使用四圆衍射仪和双晶衍射技术,分析了SiC单晶的结构和极性。SiC晶体由化学气相淀积法获得。六方{10-15}极图证明了该单晶结构为6H型。三轴晶衍射中的ω模式衍射强度的差异判定了该单晶的Si终端面和C端面,即极性面。两个面的一、二、三级衍射强度的测量比值与经过散射因子修正后计算的结构振幅平方比值|F(000L)|~2/|F(000-L)|~2非常吻合。因此,利用极性面的衍射强度差异,可以方便、严格地判断具有类似结构如2H{0001}、4H{0001}及3C-SiC{111}的极性。

通过对抚顺市温道林场20、53和69年生长白落叶松(Larix olgensis)人工林生物量和营养元素的积累与分配、养分利用效率和养分再吸收效率、养分生物循环的研究,探讨了长白落叶松生长发育不同阶段的养分生态学特征;对东北林业大学帽儿山实验林场17年生兴安落叶松(Larix gmelinii)人工林进行5年的施肥(NH4NO3,15 g•m-2•a-1),研究了施肥对人工林养分生物循环的影响。结果表明: (1)20、53和69年生单株落叶松生物量分别为33.14 kg•tree-1、311.42 kg•tree-1和408.46 kg•tree-1,随林龄的增长而增加。各器官生物量的分配格局为:树干>根>树枝>树皮>针叶。树干生物量的分配比例为50.16%~69.20%,随林龄的增长比例增大,而其他器官生物量的分配比例则逐渐减小。20、53和69年生单株落叶松净生产力分别为3.04 kg•tree-1•a-1、9.68 kg•tree-1•a-1和10.21 kg•tree-1•a-1,随林龄的增长而增大。针叶和树干的净生产力最大,分别占整株林木净生产力的40.07%~47.93%和27.32%~40.97%,并且随林龄的增长而增大。树枝、树皮和根的净生产力则表现出随林龄的增长呈抛物线状。 (2)20、53和69年生单株落叶松N、P、K、Ca、Mg等5种营养元素的总贮量分别为308.14 g•tree-1、2021.01 g•tree-1和2485.24 g•tree-1,随林龄的增长而增加。5种营养元素的贮量大小为:Ca>N>K>Mg>P。树干养分贮量的分配比例为19.74%~34.23%,随林龄的增长呈抛物线状。针叶、树枝和树皮的养分贮量占整株林木养分贮量的比例为35.16%~45.59%,建议在采伐木材时实施去皮、打枝等措施,留下针叶、树枝和树皮在林地中,让其自然分解以使营养元素重新归还利用,对于维持林地的养分平衡和长期生产力具有积极作用。 (3)20、53和69年生单株落叶松年吸收养分量分别为35.31 g•tree-1•a-1、97.83 g•tree-1•a-1和100.08 g•tree-1•a-1,随林龄的增长而增加。5种营养元素的年吸收量大小为:Ca>N>K>Mg>P。落叶松的养分利用效率随林龄的增长而增大,但生长到一定年龄阶段后,其养分利用效率逐渐趋于稳定。落叶松的最佳采伐年龄应为养分利用效率保持稳定时的年龄,此时采伐单位干材所带走的林地养分量较少。不同营养元素的利用效率不同,P的利用效率最高,Mg、K次之,N、Ca最低。不同器官的养分利用效率不同,树干的养分利用效率最高,其次是根、树枝、树皮,针叶最低。随着林龄的增长,树干和根的养分利用效率增大,而树枝和树皮的养分利用效率减小。 (4)落叶松叶片的N再吸收效率为50.76%~55.11%,随林龄的增长表现出增大的趋势;P和K再吸收效率分别为64.38%~68.85%和87.85%~90.62%,随林龄的增长表现出减小的趋势。从养分利用效率和养分再吸收效率综合判断,本研究区落叶松生长可能受土壤N、P、K供应的限制,3种营养元素的限制作用大小为:K>P>N。 (5)落叶松人工林养分的年吸收量、年存留量和年归还量分别为51.94~78.35 kg•hm-2•a-1、17.77~29.43 kg•hm-2•a-1和34.18~48.92 kg•hm-2•a-1,均随林龄的增长而减少,这与林分密度逐渐减小有关。5种营养元素的年吸收量和年存留量大小均为:Ca>N>K>Mg>P,年归还量大小为:Ca>N>Mg>K>P。落叶松人工林的养分循环速率为0.624~0.658,随林龄的增长而增大。5种营养元素的循环速率以Mg、N最快,Ca、P次之,K最慢。K的循环速率较低,可能与研究区土壤K含量较低而表现出的K再吸收效率较高有关。 (6)施肥导致落叶松叶片N再吸收效率显著降低,而凋落叶片的N浓度显著增加,从而使凋落叶片的C/N比由80.29降低到60.29。施肥林地凋落叶片C/N比的降低使其分解速率加快,有利于其养分归还土壤,从而加快了系统的养分循环速率,提高了系统的养分利用率。因此,在人工林经营中,施肥不仅能提高林地生产力,而且对于维持林地养分循环具有积极作用。

