Limited information is available on the prevalence among rural Africans of host genetic polymorphisms conferring resistance to HIV-1 infection or slowing HIV disease progression.We report the allelic frequencies of the AIDS-related polymorphisms CCR2-64I, SDF1-3#A, and CCR5-D32 in 321 volunteers from 7 ethnic groups in Cameroon. Allelic frequencies differed among the 7 ethnic groups, ranging from 10.8% to 31.3% for CCR2-64I and 0.0% to 7.1% for SDF1-3#A. No CCR5-D32 alleles were found. HIV seroprevalence was 6.9% in the total population and peaked at younger ages in girls and women than in boys and men. Among 15- to 54-year-olds, HIV seroprevalence varied from 2.0% to 11.1% among the village populations. Conditional logistic regression analysis using data from boys and men aged 15 to 54 years showed the number of CCR2-64I alleles to be a significant risk factor for HIV seropositivity (odds ratio per allele adjusted for age and matched on ethnic group = 6.3, 95% confidence interval: 1.3–30.3); this association was not found in women. The findings are consistent with the hypothesis that CCR2-64I alleles may delay HIV disease progression without affecting susceptibility to infection among men. We did not observe this relation among women, and other factors, such as multiple pregnancies or maternal stressors (eg, breastfeeding), may have masked any protective effect of CCR2-64I alleles. Further study of this issue among women is warranted. SDF1-3#A did not differ between HIV-seropositive and HIV-seronegative individuals but wasassociated with increasing age among HIV-seronegative women, suggesting a protective effect against HIV-1 infection.

In mammals, trefoil factor family (TFF) proteins are involved in mucosal maintenance and repair, and they are also implicated in tumor suppression and cancer progression. A novel two domain TFF protein from frog Bombina maxima skin secretions (Bm-TFF2) has been purified and cloned. It activated human platelets in a dose-dependent manner and activation of integrin a(11b)beta(3) was involved. Aspirin and apyrase did not largely reduce platelet response to Bm-TFF2 (a 30% inhibition), indicating that the aggregation is not substantially dependent on ADP and thromboxane A2 autocrine feedback. Elimination of external Ca2+ with EGTA did not influence the platelet aggregation induced by Bm-TFF2, meanwhile a strong calcium signal (cytoplasmic Ca2+ release) was detected, suggesting that activation of phospholipase C (PLC) is involved. Subsequent immunoblotting revealed that, unlike in platelets activated by stejnulxin (a glycoprotein VI agonist), PLC gamma 2 was not phosphorylated in platelets activated by Bm-TFF2. 下载PDF阅读器目的:克隆人、黑猩猩和叶猴FKN全基因及体外表达,比较研究FKN在进化过程中基因组水平和蛋白表达水平的差异.方法:应用基因重叠延伸拼接PCR法(Gene splicing by overlapping extension PCR,SOE-PCR)将FKN的3个外显子编码序列依次进行前后拼接,然后插入pcDNA3.1/myc-His(-)A真核表达载体中,经酶切、测序鉴定后转染CHO细胞体外表达,RT-PCR、SDS-PAGE和Western blot检测其表达产物.结果:酶切、测序鉴定证实插入的基因片段为完整的FKN,RT-PCR可从转染的CHO细胞中扩增出一条与目的基因大小一致的DNA片段,其表达蛋白能分泌至胞外,SDS-PAGE显示其分子量约为95 000,抗c-myc抗体可与载体上的c-myc蛋白特异性结合.测序显示人、黑猩猩和叶猴相比,FKN基因除了有散在的点突变外,还发现有一明显的30 bp的缺失,但此缺失对FKN蛋白的表达并不影响.结论:成功克隆人、黑猩猩和叶猴FKN全基因,基因组水平和蛋白表达水平的比较研究为后续探讨FKN在高级灵长类物种进化过程中免疫学功能的演变奠定基础.

