合成了LnBa_2Cu_3O_(7-δ)(Ln=La,Nd,Sm,Eu,Gd,Dy,Er,Yb)系列化合物,通过XRD,XPS第手段研究了Ln(Ⅲ)离子半径对LnBa_2Cu_3O_(7-δ)化合物的结构及超导性的影响。Ln(Ⅲ)离子的固有磁矩(或4f电子)并不影响LnBa_2Cu_3O_(7-δ)化合物的超导电性,但是,Ln(Ⅲ)离子的大小却显著影响LnBa_2Cu_3O_(7-δ)化合物的微观结构(尤其是对Cu_2周围环境的影响)。XPS结果表明:尽管Cu_(2P3)/2的峰未劈裂,但Cu的结合能随Ln原子序数增加而明显增加,我们认为Cu_1和Cu_2都具有变价,介于2—3之间。

合成了通式为LnL_3Cl_3·2H_2O(Ln=Eu,Tb,Ho,Tm;L=L-谷氨酰胺)的固体配合物。用XPS辅以元素分析、热分析及IR光谱研究了配合物的组成及性质。观察到配合物中O_(1a)、Ln_(3d)、Ln_(4d)和Cl_(2p)结合能的变化,并发现Eu配合物Eu_(3d)谱峰的伴峰结构,讨论了伴峰产生的机理。

在外部电极电容耦合式辉光放电装置中进行了二甲基乙烯基乙氧基硅烷(VDMES)的等离子体聚合,考察了压力、功率以及基片距离对聚合速率的影响。用红外光谱和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)等方法研究了聚合物的结构,并研究了聚合物的热稳定性及表面性能。

本文报道了八种1:12系列钼系杂多蓝KyHzXMo_(12)O_(40)·nHp(X=Si,P,As,Ge)的制备和离析方法,并通过元素分析、电位滴定、极谱、循环伏安、红外光谱、可见-紫外光谱、X射线粉末衍射、XPS和~(31)PNMR对产物进行了表征。测定了四电子钼硅杂多蓝的单晶结构,确定了还原钼原子的位置是第三位、七位、八位、十位。实验结果表明,杂多蓝仍基本保持了Keggin结构。首次系统研究了八种杂多蓝固体的ESR谱,发现二电子、四电子杂多蓝比一电子杂多蓝具有更小的电子离域程度;热性质研究表明,固体杂多蓝随还原程度增大,热稳定性增强;研究其氧化还原性质发现,在不同介质中,杂多蓝的氧化序发生变化,极谱半波电位与杂原子电负性线性相关。并发现P和As的杂多蓝具有极强的抗酸解能力。

用自组装技术在金(纯金和经阳极氧化的金)表面上获得了新型两亲聚合物PAMC_(16)S的有序膜。用接触角测试,XPS谱和电化学分析等方法对自组装膜进行了表征。根据膜表面的润湿性,金表面的自组装膜是疏水的,亲水的磺酸基团连于金表面,而疏水的碳氢链从表面伸展出。XPS实验结果支持金表面上单层膜的疏水结构。聚合物单层膜复盖的金电极起到含有针孔缺陷的阻膈型电极的作用。单层膜在法拉第反应中显示很强的吸附稳定性,说明聚合物LB膜在潜在应用中有其特有的特点。

以XRD,XPS和TPR研究了一系列K助化的Co-Mo/Al_2O_3催化剂,考察了K对Co和Mo在载体上分散的影响。实验表明,K的加入分解了原来存在於催化剂中的CoMoO_4,促进了Mo的硫化还原,是提高水煤气变换反应的一个因素。

在外极管式电容偶合辉光放电装置中,进行了聚乙烯的四氟化碳(CF_4)等离子体表面氟化。发现等离子体氟化条件(功率、压力、反应时间)对聚乙烯表面结构有很大影响。用X光电子能谱(XPS)和接触角测定分析氟化后的聚乙烯表面结构.结果表明处理后的聚乙烯最表层被完全氟化。

In this work PTFE sheets irradiated with gamma-rays at 150-degrees-C and 200-degrees-C were studied using x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The main structural changes in PTFE due to radiation are the formation of CF3 and CF groups. An irradiation temperature dependence of the relative content of the three kinds of groups in irradiated PTFE was observed. The CF3 groups, especially when irradiation is carried out a lower temperatures, can defluorinate in the same manner as previosly reported for CF2 groups. The CF groups, on the other hand, are observed to increase with increasing irradiation dose and irradiation temperature; the latter was explained as due to an increase in branching structures.

Three samples of β-carboxyethyl-germanium sesquioxide (Ge-132) have been prepared with different methods. Their IR, Raman, XPS, TG-DTA and FAB-MS spectra are quite different and indicate that they have different degree of polymerization and molecule structures. In the aqeous solution, all of them interaot strongly with fructose, but not with polypeptides such as GSH and GSSG. This faot may be important in understanding the bioactivity of Ge-132.

The electronic structure and bond character of europium nitrate complex with azacrown (2, 2)(1, 7, 10, 16-tetraoxa-4, 13-diazacyclooctadecane), [Eu(NO_3)_2(2, 2)] NO_3, have been studied by means of XPS and INDO method. The data of electronic binding energies and charge distribution of atoms in the complex showed that chemical shift of less electronegative nitrogen N1s binding energy was larger than that of more electronegative oxygen O1s binding energy in coordinating atoms, and that charge transfer from N...

Surface structure of the glassy carbon surface modified with cobalt tetraphenyl-porphyrin (CoTPP) by thermal-treatment has been studied by XPS, DTA and TG. During the thermal treatment a bond can be formed between the glassy carbon surface and TPP. Therefore the stability of electrode for the catalysis of dioxygen reduction is improved. Upon thermal treatment at 600 degrees C, FWHM of Co(2p(2/2)) is broadened, the reason is due to overlapping of peaks of multiple states, the spin orbit separation between Co (2p(1/2)) and Co (2p(3/2)) increases to 15.5-16.3eV, which indicated a change from low spin divalent states, the kinetic energy of Co L3VV Auger line and Auger parameter also increase. These changes of central cobalt ion provide a suitable redox potential for Co(III)/Co(II) which is related to the activity for catalysis of dioxygen reduction.

C_2—C_5醇的生成主要与钴组分有关,而铜能显著增加钴的活性,且有利于抑制烃的生成。还原形成的金属钴晶体形态因添加铜而发生了改变。XPS方法表明催化剂在活性状态时,铜和钴之间可能存在电子转移。在影响催化剂活性稳定性方面,结构因素有着重要影响。

研究土壤动物不粘土的特性,是地面机械减粘脱土仿生研究的关键环节。土壤动物的体表含有利于减粘脱土的物质,是其对粘土能解附的原因之一。本文应用扫描电镜能谱和光电子XPS谱分析方法分析了穿山甲的鳞片和爪趾的化学成分,同时对蝼蛄、蚂蚁和蜣螂等土壤动物的爪趾的化学成分,亦进行了电镜能谱对比分析。结果表明,上述土壤动物体表含有多种微量元素,且随与土壤接触部位的不同,随土壤粘湿程度不同,所含微量元素种类与含量有相应的变化。

本文对 PM-526型无机涂料粉末、拉膜、使用后的涂层以及经强化试验后的膜样品,进行X-光电子能谱的表面信息分析;指出它是 Ca 基氧化物蒙脱石结构,涂层成膜后与建筑物表面形成Si-O 键,因而是牢固的结合。
