研究了77K温度下掺杂弱耦合GaAs/AlAs窄垒超晶格在流体静压力下的垂直输运,发现其输运性质与宽垒超晶格有很大不同。当在压力下AlAs垒层中的X基态子能级降至E_(Γ1)子能级和E_(Γ2)子能级中间或更低能量位置时,未观察到Γ-Γ共振隧穿到Γ-X共振隧穿的转 变,I-V曲线上的平台并未随压力增大而收缩,反而稍有变宽。同时,平台电流随压力增大而增加,直到与E_(Γ1)-E(Γ1)共振峰电流相当。认为,由于垒层很薄,Γ电子隧穿通过垒层的几率很高,E_(Γ1)-E_(Γ1)共振峰显著高于E_(Γ1)-E_(X1)共振峰,因此,高场畴区内的输运机制在压力下仍由Γ-Γ级联共振隧穿控制。但由于X子级能随压力升高而降低,导致隧穿通过Γ-X垒的几率增加,非共振背景电流增大。由于电流连续性条件的要求,高场区的电场强度增强,导致在高压力下平台宽度随压力稍微变宽。

Photoluminescence (PL) was investigated in undoped GaN from 4.8 K to room temperature. The 4.8 K spectra exhibited recombinations of free exciton, donor-acceptor pair (DAP), blue and yellow bands (Ybs). The blue band (BB) was also identified to be a DAP recombination. The YB was assigned to a recombination from deep levels. The energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy show that C and O are the main residual impurities in undoped GaN and that C concentration is lower in the epilayers with the stronger BB. The electronic structures of native defects, C and O impurities, and their complexes were calculated using ab initio local-density-functional (LDF) methods with linear muffin-tin-orbital and 72-atomic supercell. The theoretical analyses suggest that the electron transitions from O-N states to C-N and to V-Ga states are responsible for DAP and the BB, respectively, and the electron transitions between the inner levels of the C-N-O-N complex may be responsible for the YB in our samples. The photocatalytic degradation performance of photocatalysts TiO2 supported on 13-X, Na-Y, 4A zeolites with different loading content was evaluated using the photocatalytic oxidation of dyes direct fast scarlet 4BS and acid red 3B in aqueous medium. The results showed that the best reaction dosage of TiO2-zeolite catalysts is about 2 g/l and the photocatalytic kinetics follows first order for all supported catalysts. The photocatalytic activity order of the three series catalysts is 13X type >Y type >4A type. The physical state of titanium dioxide on the supports is evaluated by X-ray photoelectron spectra (XPS), powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), BET, and FTIR. (C) 2000 Elsevier Science Ltd. 文冠果(Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge)是我国北方特有的木本油料树种,已被列为生物质能源树种之一。现阶段产量低是限制其发展的重要因素。结合目前文冠果生产发展的实际需要,有必要通过实践探讨出一套经济、简单易行的栽培措施,指导文冠果的高产优质栽培管理。本文以内蒙古翁牛特旗文冠果经济林场内40年生文冠果树为研究对象,对文冠果生物学、生态学特性进行定位观测和试验,研究了文冠果物候与积温的关系;野外布置不同管理措施的正交试验设计,测定了不同管理措施下文冠果产量和年生长周期内叶片矿质元素(N、P、K、Mg、Fe、Zn、Cu、Mn)的含量变化趋势,并对数据进行了分析。初步确定了文冠果物候与矿质养分动态变化、栽培管理措施与产量以及叶片养分含量之间的关系,为提高文冠果的产量、制定合理栽培管理措施提供一定理论依据,也为文冠果的进一步开发利用打下基础。 主要结论: 1.文冠果年生长周期内物候变化与积温呈显著对数函数关系,可以预测文冠果年生长发育期有效积温的理论值,也可以根据实际有效积温预测文冠果物候变化进程; 2.文冠果叶片中矿质元素变化与物候期有密切联系,大量元素间存在协同关系,水肥管理对叶片中矿质元素的变化有很大影响; 3.施肥和浇水均可提高文冠果果实产量,水肥耦合措施提高产量尤为显著:与对照相比,5月初一次浇水、施肥270g/株可使产量提高303%。

Using the level-set method and the continuum interface model, the axisymmetric thermocapillary migration of gas bubbles in an immiscible bulk liquid with a temperature gradient at moderate to large Marangoni number is simulated numerically. Constant material properties of the two phases are assumed. Steady state of the motion can always be reached. The terminal migration velocity decreases monotonously with the increase of the Marangoni number due to the wrapping of isotherms around the front surface of the bubble. Good agreements with space experimental data and previous theoretical and numerical studies in the literature are evident. Slight deformation of bubble is observed, but no distinct influence on the motion occurs. It is also found that the influence of the convective transport of heat inside bubbles cannot be neglected at finite Marangoni number, while the influence of the convective transport of momentum inside bubbles may be actually negligible.
