A four-level decay model in KMgF3:Eu2+ is proposed. The decay profiles of the P-6(7/2) excited state of Eu2+ are biexponential, and the physical implication of each term in the fit equation responsible for the model is interpreted. The evidence obtained spectroscopically for supporting the model is presented. A new method to study energy transfer between Eu2+ and X3+ in KMgF3:Eu-X (X = Gd, Ce, Cr) is established on the basis of the proposed model.

针对30°楔角的驻定斜爆轰特性,选择在临界爆轰马赫数附近6.8、7.0与7.5等3种不同马赫数来流状态进行数值分析. 在马赫数为6.8、7.0状态下,在斜激波(oblique shock wave,OSW)、斜爆轰波(oblique detonation wave,ODW)与爆燃波交汇处形成的三波点后形成一道激波,在楔面上反射,并透过接触间断面与爆轰波阵面产生的横波相互作用,使得下游流场发生扰动,形成不规则的胞格结构. 斜爆轰波阵面产生的横波呈现上游单向传播与下游双向传播同时并存的现象,对斜爆轰的稳定性产生了影响

为增加离子与原子碰撞成像系统中探测电子的立体角,设计了一约束电子的复合型亥姆霍兹线圈装置.对复合型亥姆霍兹线圈的磁场分布进行了理论计算和分析,并对制作的复合型亥姆赫兹线圈产生的磁场进行了实验测量,得出磁场的均匀性好于±0.6%.

目的:评价重离子束对皮肤恶性肿瘤放射治疗的近期疗效和毒副反应。方法:29例皮肤恶性肿瘤患者分6批接受重离子束放射治疗,其中恶性黑色素瘤13例,皮肤鳞癌及Bowen’s病各6例,基底细胞癌2例,其他皮肤恶性肿瘤2例。照射总剂量(50~70)GyE/(6~12)d,单次剂量5.5~11.67GyE,1f/d,连续治疗。采用RTOG标准和WHO近期疗效标准分别评价毒副反应和近期疗效。结果:截止2009-05,中位随访时间为13.5个月(1~25个月),随访率为100%。29例患者中完全缓解(CR)24例(82.8%),部分缓解(PR)5例(17.2%),有效率(RR)为100%,中位生存时间为22.8个月(95%CI:20.6~24.9)。皮肤反应0度11例(37.9%),Ⅰ度9例(31.0%),Ⅱ度6例(20.7%),Ⅲ度2例(6.9%),Ⅳ度1例(3.4%);血液毒副反应治疗前后无明显改变。结论:重离子束(12C6+)放射治疗皮肤恶性肿瘤近期疗效好,并发症轻,远期疗效、晚期副反应等尚需进一步长期全面的观察和更多的研究提供依据。

Several specific non-covalent protein complexes were successfully observed by matrix assisted desorption ionization mass spectrometry(MALDI MS). The methods described in this paper include the matrixes use of sinapinic acid(SA) and 6-aza-2-thiothymine (ATT) in neutral pH solution, as well as the improvement of two-layer sample preparation method to achieve a high sensitivity detection of stable non-covalent complexes, Myoglobin-heme complex was found simultaneously with the sinapinic acid matrix in the various pH solution(pH=2 or pH=5), The RNase S complex showed a striking intensity at the first shot, which was decreased with more laser shots. Most importantly, the observation of specific non-covalent complex in the brome mosaic virus(BMV) coat proteins would open up a new possibility to investigate the assembly and disassembly of viral capsids.

A side-wall compression scramjet model with different combustor geometries has been tested in a propulsion tunnel that typically provides the testing flow with Mach number of 5.8, total temperature of 1800K, total pressure of 4.5MPa and mass flow rate of 4kg/s. This kerosene-fueled scramjet model consists of a side-wall compression inlet, a combustor and a thrust nozzle. A strut was used to increase the contraction ratio and to inject fuels, as well as a mixing enhancement device. Several wall cavities were also employed for flame-holding. In order to shorten the ignition delay time of the kerosene fuel, a little amount of hydrogen was used as a pilot flame. The pressure along the combustor has an evident raise after ignition occurred. Consequently thrust was observed during the fuel-on period. However, the thrust was still less than the drag of the scramjet model. For this reason, the drag variation produced by different strut and cavities was tested. Typical results showed that the cavities do not influence the drag so much, but the length of the strut does.

The ovaries of Kun-Ming strain mice (3 weeks) were irradiated with different doses of C-12(6+) ion or Co-60 gamma-ray. Chromosomal aberrations were analyzed in metaphase II oocytes at 7 weeks after irradiation. The relative biological effectiveness (RBE) of C C-12(6+) ion was calculated with respect to Co-60 gamma-ray for the induction of chromosornal aberrations. The C-12(6+) ion and Co-60 gamma-ray dose-response relationships for chromosomal aberrations were plotted by linear quadratic models. The data showed that there was a dose-related increase in frequency of chromosomal aberrations in all the treated groups compared to controls. The RBE values for C-12(6+) ions relative to (CO)-C-60 gamma-rays were 2.49, 2.29, 1.57, 1.42 or 1.32 for the doses of 0.5, 1.0, 2.07 4.0 or 6.0 Gy, respectively. Moreover, a different distribution of the various types of aberrations has been found for C-12(6+) ion and Co-60 gamma-ray irradiations. The dose-response relationships for C-12(6+) ion and (CO)-C-60 gamma-ray exhibited positive correlations. The results from the present study may be helpful for assessing genetic damage following exposure of immature oocytes to ionizing radiation.

