A series of binary borosilicate glasses prepared by the sol-gel method are shown to be bioactive. Tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) and trimethylborate (TMB) in acidic medium are used to prepare xB(2)O(3)center dot(1-x)SiO2 glass systems for x = 0.045-0.167. The formation of a layer of apatite-like mineral on the glass surface becomes apparent after soaking in simulated body fluid for 48 h. We have measured the B-11-B-11 homonuclear second moments of the borosilicate glasses and inferred that no macroscopic phase separation occurred in our glasses. The B-11 chemical shift data also show that the formation of clustered boroxol rings is negligible in our glass system. Although the bioactivity of our borosilicate glasses is less than that of CaO-SiO2 sol-gel glasses, these simple binary systems could be taken as reference glass systems for the search of new bioactive borosilicate glasses. Nb2O5 sculptured thin. films deposited by electron beam evaporation with glancing angle deposition were prepared. Nb2O5 sculptured thin. films with tilted columns are optical anisotropy. XRD, SEM, UV-vis-NIR spectra are employed to characterize the microstructure and optical properties. The maximum of birefringence (Delta n) is up to 0.045 at alpha = 70 degrees with packing density of 0.487. With increasing the deposition angle, refractive index and packing density of Nb2O5 STF are decreasing. The relationship among deposition parameter, microstructure and optical properties was investigated in detail. (C) 2008 Elsevier B. V. All rights reserved.

In this study, protein electrophoresis was assayed to detect genetic variation in Genus Nycticebus. A total of 29 samples (2 N. coucang and 27 N. pygmaeus) were analyzed for 42 genetic loci. In the 27 samples of N. pygmaeus, 4 loci were observed to be polymorphic. Therefore, the estimated P value (proportion of polymorphic loci) is 0.095, the A value (average number of alleles each locus) is 1.045, and the H value (mean individual heterozygosity) is 0.040. After comparing the H of N. pygmaeus with those of other primates reported, we found that the protein variation in N. pygmaeus is slightly lower than the average level. Additionally, we also observed obvious allele difference between N. pygmaeus and N. coucang. There are no shared alleles between these two species in eight loci. The NEI's genetic distance between them was calculated as 0.2541, which falls in the spectrum of genetic difference between species in primates.

本发明是一种单模高功率垂直腔面发射激光器,属半导体光电子领域。其特征在于,包括P型电极(1),P型Si衬底(2),金属键合层(3),P型分布布拉格反射镜(DBR)(4),氧化限制层(5),有源区(6),N型DBR(7),SiO2掩膜(8),聚酰亚胺或苯并环丁烯(BCB)(9),N电极(10),光子晶体(11),出光窗口(12)。在该结构的垂直腔面发射激光器中引入光子晶体,可增大氧化孔径,提高单模输出功率,同时采用键合技术将传统VCSEL外延片转移到Si衬底上和采用底部出光的设计,便于拉近VCSEL外延片有源区与Si衬底的距离,改善器件热学特性,进一步提高单模输出功率。

This paper reports the impact of a wide bandgap p-type hydrogenated nanocrystalline silicon (nc-Si:H) on the performances of hydrogenated amorphous silicon (a-Si:H) based solar cells. The player consists of nanometer-sized Si crystallites and has a wide effective bandgap determined mainly by the quantum size-confinement effect (QSE). By incorporation of this p-layer into the devices we have obtained high performances of a-Si:H top solar cells with V-infinity=1.045 V and FF=70.3 %, and much improved mid and bottom a-SiGe:H cells, deposited on stainless steel (SS) substrate. The effects of the band-edge mismatch at the p/i-interface on the I-V characteristics of the solar cells arc discussed on the bases of the density-functional approach and the AMPS model.