测定了采自南极隐兆(Cryptopygus nanjiensis)的线粒体细胞色素氧化酶亚基II(CO II)基因序列,并测定了拉提疣兆(Neanura latior)、梅坞格蚖(Gracilentulus maijiawensis)和韦氏鳞八(Lepidocampa weberi)的CO II基因序列,对序列的A + T含量、核苷酸取代和转换/颠换(TS/TV)频率进行了统计分析。计算了种间Tamura-Nei遗传距离,以甲壳类无甲目(Anostraca)的一种卤虫Artemia franciscana作为外群构建了分子系统树。对无翅类昆虫线粒体CO II基因序列A + T含量的进化倾向性、类群间的遗传分歧和系统进化关系进行了探讨。

于2007年11月5日在云南省河口县八字河采集到鱼类标本共57尾.其中6尾标本经鉴定为云南省鲿科鱼类-新记录种--越南拟鲿(Pseudobagrus kyphus).本种的主要鉴别特征为:须四对,颌须短,不达胸鳍起点;脂鳍存在,后缘游离,不与尾柄相连;臀鳍条16-18;胸鳍和背鳍骨质硬刺强,前缘光滑,后缘具锯齿;背鳍上部具-明显黑斑,尾鳍上、下叶具很宽的黑缘.

2007年9~11月和2008年4~5月,对云南省丽江玉龙雪山自然保护区的鸟类资源进行了调查,共记录鸟类184种,结合中国科学院昆明动物研究所鸟类标本室收藏的该地区标本和文献记录的种类,保护区内共记录鸟类330种(另13亚种),隶属47科(另4亚科),18目,占云南省所录鸟类种数848种的38.92%,全国鸟类种数1329种的24.83%。其中国家一级保护物种1种,二级保护物种29种。黑眉长尾山雀Aegithalos iouschistos和大嘴乌鸦Corvus macrorhynchos为保护区内的优势种类。保护区记录的鸟类有留鸟230种和亚种,占所录鸟类种和亚种数的67.05%。区系成分以东洋界物种为主,有182种,占繁殖鸟类总种数的66.42%。亚区级区系分析表明保护区的鸟类以西南山地亚区的种类为主。结合该区鸟类生境分布的特点,提出云南松高山松林、针阔混交林和寒温性暗针叶林的保护是保护工作的重点。

综合分析了国际国内近年来有关核骨架研究的新进展,从几个方面的研究事实,包括核骨架对染色质DNA的有序组织、核骨架参与DNA复制和基因的表达与调控以及核骨架的起源进化等,阐明核骨架是细胞核内染色质结构的有序组织者和功能活动的参与者;核内纷繁复杂的生命活动能有条不紊地进行,核骨架在其中扮演了重要角色。

田间释放烟蚜茧蜂能很好地抑制烟蚜种群数量的增长。以常规施药烟田、不施药烟田作对照 ,在前期其对烟蚜的相对防效分别为 8.4%和 5 2 .8% ,中期为 6 4.0 %~ 79.0 %和 6 8.6 %~ 82 .3% ,后期为 93.0 %和 93.5 %。放蜂田烟蚜茧蜂成虫喜欢在烟株中下部叶片活动 ,1 3∶0 0~ 1 4∶0 0是其在烟株中下部活动的高峰期。烟蚜茧蜂对烟株下部叶片上烟蚜的较强选择性与烟蚜密度无关 ,下部叶片上的僵蚜数量均显著高于中、上和顶部。 1 3∶0 0~ 1 4∶0 0利用生物农药对烟株上部叶片上的烟蚜进行防治 ,既是烟蚜茧蜂与生物农药集成组装的切合点 ,又是保护利用田间烟蚜茧蜂的有效措施。

用力偏倚(FB)法,由体系的晶体点阵构型出发到达平衡态所需的循环数为Metroplis法的武分之二。为了得到较好的结构信息所需的构型数也仅为后者的五分之二。虽然每个循环所需机时为Metropolis法的1.6倍,仍是一加速收敛的好方法。此外进一步支持了以分子的平移扩散作为判别抽样效率的判据,指出接受几率在0.33—0.36之间的步长可能是合适的。此外还统计了和丙氨酸作用大于2kcal/mol的分子座标,使它们与丙氨酸-水分子径向分布图的峰值相对应。图2表2参9
