应用于啁啾脉冲放大技术中的脉宽压缩光栅是基于多层膜作为基底,利用全息干涉技术和离子束技术刻蚀而成。脉宽压缩光栅的衍射效率和抗激光损伤阈值一方面依赖于光栅结构的设计,另一方面很大程度上取决于作为基底的多层膜的设计。给出了以413.1nm作为写入波长,1053nm作为使用波长的多层介质光栅膜的设计.样品在ZZS-800F、型真空镀膜机上采用电子束蒸发方式沉积而成,并给出了膜系结构对光学性能影响因素的详细分析,结果表明膜系H3L(H2L)^9H0.5L2.03H满足光栅膜的指标。给出了样品光学特性测试,其使用波

热激蛋白90是广泛存在于各类细菌和真核生物中的一类高度保守的分子伴侣,它对维持细胞生命是绝对必需的。对Hsp90的相关认知主要来源于对动物和酵母细胞的研究,植物Hsp90的研究甚少。由于植物的特殊性,因此对植物Hsp90的研究是对Hsp90未知功能的有力补充。拟南芥中有7个Hsp90蛋白,其中AtHsp90-1、AtHsp90-2、AtHsp90-3和AtHsp90-4定位在细胞质中,AtHsp90-5、AtHsp90-6和AtHsp90-7分别定位在叶绿体、线粒体和内质网中。本文对拟南芥中的AtHsp90-1、AtHsp90-2、AtHsp90-5、AtHsp90-6和AtHsp90-7五个基因进行了克隆,并分别利用酵母互补、双杂交和拟南芥过表达体系几个层面进行了功能分析。 我们利用酵母穿梭载体p416GPD构建了五个AtHsp90基因的酵母表达载体,将其转入Hsp90基因点突变和条件型缺失的酵母菌株iG170D和R0005中。酵母功能互补实验表明细胞质定位的AtHsp90-1和AtHsp90-2可以在各种胁迫条件下互补酵母Hsp90的功能,而定位于细胞器中的AtHsp90-5、 AtHsp90-6和AtHsp90- 7则在任何条件下都不能互补酵母Hsp90的功能。我们还对转基因酵母进行了液体培养的动态观测和细胞膜完整性检测,其结果和固体培养的结果一致。这说明细胞质Hsp90的功能具有一定的保守性,细胞器Hsp90的功能有其特殊性。 热激蛋白90在执行其生物功能时,需要和大量的辅助因子相互作用,因此我们利用酵母双杂交体系检测了AtHsp90-1、AtHsp90-2、AtHsp90-5、AtHsp90-6和AtHsp90-7五个Hsp90蛋白和Hsp70、p23、Cyp40、NOS等几个辅助因子之间的相互作用情况。双杂交结果显示AtHsp90-1和AtHsp90-2几乎不和所选的这几个辅助因子相互作用,AtHsp90-5可以和所有的辅助因子相互作用、AtHsp90-6可以和除Hsp70以外的辅助因子相互作用,AtHsp90-7也可以和所有的辅助因子相互作用但和Hsp70及Hsp70t-2和互作较其他辅助因子弱一些。可以看出胞质Hsp90和细胞器Hsp90在和辅助因子相互作用时有一定的差异。 为了进一步了解拟南芥个Hsp90基因在抗非生物逆境中的作用,我们又将AtHsp90-2、AtHsp90-5、AtHsp90-7基因插入植物表达载体pBI121,用农杆菌介导的浸蕾法将这三个基因转入拟南芥并在其中过量表达,并研究了这些基因的过表达植株的种子和幼苗对多种模拟非生物逆境的响应。结果显示,转基因种子和幼苗对ABA、盐(NaCl)、干旱(甘露醇)、高温、氧化、高钙等非生物逆境都表现出了敏感,转细胞器Hsp90的种子和幼苗比转细胞质Hsp90的更为敏感。但在高浓度钙离子胁迫下,幼苗表现情况与盐、旱和氧化等非生物逆境处理下的情况正好相反,转细胞器Hsp90的幼苗比转细胞质Hsp90的长得健壮。这些结果表明Hsp90参与了植物抵抗非生物逆境的反应,其作用可能是通过ABA和Ca2+途径实现的,然而体内Hsp90的动态平衡可能才是植物抵抗非生物逆境的关键。