本文通过无水LnCl_3(Ln = Pr.Nd.Gd)与两倍摩尔的叔丁基环戊二烯基碱金属盐在THF中60-80℃反应,分离到一类新的二(叔丁基环戊二烯基)稀土氯化物(T-DuCp)_2 2net.nTHF (Ln = Pr,Nd,n = 2 Ln = Gd,n = 1),对它们进行了元素分析。红外光谱及水鲜色质谱的表征。对于配合物(t-BuCp)_2PrCl·2THF的单晶,测定了它的晶体结构,晶体层单斜晶系P21/C空间群,晶胞参数为:a = 15.080 b = 8.855 c = 21.196A, β = 110.34°V = 2653.9A~3 δ = 4,结构分析表明此配合物是一中性的单分子配合物。最后的R = Rw = 0.058平均Pr-C.2.81 Pr-Cent 2.53A, Pr-Cl及Rr-O键长分别为2.72与2.62A。本文通过Lnel_3(Ln = Nd.Pr.Ga)与等摩尔的叔丁基环戊二烯基碱金属盐在THF中60-80℃反应,分离到一类中性的单(叔丁基环戊二烯基)稀土二氯化物,并对它们进行了元素分析,红外光谱及水鲜色质谱的表征。本文通过轻稀土元素La,Pr的三氯化物与带基钠以1:2摩尔比在THF中70-80℃反应,分离到了二带基轻稀土氯化物(CaH_7)_2LaCl.2THF及[(CqH_7)_2PrCl.THF]_2。并且对此二配合物进行了元素分析。红外光谱及水鲜色质谱的表征。对于[(CuH_7)_2PrCl.TH]_2配合物,测定了它的晶体结构,这是第一个得到结构表征的茚基稀土氯化物,晶体层于单斜晶系,P_(21)/C空间群,晶胞参数为a = 7.808 b = 17.796 c = 14.070A β = 93.97°v = 1950.31A. E = 2最后的R = 0.045. Rw = 0.039结构分析表明此配合物以中性的二聚体形式存在。平均的Pr-C.2.81 Pr-Cent 2.53. Pr-Cl.2.84H Pr-O钻长2.54A。为了进一步研究不同配体对配合物结构的影响,我们还研究了Gael_3与Nae_5Mes以1:1摩尔比在THF中的反应,分离到了两种配合物[(NaTHF)(C_5MesGd.THF)_2Cl_5]_2.6THF(I)及L_5Me_5GdCl2.3THF(II)并且对配合物(I),测定了它的晶体结构,晶体层于三斜晶系。Pi空间群。晶胞参数a = 12.183 b = 13.638 c = 17.883A, α = 110.38 β = 94.04 γ = 99.44°, V = 2721.20A, E = 1。结构分析表明,此配合物是一种以两个Na原子通过THF中的O原子而桥联的金层有机配合物,在结构上有十分新颖的特点。在此配合物分子中含有四个Gd原子及二个Na原子,Na及Gd间以Cl桥键相联结,Gd-Gd_2 = 4.033 Gdll-Na = 2.818A。最后的R = 0.04M Rw = 0.042。本文还对(t-BuCp)_2P_2Cl.2THF与NaH及LiAlH4的反应进行了初步的研究,分离到(t-Bucp)_2PrH.2THF及(t-Bucp)_2P_2RIH_4.3THF两种新的氢化物,并且对它们进行了元素分析,红外光谱的表征,对于它们水鲜产物的气相分中的H_2,用气相色谱法进行了定性表征。

森林作为陆地生态系统的主体,在碳的生物地球化学循环中起着关键的作用,因此对森林生态系统生产力的研究具有重要意义。本文以长白山阔叶红松林为研究对象,在2005年7月~9月对其主要优势种红松、紫椴、蒙古栎、水曲柳的生理生态学参数进行了测定,并利用单叶尺度的光合作用-气孔导度-能量平衡耦合模型,以及冠层尺度的多层模型,对单叶尺度以及冠层尺度的光合作用进行了模拟,主要的结论有: (1)长白山阔叶红松林主要优势树种红松、紫椴、蒙古栎、水曲柳的生理生态学参数:光合有效辐射吸收率a、初始量子效率α、光饱和时的最大净光合作用速率Pmax、最大的Rubisco催化反应速率Vcmax、CO2饱和时的最大净光合作用速率Jmax有着明显且不同的季节变化。7、8月水曲柳的α值最大,分别为0.077、0.064,9月紫椴的最大,为0.051。红松的Vcmax值在7、9月为四个树种中最大的,分别为:49.085、43.072μmol•m-2•s-1,8月为水曲柳最大,为66.041μmol•m-2•s-1。 (2)对优势树种单叶尺度的净光合作用速率An和气孔对CO2的导度gsc进行模拟发现:紫椴、蒙古栎、水曲柳的An、gsc的值在7~9月要大于红松,进入植物生长末期的9月则随着生理活性的下降而迅速下降,而红松则表现较为平稳且略有上升。7月蒙古栎的An、gsc的最大值最大分别为15.055μmol•m-2•s-1、0.400 mol•m-2•s-1;8月水曲柳的最大分别为22.944μmol•m-2•s-1、0.567 mol•m-2•s-1;9月紫椴的最大分别为12.045μmol•m-2•s-1、0.249 mol•m-2•s-1。 (3)通过模拟得到:长白山阔叶红松林冠层2005年8月的净光合作用速率An有着明显的日变化特征, 8月林冠的净光合作用速率最大值可以达到44.880μmol•m-2•s-1,该月白天净光合作用速率的总量可以达到23.580 mol•m-2。通过与观测值比较发现模拟结果能够较好地反映冠层光合作用的特征。

