It is now possible to improve the precision of well survey calculations by order of magnitude with numerical approximation.

Although the most precise method of simulating and calculating a wellbore trajectory generally requires more calculation than other, less-accurate methods, the wider use of computers in oil fields now eliminates this as an obstacle.

The results of various calculations show that there is a deviation of more than 10 m among the different methods of calculation for a directional well of 3,000 m.1 Consequently, it is important to improve the precision and reliability of survey calculation-the fundamental, necessary work of quantitatively monitoring and controlling wellbore trajectories.

The resolution and classical noise in ghost imaging with a classical thermal light are investigated theoretically. For ghost imaging with a Gaussian Schell model source, the dependences of the resolution and noise on the spatial coherence of the source and the aperture in the imaging system are discussed and demonstrated by using numerical simulations. The results show that an incoherent source and a large aperture will lead to a good image quality and small noise.

Fields in subwavelength-diameter terahertz hollow optical fiber (STHOF) can be intensified by large discontinuity of the electric field at high index contrast interfaces. The influences of fiber geometry and refractive index of the dielectric region on the fiber characteristics, such as power distribution, enhancement factor, have been discussed in detail. By appropriate design, the intensity in the central region of STHOF may be enhanced by a factor of greater than 1.5 compared with subwavelength-diameter terahertz fiber without the central hole and the loss can be reduced. For its compact structure and simple fabrication process, the fiber may be very useful in many miniaturized high performance and novel terahertz photonic devices. (c) 2007 Elsevier B.V. 纳米孔结构金属多孔材料(以下简称金属纳米多孔材料)是近年来纳米技术及多孔材料科学领域引人注目的研究对象。本文综述了近年来金属纳米多孔材料的制备方法(粉末烧结法、脱合金法、胶晶模板法、斜入射沉积法等)、表征技术、应用现状以及最新的研究成果。指出了金属纳米多孔材料研究进程中存在的主要问题、发展前景及今后的研究方向。

本研究从三个方面研究了草地生态系统的碳循环及其对全球变化的响应: 1)系统整理了世界范围内各种类型草原群落碳循环主要过程和影响因素的有关资料,在此基础上,对草地生态系统巾的碳素贮量和主要流量进行了全球估计;在CENTURY模型碳循环业模型的基础上,对草地生态系统碳循环的分室模型进行了说明;阐述了土壤呼吸作用在草地碳循环中的作用,综述了草地土壤呼吸的测定方法、影响草地呼吸的主要环境因素,对世界范围内草地土壤呼吸量和土壤中的有机碳周转速度进行了初步估计;讨论了全球气候变化、 C02浓度增加和土地利用变化对草地生态系统的可能影响。 2)对内蒙古锡林河流域一个固定样地内的羊草草原群落的碳循环特点进行了初步研究;采用实测数据和CENTURY模型模拟相结合,对该群落中碳素的输入与输出量,碳素贮量和土壤中有机碳的周转口寸间进行了首次估计,得出了“未利用状态下羊草草原群落基本处于碳素平衡状态”的结论。 3)对世界范围内草地利用现状的资料分析表明,全世界70%的草地出现了不同程度的退化, 过度放牧是导致草地退化的主要原因,在退化草地总面积中,约有35%是由于过度放牧造成的。过度放牧是锡林河流域羊草草原退化的主要入为因素,40年来,过度放牧共导致了羊草草地O - 20cm土层中23%的土壤有机碳损失。结合CENTURY模型的预测结果,土地利用变化对羊草草原土壤有机碳贮量的影响将比气候变化和C02浓度增加的影响更加重大。

本发明涉及一种气体传感器,特别是一种用于检测氨气的有机薄膜晶体管气体传感器。栅绝缘层上设表面修饰层和功能层;源电极和漏电极分别连接于功能层,功能层以p型有机半导体材料聚(3-烷基)噻吩为原料。本发明是结合当前半导体工业的主流技术,在硅衬底上利用有机半导体材料代替无机半导体材料作为器件的功能层,制备了底栅顶接触结构的有机薄膜晶体管气体传感器,简化了器件的制作工艺,大大减少了器件的制作周期。另外,器件易于集成化、微型化。