本文筛选一株苏芸金杆菌与氧化葡萄糖酸杆菌组成的新组合菌G. B529,并对其生物学性质进行研究,结果表明:新组合菌的摇瓶发酵转化率较原菌系提高4.83个百分点,发酵速度快,且具有耐受高浓度(10%)山梨糖的特性。为使G. B529的潜能得到最大程度的发挥,对其影响因素进行研究。首先应用均匀设计方法确立了G. B529的发酵培养基优化配比,在所实验的范围内,发酵转化率与玉米浆浓度成正相关性,尿素浓度 1.45%佩W/V)时,转化率达最大。其次种液各参数对发酵影响实验确立了判断种子质量高低的方法。结果显示种液中的大菌OD值一1.6 X小菌OD值可以作为种液的质量指数。最后对种子质量的影响实验显示适当提高玉米浆、葡萄糖等成分的浓度与降低尿素的浓度及调高pH值均有利于种液质量的改善。同时低接种量、大通气量和选择种龄为14小时均有助于种液质量指数的提高。 新组合菌系在选定的条件下枷3罐中4批发酵显示出很强的发酵能力,平均醇酸转化率较对照提高8.16个百分点,周期缩短10.6小时。其在300M3罐中生产试用行,连续26批次的平均醇酸转化率达87.40%,较生产用菌提高3.32个百分点。平均周期也缩短1.3小时。

以氧化葡萄糖酸杆菌和巨大芽孢杆菌混合培养物的无细胞抽提液建立了Vc步发酵离体实验系统.反应体系中加入山梨糖在pH7.0,35℃下保温24h,2-酮基-L-古龙酸(2KGA生成.巨大芽孢杆菌胞外活性物质对离体系统的产酸没有影响,一定量的L-山梨糖脱氢酶可促进产酸.从氧化葡萄糖酸杆菌细胞质中分离纯化出L-山梨糖脱氢酶.L-山梨糖脱氢酶酶活与2KGA形成呈正相关:L-山梨糖的转化是在细胞内进行的;亲缘关系相差甚远的伴生菌均能促进小菌产酸,且“伴生”效率相近;伴生菌通过促进产酸菌生长和提高其L-山梨糖脱氢酶比活力而提高发酵系统中L-山梨糖脱氢酶总活力,并且通过促进产酸菌合成新的RNA增强其代谢力,从而促进产酸;通过对不同发酵时间L-山梨糖脱氢酶酶活及2KGA积量的比较表明,此酶可作为生产上2KGA成的实时监控的指示酶;环境因子通过提高酶活力促进产酸.