急流牙甲族Sperchopsini属于鞘翅目Coleoptera牙甲科Hydrophilidae的水牙甲亚科Hydrophilinae,共包括五属,即水龟虫属 Hydrocassis、革牙甲属 Ametor、Sperchopsis、Anticura、Cylomissus,世界共计有25种,我国分布有2属18个种。 本文回顾了水甲虫、牙甲科以及急流牙甲族的研究简史;综述了水甲虫在分类学、保护生物学、形态学、遗传学、分子生物学等方面研究进展,总结了水甲虫与生态因子的关系以及水甲虫作为生态系统健康指示物的可行性。还简要介绍了昆虫分子系统学,以及细胞色素氧化酶亚基I(COI)和rDNA内部转录间隔区(ITS)在昆虫学研究中的应用。 通过对收集到的700余号急流牙甲族的标本观察和分类研究,发现了一新种(内蒙水龟甲Hydrocassis mongolica sp.nov.)。并且对已知全部种类重新作了描述,特别是长茎革牙甲 Ametor elongatus雄性外生殖器部分,首次对7个种类(长茎革牙甲 Ametor elongatus、粗革牙甲 Ametor scabrosus、帝水龟甲 Hydrocassis imperialis、伪舟水龟甲Hydrocassis pesudoscapha、条纹水龟甲Hydrocassis scapulata、舟水龟甲 Hydrocassi scapha、四川水龟甲Hydrocassis sichuana)的雌性个体进行了描述。编制了急流牙甲族的分属、分种检索表。 采用支序分类学的方法对中国急流牙甲族种类的系统发育关系进行探讨。结果显示革牙甲属内的A. latus、A. rudesculptus、A. rugosus 及A. scabrosus 构成单系(不包括A. elongates),支持皱革牙甲A. rugosus和A. latus属于革牙甲属。水龟虫属内H. anhuiensis、H. baoshanensis、H. lacustris、H. pseudoscapha、H. scaphoides、H. scapulata、H. sichuana、H. taiwana、H. uncinata、H. schillhammeri构成一个单系。水龟虫属包括两大类群,一类群包括H. anhuiensis、H. lacustris、H. scapulata、H. sichuana 、H. taiwana,另一类群包括H. baoshanensis、H. scaphoides、 H. schillhammeri 、H. uncinata。两类群的不同之处在于后一类群的阳基侧突上有一齿状凸起。 测序了H. scapulata、H. sichuana和H. mongolica雌雄各一个个体的COI和ITS2序列。全部的COI基因序列为828bp,编码275个氨基酸。H. scapulata的ITS2序列有446bp,H. sichuana的有456bp,H. mongolica的有455bp。用MEGA 3.1计算比对距离(pairwise distances)和构建邻近系统树。结果显示对于COI,种内的比对距离分别是0(H. scapulata)、0.008(H. mongolica)、0.004(H. sichuana),种间的比对距离在0.024-0.045之间。对于ITS2,种内的比对距离分别为0.005(H. scapulata)、0(H. mongolica)、0.007(H. sichuana),种间的比对距离在0.028-0.047之间。H. sichuana和新种间的比对距离在0.024-0.037(COI)和0.044(ITS2)。比对距离揭示出种内低于0.008,种间在0.024-1.078之间。因而,它们之间应该是种间关系而不是种内的关系。COI数据集和ITS2数据集所构建的系统树存在一定的差异,前者显示四川水龟甲和条纹水龟甲是姐妹种,后者显示新种和条纹水龟甲是姐妹种。总之,在内蒙古自治区发现的为一新的物种。
HOST-GUEST INTERACTIONS OF THIAMINE WITH ANIONS - CRYSTAL-STRUCTURE OF THIAMINE IODIDE SESQUIHYDRATE

The crystal structure of thiamine iodide sesquihydrate has been determined by X-ray diffraction methods as a host-guest model for coenzyme-substrate interactions. The asymmetric unit contains two chemical units. Both the thiamine molecules A and B, which are crystallographically independent, assume the usual F conformation and have a disordered hydroxyethyl side chain. An iodide anion (or a water molecule) bridges the pyrimidine and thiazolium rings of molecule A (or B) by forming a hydrogen bond with the amino group and an electrostatic contact with the thiazolium ring to stabilize the molecular conformation. In the crystal the thiamine molecules self-associate to form a pipe-like polymeric structure, in which four thiamine hosts surround an iodide guest and hold it through C(2)-H...I hydrogen bonds and thiazolium...I electrostatic interactions. Crystal data: C12H17N4OS+.I- . 1.5 H2O, monoclinic, P2(1)/c, a = 12.585(2), b = 25.303(5), c = 12.030(2) angstrom, beta = 115.15(1)degrees, V = 3468(1) angtrom3, Z = 8, D(c) = 1.606 g cm-3, R = 0.045 for 3328 observed reflections.