 为了寻找治疗艾滋病的新药,研究了8 种稀土金属(镧、铒、镝、钆、镨、镱、钐、钕) 配合物和铂 配合物的抗HIV 活性。我们以C8166 细胞系为指示细胞,测定样品对HIV - 1IIIB诱导的细胞合胞体形成 的抑制作用,并以MTT方法测定它们对细胞存活率的影响,以研究稀土和铂配合物对细胞的毒性。根 据公式,计算出其CC50和EC50值,并进一步计算出其TI 值。结果表明,镧配合物、钐配合物和铂配合物 的EC50值分别为0. 006μg/ ml 、74. 28μg/ ml 和21. 54μg/ ml ,它们的治疗指数分别为63、21 和45 ,具有一定的 抗HIV - 1 活性。其它的配合物具有很低或者不具有抗HIV - 1 活性。

We investigated the age and growth of Schizothorax o'connori in the Yarlung Tsangpo River by examination of annuli from otoliths. The von Bertalanffy model was the most acceptable statistical growth model. Its parameters were as follows: SL infinity = 492.4 mm, K = 0.1133, t(0) = -0.5432 year and W-infinity = 1748.9 g for females; SL infinity = 449.0 mm, K = 0.1260, t(0) = -0.4746 year and W-infinity = 1287.0 g for males. Theoretical longevity was 25.9 years for the female and 23.3 years for the male. Moreover, females had larger asymptotic length and weight compared with males.

A simple, rapid and sensitive on-line method for simultaneous determination of four endocrine disruptors (17 beta-estradiol, estriol, bisphenol A and 17 alpha-ethinylestradiol) in environmental waters was developed by coupling in-tube solid-phase microextraction (SPME) to high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with fluorescence detection (FLD). A poly(acrylamide-vinylpyridine-NAP-methylene bisacrylamide) monolith, synthesized inside a polyether ether ketone (PEEK) tube, was selected as the extraction medium. To achieve optimum extraction performance, several parameters were investigated, including extraction flow-rate, extraction time, and pH value, inorganic salt and organic solvent content of the sample matrix. By simply filtered with nylon membrane filter and adjusting the pH of samples to 6.0 with phosphoric acid, the sample solution then could be directly injected into the device for extraction. Low detection limits (S/N = 3) and quantification limits (S/N = 10) of the proposed method were achieved in the range of 0.006-0.10 ng/mL and 0.02-0.35 ng/mL from spiked lake waters, respectively. The calibration curves of four endocrine disruptors showed good linearity ranging from quantification limits to 50 ng/mL with a linear coefficient R-2 value above 0.9913. Good method reproducibility was also found by intra- and inter-day precisions, yielding the RSDs less than 12 and 9.8%, respectively. Finally, the proposed method was successfully applied to the determination of these compounds in several environmental waters. (c) 2006 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.

We have observed an extremely narrow absorption spectrum due to bound-to-continuum transition in GaAs/AlxGa1-xAs multiple quantum wells (MQWs). Its linewidth is only about one tenth of the values reported previously. Our calculation indicates that the broadening of the excited state in the continuum has little contribution to the absorption linewidth. We have grown a sample whose MQW region contains two kinds of wells with a minor thickness inhomogeneity. Its resultant absorption linewidth is six times as large as that of homogeneous well sample, which is in good agreement with our theoretical analysis. Thus we can suggest that the wider absorption spectra reported by many authors may be due to the well width inhomogeneity. (C) 1998 American Institute of Physics. [S0003-6951(98)03430-5]

简要叙述了磷酸型燃料电池(PAFC)最新研究进展,介绍了在相同条件下比较氢和甲烷作为燃料在磷酸(85% )电解质和A型电解质(多氟磷酸和磷酸的混合物)中的电化学行为。在130℃,将A型电解质燃料电池的输出特性与磷酸(85% )电解质燃料电池进行比较。全部试验在有参比电极的三电极试验电池中进行,试验电极采用自制电极,辅助电极采用光亮铂电极或者镀铂电极,参比电极采用动态氢电极。测量系统是由D.H.W 型恒电位/恒电流仪和3086 型记录仪组成。A型电解质燃料电池的输出功率高于磷酸(85% )电解质燃料电池,这是由于A型电解质具有较高的离子活性和活度。实验表明,A型电解质具有较高的电化学性能。
