酸化油是油脂工业中以皂脚、油脚经酸化处理得到的产品。它的主要成分是游离脂肪酸及中性油,是生产脂肪酸的重要原料,但生产过程中有水解废水的产生,若将其直接排放,既污染了环境又浪费了资源。生物柴油的主要成分是脂肪酸甲酯(fatty acid methyl ester,FAME)。它具有原料丰富而且可再生、可生物降解、无毒、不含芳香烃、二氧化硫等污染物、燃烧排放低、闪点高、运输储存安全等特点。作为石化柴油的潜在替代能源,生物柴油因其独特的优越性和现实的需求越来越受到关注。利用酸化油生产生物柴油不仅可以缓解生物柴油原料不足问题,还可解决酸化油所带来的环境问题。


The convertion of acid oil to biodiesel by use of immobilized Candida lipase absorbed on textile cloth was studied in a fixed bed reactor, which can not only reduce the environmental pollution of acid oil, but also produce a substitute for petroleum diesel. The acid oil mixed with methanol was pumped into three fixed bed reactors in series, and the methanol was added with the molar flow rate same as the acid oil in each reactor. The effects of enzyme content, solvent content, water content, flow rate of reactant and temperature on the enzymatic reaction were analyzed. The result of orthogonal experiments indicates that the optimal transesterification can be performed under the following conditions: immobilized lipase content in acid oil, 20% ; hexane content in acid oil, 10% ; water content in acid oil, 10%, reaction temperature, 50 ℃ ; and flow rate of reactant, 0.08 g/rain. Under these conditions, the FAME content of 90.18% in the product is obtained. The immobilized lipase can be reused with relatively stable activity after glycerol being removed from the surface. By refining, most of the chemical and physical properties of biodiesel will meet the American and Germany biodiesel standards and exceed the Chinese standard of 0^# petroleum diesel except for carbon residue, density and kinematic viscosity.

Waste cooking oil (WCO) is the residue from the kitchen, restaurants, food factories and even human and animal waste which not only harm people's health but also causes environmental pollution. The production of biodiesel from waste cooking oil to partially substitute petroleum diesel is one of the measures for solving the twin problems of environment pollution and energy shortage. In this project, synthesis of biodiesel was catalyzed by immobilized Candida lipase in a three-step fixed bed reactor. The reaction solution was a mixture of WCO, water, methanol and solvent (hexane). The main product was biodiesel consisted of fatty acid methyl ester (FAME), of which methyl oleate was the main component. Effects of lipase, solvent, water, and temperature and flow of the reaction mixture on the synthesis of biodiesel were analyzed. The results indicate that a 91.08% of FAME can be achieved in the end product under optimal conditions. Most of the chemical and physical characters of the biodiesel were superior to the standards for 0(#)diesel (GB/T 19147) and biodiesel (DIN V51606 and ASTM D-6751).

The production of biodiesel is greatly increasing due to its enviromental benefits. However, production costs are still rather high, compared to petroleum-based diesel fuel. The introduction of a solid heterogeneous catalyst in biodiesel production could reduce its price, becoming competitive with diesel also from a financial point of view. Therefore, great research efforts have been underway recently to find the right catalysts. This paper will be concerned with reviewing acid and basic heterogeneous catalyst performances for biodiesel production, examining both scientific and patent literature.

随着国家发展对能源的迫切需求,石油作为我国能源的主要构成之一,其开采和冶炼也在不断地增加。然而由于某些相关管理环节的不完善引发的污染事故日趋增多,其中原油的土壤污染问题尤为严重。为研究原油在土壤中的入渗过程,通过室内土柱模拟实验,测定了原油在土壤中入渗的湿润距离、湿润推进速率与时间的关系以及被原油污染的土壤中残留物的含量。结果表明:对于同一质地土壤,随着容重的增加,原油在土壤中入渗的湿润距离、湿润推进速率和残留物的含量均降低;容重相同而质地不同的土壤,随着粉粒含量的增加,原油在土壤中入渗的湿润距离、湿润推进速率和残留物的含量均表现为降低趋势;原油在土壤中入渗的湿润距离随时间的变化可以用对数函数拟合,湿润推进速率与时间的关系可以用幂函数拟合,均达到显著水平。研究原油在土壤中的入渗对于了解原油在土壤中的迁移有着重要的意义。

The estimate for the lowest cost of SODL (silicon on defect layer) solar cell is made according to the price standard of present market. The estimate shows that the PV (photovoltaics) energy costs can be reduced from today's 25-30 cents/(kW h) to 7-8 cents/(kW h) which is comparable with the present cost of electricity generated by traditional energy sources such as fossil and petroleum fuels. The PV energy costs could be reduced to a value lower than 7-8 cents(kW h) by developing SODL technology. The SODL solar cell manufacture featuring simple processes is suitable to large scale automated assembly lines with high yield of large area cells. Some new ideas are suggested, favoring the further reduction in the cost of commercial solar cells.