A series of experiments were conducted to identify the factors that affected the growth and survival of the settling flounder larvae Paralichthys olivaceus. Settling larvae 24 days after hatching (DAH) were reared in 10-l experimental tanks up to 40 DAH, and two of the following factors were changed as controlled factors in each experiment: light regime (24L:0D or 12L:12D), prey density (1500, 3000, or 5000 Artemia l(-1)), shelter (sand or no sand) and stocking density (5, 10, or 15 fish l(-1)). Early settling larvae (24-35 DAH) experienced little mortality (less than 10% of the overall mortality) that was not significantly affected by above factors. In contrast, late settling larvae (36-40 DAH) suffered high cannibalistic mortality which was significantly influenced by each of the above factors. Larvae experienced significantly lower mortality at 10 fish l(-1) level than at other densities. Larvae at 15 fish l(-1) level had higher mortality than at 5 fish l(-1) when all other factors were identical. Larvae at 3000 and 5000 Artemia l(-1) treatments survived significantly better than at 1500 Artemia l(-1), but no significant differences in larval mortality were found between the two higher densities. Larvae suffered higher mortality at low prey density or at the absence of sand when they were exposed to longer photoperiod. Low stocking density significantly improved the growth of the settling larvae. The average daily instantaneous growth rate (G) at 5 and 15 fish l(-1) treatments were 0.050 and 0.034, with the coefficient of variation (CV) in final length at 16.4 and 23.5, respectively. Daily instantaneous growth rate increased significantly from 0.033 in the 1500 Artemia l(-1) to 0.041 and 0.045 in the 3000 and 5000 Artennia l(-1), respectively, but no significant difference in larval growth existed between the two higher prey densities. These findings suggested that the optimal prey density for growth and survival of the settling flounder larvae at a stocking density of 5 - 15 fish l(-1) was around 3000 Artemia l(-1) . Larvae that were exposed to 24L showed 20% increase in growth ( G = 0.046, CV = 18.7) than those exposed to 12L ( G = 0.037, CV = 20.5). Longer exposure to light significantly improved larval growth, provided sufficient food was available. Sand substrate did not show significant effects on larval growth, possibly because the larvae spent most of the time swimming or feeding in the water column during this stage. 崔家峪石英砂岩矿床赋存于下寒武系李官组,矿体呈层状,厚度5. 2~15. 50 m;矿石中砂结构,分选性好;矿石w (SiO2) 高达98. 77 %~98. 98 % , w (Fe2O3) 仅0. 038 %~0. 045 % ,实属少见的超纯石英砂岩矿床。该矿床形成于温暖潮湿气候下的稳定大陆壳边缘滨海环境,石英直接来源于震旦系土门群砂岩,矿床是剥蚀2沉积多个旋回不断分选富集的结果。研究该矿床地质特征和成因具有地质和找矿指导意义。

以土壤环境地球化学研究为主线,在贵州省贵阳市8 046 km2研究区域中,将土壤重金属元素汞的空间分布规律与环境地球化学机理研究相结合,建立区域土壤环境地球化学基线,选用合适的判别指标判识自然作用过程与人类活动过程对土壤环境的影响,对487个样品的汞含量进行了统计分析.结果表明,贵阳市表层土壤中重金属元素汞的基线值为0.045 mg·kg^-1,样品中汞元素含量大于0.530 mg·kg^-1的样品可能遭受人为污染的影响.地质累积指数分析结果显示,贵阳市12%的表层土壤未受汞的污染,37%的表层土壤在无污染到中度污染之间,36%的中度污染,11%的表层土壤介于中度污染到强污染之间,2%的强污染,1%的介于强污染到极强污染之间.污染程度指数分析显示,贵阳市56.1%的表层土壤未受到汞的污染,汞的污染程度最大为45.87,总污染程度大于0(即受到污染).

崔家峪石英砂岩矿床矿石质量优,原矿SiO2 含量高达98.77%~98.94%,Fe2O3 含量仅0.038%~0.045%。石英颗粒分选性好,粒度分布0.1~0.5mm 占88.43%;矿石选矿工艺简单,主要通过强磁选,精砂化学成分SiO2 达到99.58%,Fe2O3 仅0.017%。该矿床为少见的优质玻璃用石英砂岩矿床,开发利用前景良好。
