。同时,首次用共存分析法对这两个剖面的在沉积时期的气候进行了整体及分段的定量重建。另外,我们结合中其它地点的气候重建工作对不同时期的纬度温度梯度进行了研究。 乌云煤矿和白山头两个乌云组剖面的古新世孢粉植物群的研究结果表明:乌云煤矿孢粉植物群主要是与榛属(Corylus),桤木属(Alnus),桦木属(Betula),榆属(Ulmus)及松属(Pinus)有亲缘关系的植物;白山头剖面的孢粉植物类型与乌云煤矿基本一致,但是其中针叶类植物的花粉所占比重较大。 根据乌云煤矿与白山头剖面的孢粉类型在地层中的分布,以及与其它古新世地层的对比,我们认为乌云煤矿与白山头含孢粉段的地质时代为古新世。 用共存分析法得到乌云组古新世气候参数有两组。孢粉类型的共存结果为:年均温14.8-14.9℃,年降水量816-1389mm;植物化石类型的共存结果为:年均温16.3-16.8℃, 年降水:1124-1623mm。对乌云煤矿与白山头两个剖面孢粉带中的孢粉类型的气候参数分别进行共存,结果表明,除乌云煤矿孢粉第三带到第四带外,乌云地区的年均温在整个沉积时期均呈上升趋势;年均降水量的变化趋势与年均温基本一致。 根据从古新世到现代不同地点气候定量重建的年均温参数,我们计算得到了不同时期纬度温度梯度变化的值:<0.1℃/古纬度(古新世)、 0.1℃/古纬度(始新世)、0.45℃/纬度(中新世)、0.55℃/纬度(上新世)。结合当今全球的平均温度梯度值(0.7℃/纬度),我们得出纬度温度梯度的值从古新世以来呈不断上升的趋势。这一结果显示65Ma 以来赤道与极地间的温度差异逐渐增大,同时也提示了全球温度可能呈下降趋势。

Scutellarin was purified from the plant Erigeron breuiscapus (Vant.) Hand.-Mazz. The activity against 3 strains of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) was determined in vitro in this study. These were laboratory-derived virus (HIV-I-IIIB), drug-resistant virus (HIV-I-74V), and low-passage clinical isolated virus (HIV-1(KM018)). From syncytia inhibition study, the EC50 of scutellarin against HIV-I-IIB direct infection in C8166 cells was 26 mu M with a therapeutic index of 36. When the mode of infection changed from acute infection to cell-to-cell infection, this compound became even more potent and the EC50 reduced to 15 mu M. This suggested that cell fusion might be affected by this compound. By comparing the inhibitory effects on p24 antigen, scutellarin was also found to be active against HIV-1(74V) (EC50 253 mu M) and HIV-1(KM018) (EC50 136 mu M) infection with significant difference in potency. The mechanism of its action was also explored in this study. At a concentration of 433 mu M, scutellarin inhibited 48% of the cell free recombinant HIV-1 RT activity. It also caused 82% inhibition of HIV-1 particle attachment and 45% inhibition of fusion at the concentrations of 54 mu M. In summary, scutellarin was found to inhibit several strains of HIV-1 replication with different potencies. It appeared to inhibit HIV-1 RT activity, HIV-1 particle attachment and cell fusion. 2001年9月对东洞庭湖保护区大型底栖动物进行调查,共记录动物4门8纲20科51种.其中,寡毛类2科18种(35.3%),软体动物8科15种(29.4%),水生昆虫7科14种(27.5%),其他动物4种(9.1%).软体动物是东洞庭湖底栖动物的最主要类群(占总丰度的71.1%).其中,腹足类的长角涵螺(Alocinma longicornis)、铜锈环棱螺(Bellamya aerugi- 120sa)、中华沼螺(Parafossarulus sinensis)、纹沼螺(P.striatulus)和寡毛类

构建了雌核发育银鲫原肠期胚胎和尾芽期胚胎间的抑制性差减杂交cDNA质粒文库。对原肠期739个 和尾芽期816个PCR阳性克隆进行斑点杂交,得到72个原肠期和98个尾芽期斑点杂交阳性克隆。测序和基因 数据库比对结果表明:72个原肠期斑点杂交阳性克隆中,包括19个已知基因的cDNA片段和31个没有同源性的 cDNA片段;98个尾芽期斑点杂交阳性克隆中,包括52个已知基因的cDNA片段和37个没有同源性的cDNA片 段。采用虚拟Northern杂交和RT PCR证实了部分基因在银鲫胚胎发育过程中的差异表达。这些

水环境退化是全球普遍面临的重要问题,退化后的水环境修复、重建,已成为当前各国重视的焦点,也是环境科学与工程研究的热点。该文全面综述了国内外水环境修复技术的研究进展,并在此基础上对水环境修复的重点和热点进行了分析和归纳。文章指出,为改善我国水环境,还有待于进一步加强水环境修复的方法学、基础理论、应用技术和示范推广等方面的研究工作。

Homoepitaxial growth of SiC on a Si-face (0 0 0 1) GH-SIC substrate has been performed in a modified gas-source molecular beam epitaxy system with Si2H6 and C2H4 at temperatures ranging 1000 1450 degreesC while keeping a constant SiC ratio (0.7) in the gas phase. X-ray diffraction patterns, Raman scattering measurements. and low-temperature photoluminescence spectra showed single-crystalline SiC. Mesa-type SiC p-n junctions were obtained on these epitaxial layers, and their I-V characteristics are presented. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.

Fourier transformation (FT) method has been used in the theoretical lineshape analysis of the Franz-Keldysh Oscillation (FKO) in detail by numerical simulation. The FKO of a set of GaAs SIN+ samples was obtained in photoreflectance measurements. The FT spectra of a part of the samples,including of the real part,imaginary part, and mode of the FT,are well consistent with the theoretical lineshapes. The ratio of the square root of the reduced mass of the light hole (LH) to the heavy hole (HH), root mu(1)/root mu(h), obtained in the analysis was in the range of 0.805 to 0.816 for different samples. In addition,the built-in electric field F-1, and the modulation field delta F = F-1 - F-2 induced by photo-modulation were also obtained in the analysis. However,for a few samples great difference was found in the lineshape of the real part and imaginary part of their FT spectra from the theoretical lineshape. In this case the mode of the FT spectra still can be used to obtain useful information.