使用47MeV/u12C子轰击133Cs靶,由多核子转移反应产生Ba位素。使用放射化学方法,从133Cs和反应产物中分离出产物Ba,再使用高纯Ge探测器测量Ba射性同位素的γ活性,根据Ba位素的活度和其他相关数据,确定Ba位素的产生截面。通过分析测得的Ba位素的厚靶平均产生截面,发现缺中子Ba位素的独立截面不遵从规则的Qgg系统性。该结果可用重离子碰撞中的次级过程加以解释。

用309、0和180Gy12C6+重离子辐照处理大葱干种子,研究其对大葱根尖的细胞学效应,并采用随机扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)技术初步分析了其变异类型。不同剂量12C6+的重离子照射能有效诱导大葱根尖细胞微核和染色体畸变。随着辐照剂量的增加,幼苗根尖细胞微核形成几率明显增大,微核率、多微核率和染色体总畸变率呈线性上升。但除去微核以外的染色体畸变率则呈U型变化。RAPD结果表明,大葱不同处理之间的DNA在明显差异,所用35种引物中有28种出现了特异性条带,既有新增条带,又有缺失条带,还有迁移率的差异。30、90和180Gy剂量辐照引起的RAPD变异率分别为29.91%、41.05%和22.14%。结果发现高微核率和染色体变异过大会导致高致死效应,使得染色体总畸变率高的处理组在当代生长苗的DNA异率变小。

Amorphous SiO2 thin films with about 400-500 nm in thickness were thermally grown on single crystalline silicon. These SiO2/Si samples were firstly implanted at room temperature (RT) with 100 keV carbon ions to 2.0 x 10(17),5.0 X 10(17) or 1.2 x 10(18) ions/cm(2), then irradiated at RT by 853 MeV Pb ions to 5.0 x 10(11), 1.0 X.10(12) 2.0 x 10(12) or 5.0 x 10(12) ions/cm(2), respectively. The variation of photoluminescence (PL) properties of these samples was analyzed at RT using a fluorescent spectroscopy. The obtained results showed that Pb-ion irradiations led to significant changes of the PL properties of the carbon ion implanted SiO2 films. For examples, 5.0 x 10(12) Pb-ions/cm(2) irradiation produced huge blue and green light-emitters in 2.0 x 10(17) C-ions/cm(2) implanted samples, which resulted in the appearance of two intense PL peaks at about 2.64 and 2.19 eV. For 5.0 x 10(17) carbon-ions/cm(2) implanted samples, 2.0 x 10(12) Pb-ions/cm(2) irradiation could induce the formation of a strong and wide violet band at about 2.90 eV, whereas 5.0 x 10(12) Pb-ionS/cm(2) irradiation could,create double peaks of light emissions at about 2.23 and 2.83 eV. There is no observable PL peak in the 1.2 x 10(18) carbon-ions/cm(2) implanted samples whether it was irradiated with Pb ions or not. All these results implied that special light emitters could be achieved by using proper ion implantation and irradiation conditions, and it will be very useful for the synthesis of new type Of SiO2-based light-emission materials.

Equilibration and equilibration rates have been measured by colliding Sn nuclei with different isospin asymmetries at beam energies of E/A = 35 MeV. Using the yields of mirror nuclei of Li-7 and Be-7, we have studied the diffusion of isospin asymmetry by combining data from asymmetric Sn-112 + Sn-124 and Sn-124 + Sn-112 collisions with those from symmetric Sn-112 + Sn-112 and Sn-124 + Sn-124 collisions. We use these measurements to probe isospin equilibration in central collisions where nucleon-nucleon collisions are strongly blocked by the Pauli exclusion principle. The results are consistent with transport theoretical calculations that predict a degree of transparency in these collisions, but inconsistent with the emission of intermediate mass fragments by a single chemically equilibrated source. Comparisons with quantum molecular dynamics calculations are consistent with results obtained at higher incident energies that provide constraints on the density dependence of the symmetry energy.