A novel AIN monolithic microchannel cooled heatsink for high power laser diode array is introduced.The high power stack laser diode array with an AIN monolithic microchannel heatsink is fabricated and tested.The thermal impedance of a 10 stack laser diode array is 0.121℃/W.The pitch between two adjacent bars is 1.17mm.The power level of 611W is achieved under the 20% duty factor condition at an emission wavelength around 808nm.

In order to design and fabricate a spectrometer for the infrared range widely used in the different applications, Volume Phase Grating (VPG) with. low Polarization Dependence Loss (PDL) and high efficiency has been adopted as the dispersion element. VPG is constructed by coating an optical substrate with a thin film of dichromated. gelatin and exposing the film to two mutually coherent laser beams to form index modulation. The diffraction efficiency for a VPG is governed by Bragg effects. The depth (d) and index modulation contrast of the grating structure control the efficiency at which the light is diffracted when the Bragg condition is satisfied. Gradient index lens with high performance and low aberration are used as collimating system instead of standard lens. The spot diagrams and MTF curve of the collimating lens are shown in the paper. The receive system is InCaAs photodiode (PD) array including 512 pixels with 25 mum pitch. The spectrum resolution of the spectrometer reaches to 0.2nm and wavelength accuracy is 40pm.

Bloch modes can be excited in planar array due to its periodic lateral refractive index. The power coupled into each eigenmode of the array waveguides is calculated through the overlap integrals of the input field with the eigenmode fields of the coupled infinite array waveguides projected onto the x-axis. Low losses can be obtained if the transition from the array to the free propagation region is adiabatic. Due to the finite resolution of lithographic process the gap between the waveguides will stop abruptly, however, when the waveguides come into too close together. Calculation results show that losses will occur at this discontinuity, which are dependent on the ratio of the gap between the waveguides and grating pitch and on the confinement of field in the array waveguides. Tapered waveguides and low index contrast between the core and cladding layers can lower the transmitted losses.

Test strip detectors of 125 mu m, 500 mu m, and 1 mm pitches with about 1 cm(2) areas have been made on medium-resistivity silicon wafers (1.3 and 2.7 k Ohm cm). Detectors of 500 mu m pitch have been tested for charge collection and position precision before and after neutron irradiation (up to 2 x 10(14) n/cm(2)) using 820 and 1030 nm laser lights with different beam-spot sizes. It has been found that for a bias of 250 V a strip detector made of 1.3 k Ohm cm (300 mu m thick) can be fully depleted before and after an irradiation of 2 x 10(14) n/cm(2). For a 500 mu m pitch strip detector made of 2.7 k Ohm cm tested with an 1030 nm laser light with 200 mu m spot size, the position reconstruction error is about 14 mu m before irradiation, and 17 mu m after about 1.7 x 10(13) n/cm(2) irradiation. We demonstrated in this work that medium resistivity silicon strip detectors can work just as well as the traditional high-resistivity ones, but with higher radiation tolerance. We also tested charge sharing and position reconstruction using a 1030 nm wavelength (300 mu m absorption length in Si at RT) laser, which provides a simulation of MIP particles in high-physics experiments in terms of charge collection and position reconstruction, (C) 1999 Elsevier Science B.V. 该文在广泛查阅国内外相关文献的基础上,采用鲢鱼、鲤鱼、草鱼、鲫鱼、安氏白虾、中华绒鳌蟹等石油产区典型的水产养殖动物为试验样本,通过其在石油勘探开发主要产生噪声与振动的过程——地震勘探、钻井等施工现场的试验,在国内外首次系统全面地研究了石油勘探开发过程噪声与振动对水产养殖动物生存和生长的影响范围、程度、机理和方式.结合地勘探和钻井工程实践,提出了一整套实用可行的防治石油勘探开发过程噪声与振动对水产养殖业影响的对策,以促进石油勘探开发与水产养殖业的协调发展.

由于污染条件不同,造成石油污染土壤的污染程度、污染性质差异很大,单纯依靠一种方法或技术难以进行清洁和修复,并使其恢复土壤的自然属性,因此,必须采用物理、化学、生物及工程方法进行综合治理.该项工作基于国内外同类研究基础,根据土壤中石油类污染物的含量和性质,提出了石油污染土壤物理化学净化—生物修复的基本思想,采取了有针对性的分级、分段处理方法,研究和开发了高效低耗、经济易行的处理技术,并建立了相应的示范工程,为该技术的应用和推广奠定了基础.