以阐明黄土高原典型区域土壤有机碳(SOC)含量和储量及微生物碳(Mc)含量随土壤类型、土层和土地利用方式变异规律为目的,研究了从北向南依次分布的干润砂质新成土(神木)、黄土正常新成土(延安)和土垫旱耕人为土(杨凌)等典型土壤的SOC含量和储量及Mc含量的变化特征。结果表明,不同土壤类型、不同土层SOC和Mc含量存在显著差异。同一土壤类型SOC和Mc含量在0~60cm随土层深度增加下降很明显,60~120cm土层有轻微下降,120cm土层以下低而稳定,同层次土壤从南到北,SOC、Mc和SOC储量含量显著下降,均以土垫旱耕人为土最高,黄土正常新成土次之,干润砂质新成土最低,且差异显著(P<0.05);0~200cm土层SOC总储量也沿土垫旱耕人为土(102.23±30.12t/hm2)、黄土正常新成土(67.78±9.23t/hm2)、干润砂质新成土(27.07±4.59t/hm2)依次下降;土垫旱耕人为土、黄土正常新成土和干润砂质新成土在100~200cm土层SOC累积量分别是0~100cm土层的65%、74%和58%,因此在研究黄土高原SOC贮量时必需考虑深层贮量的贡献。Mc随土壤类型的变化趋势与SOC基本相...

Polyamide- 6(PA 6)/polytetrafluoroethylene is studied as a potential gate dielectric for flexible organic thin film transistors. The same method used for the formation of organic semiconductor and gate dielectric films greatly simplifies the fabrication process of devices. The fabricated transistors show good electrical characteristics. Ambipolar behaviour is observed even when the device is operated in air.

The novel amino-acid-containing polyoxometalate Ka(6) [Cu(Ala)(2) (H2O)(2)](2) [Cu-4 (H2O)(2) . (AsW9O34)(2)] . 16H(2)O was synthesized from the reaction of K-10[Cu-4(H2O)(2)(AsW9O34)(2)] . 20H(2)O with beta -alanine, Its structure has been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in the triclinic space group P (1) over bar, with a=1. 196 3(2) nm, b=1. 536 5(3) nm, c=1. 591 4(3) nm, alpha =93. 97(3)degrees, beta= 110. 88(3)degrees, gamma =101. 07(3)degrees, V=2. 651 8(9) nm(3) and Z=1. Least-squares refinement of the structure leads to R and R-w factors of 0. 067 3 and 0. 162 8, respectively. An unusual structural feature of the compound is that the polyanion [Cu-4(H2O)(2) (AsW9O34)](10-) is linked with the amino-acid complex of Cu2+ by a mu -oxygen atom.

Energy transfer processes between Eu2+ and Gd3+, Cr3+, Ce3+ ions in KMgF3, which are difficult to study spectroscopically, have been investigated by using the proposed four-level decay model of the P-6(7/2) excited state of the Eu2+ ion. Gd3+ and Ce3+ transfer its energy to the vibronic transition of the P-6(7/2) --> S-8(7/2) transition of Eu2+, whereas Cr3+ receive energy from Eu2+ via the d-d interaction. The energy transfer from the Eu2+ 4f(6)5d level to the Ce3+ 4f5d state is observed spectroscopically, and the energy transfer mechanism is discussed. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science B.V. The reactions of [Cp2Mo2(CO)4] (1) with 2,2'-dipyridyl disulphide (C5H4NS-)2, 8,8'-diquinolyl disulphide (C9H6NS-)2 and tetramethyl thiuram disulphide (Me2NC(S)S-)2 in toluene solution resulted in the cleavage of the Mo-Mo triple bond to yield molybdenum complexes [CpMo(CO)2(C5H4NS)] (2), [CpMo(CO)2(C9H6NS)] (3) and [CpMo(CO)2(S2CNMe2)] (4), respectively. The molecular structures of 2, 3 . O=PPh3 and 4 were determined by X-ray diffraction studies. Crystals of 2 are monoclinic, space group P2(1)/n, with Z = 4, in a unit cell of dimensions a = 6.448(1), b = 12.616(2), c = 14.772(2) angstrom, beta = 92.85(1)-degrees. The structure was refined to R = 0.028 and R(w) = 0.039 for 1357 observed reflections. Crystals of 3 . O=PPh3 are triclinic, space group P1BAR, with Z = 2, in a unit cell of dimensions a = 11.351(3), b = 13.409(3), c = 9.895(2) angstrom, alpha = 94.59(2), beta = 90.35(2), gamma = 78.07(2)-degrees. The structure was refined to R = 0.033 and R(w) = 0.037 for 3260 observed reflections. Crystals of 4 are monoclinic, space group P2(1)/a and Z = 4 with a = 12.468(5), b = 7.637(2), c = 13.135(4) angstrom, beta = 96.62(3). The structure was refined to R = 0.032 and R(w) = 0.042 for 1698 observed reflections. Each of complexes 2-4 contains a cyclopentadienyl ligand, a cis pair of carbonyls and a chelate ligand (S,N donor or S,S donor). All the compounds have distorted square-pyramid structures.