An electrode drive is described for recordings of neurons in freely moving and chaired monkeys during the performance of behavioural tasks. The electrode drives are implanted for periods of up to 6 months, and can advance up to 42 electrodes using 14 independent drive mechanisms. The drive samples 288 points within a 12 mm x 12 min region, with 15 min of electrode travel. Major advantages are that recordings are made in freely moving monkeys, and these recordings can be compared with those in chaired experiments; waveforms of single neurons are stable, enabling prolonged recordings of the same neurons across periods of days; recordings can be made throughout the brain, including the dorsolateral prefrontal cortex and hippocampus; the drive accommodates both sharp microelectrodes and fine wire assemblies such as tetrodes. 在胚胎发育过程中,用不同比放射性的~(90)锶试液处理受精卵,各处理组都有畸形和死亡现象。畸形的高峰一般出现在囊胚期和晶体形成期,畸形的类型一般为脊椎弯曲、体短、胸腔和卵黄囊扩大,头和眼畸形。随后即出现死亡高峰。例如:游动期的死亡率分别是:21%(对照);36%(5×10~(-11)居里/升);40%(5×1-~(-10)居里/升);45%(5×10~(-9)居里/升)。鲫仔鱼对~(90)锶吸收积累的结果表明:鲫仔鱼体中比放射性大小与试液的比放射性大小成正比,并随试验吋间的延长,生物量的增加而增加,鲫仔鱼

5种水生植物对所用4种放射性同位素都有一定的清除能力,其清除能力的大小不仅取决于生物的种类,而且还取决于生物本身代谢率的高低。试验结果:去污率高的可达80%,积累系数最高可达1,500;水体中含Ca量的多少对生物吸收积累放射性物质的多少有一定的影响;生物在积累放射性物质之后,转移到无放射性物质的水体中将释放出原积累的一部分放射性物质。

<正> 原子能和平利用事业的广泛开展,水体中容易受到放射性物貭的沾染,尤其是核武器的試驗,使水体中的放射性本底逐漸增高。如何清除水体中放射性物貭沾染,是一个必需解决的重要問题。水生植物对放射性物貭具有吸收和积累的能力,在許多文献中已有报导。为了利用水生植物的这个特性来清除水体中放射性沾染,我們对九种水生植物进行了試驗。

A novel approach for multi-dimension signals processing, that is multi-weight neural network based on high dimensional geometry theory, is proposed. With this theory, the geometry algorithm for building the multi-weight neuron is mentioned. To illustrate the advantage of the novel approach, a Chinese speech emotion recognition experiment has been done. From this experiment, the human emotions are classified into 6 archetypal classes: fear, anger, happiness, sadness, surprise and disgust. And the amplitude, pitch frequency and formant are used as the feature parameters for speech emotion recognition. Compared with traditional GSVM model, the new method has its superiority. It is noted that this method has significant values for researches and applications henceforth.

Electrically pumped, edge-emitting, singlemode operation of a two-dimensional photonic crystal distributed feedback (PCDFB) quantum cascade laser emitting at similar to 7.8 mu m is demonstrated. The two-beam holographic technique combined with wet-etching process is successfully used to de. ne a square-lattice PCDFB structure on the top grating layer of the laser. This simple PC fabrication method may open exciting opportunities for the wide application of PCDFB lasers.

We demonstrate the fabrication and characterization of photonic-crystal distributed-feedback quantum cascade laser emitting at 4.7 mu m. The tilted rectangular-lattice PCDFB structure was defined using a multi-exposure of two-beam holographic lithography. The devices exhibit the near-diffraction-limited beam emission with the full width at half maximum of the far-field divergence angles about 4.5 degrees and 2.5 degrees for stripe widths of 55 mu m and 95 mu m, respectively. Single-mode emission with a side mode suppression ratio of approximate to 20 dB is achieved in the temperature range (80-210 K). The single-facet output power is above 1 W for a 95 mu m x 2.5 mm laser bar at 85 K in pulsed operation. (C) 2009 Optical Society of America

Studies on learning problems from geometry perspective have attracted an ever increasing attention in machine learning, leaded by achievements on information geometry. This paper proposes a different geometrical learning from the perspective of high-dimensional descriptive geometry. Geometrical properties of high-dimensional structures underlying a set of samples are learned via successive projections from the higher dimension to the lower dimension until two-dimensional Euclidean plane, under guidance of the established properties and theorems in high-dimensional descriptive geometry. Specifically, we introduce a hyper sausage like geometry shape for learning samples and provides a geometrical learning algorithm for specifying the hyper sausage shapes, which is then applied to biomimetic pattern recognition. Experimental results are presented to show that the proposed approach outperforms three types of support vector machines with either a three degree polynomial kernel or a radial basis function kernel, especially in the cases of high-dimensional samples of a finite size. In practical situations, the causes of image blurring are often undiscovered or difficult to get known. However, traditional methods usually assume the knowledge of the blur has been known prior to the restoring process, which are not practicable for blind image restoration. A new method proposed in this paper aims exactly at blind image restoration. The restoration process is transformed into a problem of point distribution analysis in high-dimensional space. Experiments have proved that the restoration could be achieved using this method without re-knowledge of the image blur. In addition, the algorithm guarantees to be convergent and has simple computation.
