采用多速粘度计和Monsanto试验机联用,在表观剪切速率为3×10~(-8)—2.5×10~8s~(-1)时观察了高1,2-聚丁二烯(PB)生胶与顺式1,4-PB,EPDM,SBR 1500在流变性质上的差异。高1,2-PB虽在中等剪切速率下有较高的粘度,但在低、高剪切速率时的粘度均较低,这一特性有利于它的加工。高1,2-PB在低剪切速率下的流动活化能较其他橡胶高,故抗冷流性能优越,易于存放。

The reaction of nitrone, N-methyl nitrone, and their hydroxylamine tautomers (vinyl-hydroxylamine and N-methyl vinyl-hydroxylamine) on the reconstructed Si(100)-2 x 1 surface has been investigated by means of hybrid density functional theory (B3LYP) and Moller-Plesset second-order perturbation (MP2) methods. The calculations predicted that both of the nitrones should react with the surface dimer via facile concerted 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition leading to 5-member-ring compounds. The reaction of hydroxylamine tautomers on the Si(100) surface follows pi-complex (intermediate) mechanism. For the reaction of N-methyl vinyl-hydroxylamine, the pi-complex intermediate undergoes [2+2] cycloaddition leading to a 4-member-ring compound. But in the reaction of vinyl-hydroxylamine, the intermediate undergoes H-migration reaction ("ene" reaction) resulting in the oxime-terminated Si surface. All the surface reactions result in the hydroxyl-terminated silicon surfaces, which are very useful for the further modification of the semiconductor.

提出了一种精确测量1/4波片相位延迟量的新方法。测量光路由激光器、起偏器、被测1/4波片、光弹调制器、检偏器和光电探测器构成。起偏器和检偏器的透光轴相互垂直。被测1/4波片的快轴与光弹调制器的振动轴平行,且与起偏器和检偏器的透光轴分别成±45°夹角。准直激光束依次经过起偏器、被测1/4波片、光弹调制器和检偏器的探测光强由光电探测器接收。利用探测信号的直流分量与二次谐波分量精确计算出被测1/4波片的相位延迟量。实验验证了这种测量方法的有效性,改变初始光强过程中相位延迟量测量结果的复现性为0.012°,检偏器

提出了一种基于基频分量消光的波片快轴标定方法,并利用琼斯矩阵对其标定原理进行了分析。激光器、起偏器、相位调制器、待标定1/4波片、检偏器和光电探测器构成标定光路,起偏器、检偏器的透光轴与相位调制器的振动轴分别成+45°和0°夹角。准直激光束依次经过起偏器、相位调制器、待标定1/4波片和检偏器,由光电探测器接收。理论分析表明该标定方法标定精度主要取决于检偏器的定位误差。实验验证了该标定方法的有效性,1/4波片快轴标定结果的最大偏差为0.043°,标准差为0.012°,标定精度为0.05°。

提出了一种基于同步移相技术的1/4波片快轴方位角的实时测量方法。由正交光栅、光阑、检偏器组和四象限探测器实现同步移相功能。检偏器组由4个不同方位角的检偏器组成。通过检偏器组的四束光束的光强由四象限探测器同时测量。1/4波片的快轴方位角由这四光束的光强得到。由于该方法不需旋转偏振器件,从而实现的1/4波片的快轴方位角的实时测量。

By use of a laser diode as a pump source, a self-Q-switched laser from a Cr,Nd:YAG crystal is demonstrated. The output Q-switched traces are very stable, the threshold pump power is 3.5 W, the pulse duration is 50 ns, and the slope efficiency is as high as 20%. In addition, the pulse width remains constant while the pulse repetition rate Varies with pump power. 对MOCVD生长Hg_(1-x)Cd_xTe进行了热力学分析.所用的起始原材料为Hg、DM-Cd和R_2Te.计算结果一方面表明CdTe优先并入倾向使得在通常的DAG工艺中x值非常不易控制.另一方表明即使在Hg存在的情况下,也可以沉积几平纯的CdTe,这对实现IMP工艺非常有利,计算结果还表明II/VI比对HgCdTe的组分控制起着关键性的作用.在DAG工艺中,较低的II/VI比可以改善对x值的控制能力,LMP-DAG工艺是降低II/VI比的较好途径.还计算了生长温度和反应室压力对固相组分的影响以及LMP-DAG工艺中生长温度与HgCdTe组分对最低汞分压的影响.