利用100MeV/u的12C6+离子束辐照酵母Saccharomyces cerevsiea YY,选育出一株高产突变菌株C03A,考察C03A酵过程中不同温度、pH、糖汁浓度对发酵的影响。通过正交实验确定最佳发酵条件为:糖汁浓度24%、温度35℃、pH5.0。在10L发酵罐实验中,C03A酵速率相对原始菌株高,36h发酵完全,比原始菌株缩短12h;发酵产酒率达到13.2%(V/V),比原始菌株高1.6%(V/V)。

中能重离子碰撞的反应机制及其形成的高激发核的性质研究是当前中能重离子核物理研究的重要领域。本文通过对35 MeV/u~(40)Ar+~(159)Tb/~(197)Au反应中出射的轻粒子、中等质量碎片(IMF)和复合核裂变碎片的符合测量,研究了中等质量碎片的发射机制、类靶核的形成机制及其裂变时标、复合核的温度与激发能以及两者之间的关系等。利用前角探测器组的测量对前角区出射的IMF的单举和关联数据进行了分析。由弹核碎裂理论中的Gozdhaber关系式拟合了类弹碎片的能谱,由此提取的弹核的动量分布约化宽度为σ_0 ≈ 100MevV/c通过Gemini模拟与IMF-IMF关联数据的对比揭示出激发的类弹碎片的裂变是关联IMF的一个重要来源。由IMF与裂变碎片以及IMF与后角轻粒子的关联数据显示出,在前角区域,当IMF的能量低于10 MeV/u时,复合核的蒸发对较轻IMF有较大的贡献;当IMF能量在10-24 MeV/u的区域时,IMF能量与复合核平均速度以及激发能之间存在着很强的依赖关系,说明这些IMF主要来源与弹靶之间的耗散反应;当IMF的能量超过24 MeV/u后,IMF能量与复合核平均速度以及激发能之间没有关联或关联很弱,说明在弹核碎裂的同时,靶核也发生了碎裂,它们共同贡献出部分核子形成了"中速源"或"颈部"。通过对复合核裂变时出射的关联裂片以及后角轻带电粒子的测量,提取了复合核的激发能以及在不同激发能能下所对应的核温度。对于中心碰撞,Au靶形成了E~* = 4MeV/u、T_(init) = 7.1 MeV的热核,Tb靶形成了E~* = 4.7MeV/u、T_(init) = 7.7MeV的热核。对其量热曲线的研究显示出,在当前入射能下没有观测到原子核液气相变的特征。由类弹碎片(PLF)与类靶核两个裂片的关联数据,提取了类靶核裂变轴在反应平面内的转动角度,并由此计算出类靶核的、裂变时标。在对称裂变时,类靶核的寿命约5 * 10~(-20) s,在非对称裂变(η =0.6)时降为约1.7 * 10~(-21) S。同时我们认为类靶核的裂变存在两种机制,即动力学裂变和统计裂变,分别对应于裂变轴在反应平面内的非各相同性分别和各相同性分布。

To find the pathologic cause of the children's dental fluorosis in southwestern China, diet structure before the age of 6 and prevalence rate of dental fluorosis (DF) of 405 children were investigated, and the fluorine and arsenic content of several materials were determined. The prevalence rate of DF of children living on roasted corn before the age of 6 is 100% with nearly 95% having the mild to severe DF; while that of children living on non-roasted corn or rice is less than 5% with all having very mild DF. The average fluorine and arsenic concentration are 20.26 mg/kg and 0.249 mg/kg in roasted corn, which are about 16 times and 35 times more than in non-roasted corn, respectively. The average fluorine concentration is 78 mg/kg in coal, 1116 mg/kg in binder clay and 313 mg/kg in briquette (coal mixed with clay). The average arsenic concentration of coal is 5.83 mg/kg, the binder clay is 20.94 mg/kg, with 8.52 mg/kg in the briquette. Living on roasted corn and chili is the main pathologic cause of endemic fluorosis in southwestern China. The main source of fluorine and arsenic pollution of roasted corn and chill is the briquette of coal and binder clay. (C) 2010 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.

Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) films of octadecylammonium octadecanoate (C(18)H(37)j7NH(3)(+)C(17)H(35)COO(-),ODASA) and octadecylammonium octadecanoate-d(35) (C18H37+NH3+C17D35COO-, ODASA-d(53)) were prepared and their thermal behaviors were investigated by variable-temperature Fourier transform infrared transmission spectroscopy. It was found that the two hydrocarbon chains of ODASA molecule in LB films are highly ordered while that protonated (H) chain in ODASA-d(35) is partially disordered with some gauche conformers introduced at room temperature.