由于含油污水灌溉、原油储存运输和石油冶炼过程中导致的泄漏事故等原因,石油类物质已经成为环境中的主要污染物之一。石油烃污染物对土壤微生物遗传多样性和群落结构的影响在国外已有一些报道,但有关于石油烃污染对稻田土壤微生物生态系统的影响一直以来一直没有一个全面和系统的认识。本论文首次采用传统微生物培养方法、常规生化分析方法与PC树DGGE等现代分子生态学研究方法相结合的手段系统评价了长期石油污水灌溉对中国最大的石油类污水灌区-沈抚灌区的稻田土壤微生物种群数量、细菌群落组成、多样性及代谢活性的影响。结果表明,总石油烃(Total Petloleum hydrocarbon/TPH)在灌区干渠和支渠中的积累和分布趋势大体上是上游地区较严重,下游地区较轻,并且与土壤中有机质含量呈显著正相关。在目前的污染程度下,石油污水能够刺激土壤好氧异养细菌(Aerobic heterotrophic bacteria/AHB)和真菌的生长,其数量与TPH含量呈显著正相关。细菌基因多样性与TPH含量呈显著负相关,细菌群落中的优势菌群为变形细菌β-亚群和γ-亚群的菌种。土壤脱氢酶、过氧化氢酶、多酚氧化酶活性和土壤底物诱导呼吸(substrate-induced respiration/SIR)与土壤中TPH含量呈显著正相关,而土壤脉酶活性则与之呈显著负相关。实验室110天不同浓度石油烃胁迫模拟试验结果表明,当石油烃胁迫浓度低于1000mgk扩时可以被定义为轻度污染,土壤中AHB大量增殖,细菌多样性和群落结构可在处理第30天和第50天得到恢复;当石油烃胁迫浓度为5000mg·kg~(-1)-10000mg·kg~(-1)时可以被定义为中度污染,AHB数量显著增加,放线菌和真菌数量显著降低,土壤细菌多样性在培养前巧天显著降低,至培养结束时有逐渐恢复的趋势,细菌群落结构发生明显改变,土壤脱氢酶、多酚氧化酶、脉酶的活性及土壤SIR受到一定程度的抑制,但能够显著刺激土壤过氧化氢酶活性的提高。当石油烃胁迫浓度为10000mg·kg~(-1)-50000mg·kg~(-1)时可以被定义为重度污染,对AHB生长的刺激作用更为显著,土壤细菌多样性在培养前15天显著降低并不可恢复,群落组成与对照差异很大,所有土壤酶和SIR均受到严重抑制。从沈抚灌区上游地区旱田土壤、灌渠底泥和实验室高浓度石油烃胁迫土壤中筛选出了4株TPH生物降解率在60%以上的高效石油烃降解菌并鉴定其归属,这些菌株均能够利用正构烷烃、单环和多环芳烃及环烷烃。

运用土壤学、微生物学、生态学和统计学方法,系统地开展了石油污染土壤的植物-微生物联合修复研究,对植物-微生物修复的生态影响进行了分析,并从根际微生物区系变化与根分泌物特性两个角度深入探讨了污染土壤植物一微生物联合修复的机理。室内模拟、室外盆栽、田间微区实验的结果表明:(1)植物-微生物联合修复对不同浓度石油烃污染土壤有较好的修复效果,125d的修复周期中对土壤中石油污染物的降解率为7.1%-69.8%,随污染物浓度的升高,联合修复对土壤中污染物的降解作川增强;(2)植物一微生物联合修复作用可能会长期持续,并对难降解物质PAHs存在修复潜力;(3)在本实验条件下,采用经济作物与降解微生物联合修复会降低土壤有机质含量,对土壤生态系统的结构和功能不会产生严重的干扰,对土壤生态环境的影响可以在短时间恢复;(4)植物一微生物联合作用方式在于植物与微生物的相互作用,作用区为植物根际,微生物在植物根际区域的种类数量和生化特征存在差异;植物分泌物对于微生物具有调节作用,促使污染物的生物降解。并以本试验研究为例,进一步探讨石油污染土壤植物一微生物联合修复的机理,利石油污染土壤的植物一微生物联合修复的影响因子进行调控研究,联合修复的主要影响因子是营养因子,其次是污染物浓度。石油污染土壤的植物一微生物联合修复研究,对土壤微生物群落,植物根际效应及潜在自然生物降解获得了进一步的理解,为污染土壤修复技术提供了科学依据和理论支持。
