肺癌是全世界癌症死亡中的一个主要的原因。除吸烟外,一些肺癌患者的发病与氡气污染相关。该研究采用包括染色体分选、正向和反向染色体涂色技术,分析了两株肺腺癌细胞系A549和GLC-82的核型特征。A549和GLC-82细胞系都属于非小细胞肺癌细胞系,但诱因不同,后者来源于一个长期生活在氡气污染环境肺癌病人的癌组织。染色体涂色结果表明,这两株肺癌细胞系发生了复杂的染色体重排。在A549和GLC-82细胞系中,除正常染色体拷贝数变化外,还分别存在13条和24条畸变染色体。约一半的畸变染色体是通过非相互易位形成的,其余的畸变染色体则是通过一些正常染色体的片段缺失或重复而产生的。尽管这两株肺癌细胞系都没有共同的畸变染色体,但它们似共享两个染色体易位断裂点:HSA8q24和12q14。

We propose a simple method to detect the relative strength of Rashba and Dresselhaus spin-orbit interactions in quantum wells (QWs) without relying on the directional-dependent physical quantities. This method utilizes the two different critical gate voltages that leading to the remarkable signals of SU(2) symmetry, which happens to reflect the intrinsic-structure-inversion asymmetry of the QW. We support our proposal by the numerical calculation of in-plane relaxation times based on the self-consistent eight-band Kane model. We find that the two different critical gate voltages leading to the maximum spin-relaxation times [one effect of the SU(2) symmetry] can simply determine the ratio of the coefficients of Rashba and Dresselhaus terms. Our proposal can also be generalized to extract the relative strengths of the spin-orbit interactions in quantum-wire and quantum-dot structures.

由于其独特的电子结构,笼内金属富勒烯(碳笼内包容金属原子)的研究一直吸引着人们极大的兴趣,目前已经合成并分离出的笼内金属富勒烯主要包括碳笼内包容铱、钪、镧系原子等。在本论文中我们利用质谱技术对笼内金属富勒烯Gd_2@C_(82)气相离子行为和C_(60)与丙烯酸甲酯气相离子反应进行研究,X光电子能谱对碳笼内轧原子的价态进行研究。笼内金属富勒烯Gd_2@C_(82)是利用电弧放电法合成的。将碳份与三氧化二钆 (C:Gd=1:100, 摩尔比)灌入碳棒,将为棒前处理后,在氦气份保护下进行放电。通过对空心富勒烯在不同沸点的溶解情况进行了研究,发现大碳数的空心富勒烯在高沸点容剂中有较大的溶解度。利用两步高温高压法,既先利用1,2,4-三甲2基苯对大碳数的空心富勒烯进行分离,然后利用吡啶对笼内金属富勒烯进行提取。利用三种不同的质谱电离方式:电喷雾 (ESI),激光解析飞行时间(LDI-TOF),共振电子捕获技术(REC)来研究笼内金属富勒烯的气相离子特征。实验结果表明LDI-TOF和REC电离技术得到的质谱谱图中,笼内金属富勒烯和空心富勒烯均出现分子离子峰,但在电喷雾质谱谱图中只有笼内金属富勒烯出现分子离子峰。结合这一实验结果和理论分析说明碳笼内钆离子偏离碳中心位置。通过对比笼内金属富勒烯Gd@C_(82)和三氧化二钆中钆离子的光电子能谱谱图,Gd@C_(82)的电子结构应表示为Gd~(3+)@C_(82)~(3-)。利用四极杆质谱仪对C_(60)分子[C_(60)H]~+和加成产物为[C_(60)C_4H_3O]~+,后者是丙烯酸甲酯分子经过α短裂后与质子化[C_(60)H]~+ 发生加成反应所得的产物,在限制性Hartree-Fock条件下,采用AM1半经验量子化学计算方法对加成产[C_(60)C_3H_3O]~+八种可能结构的产物进行计算,得出了三种可能的最稳定的环加成同分异构体。

本文简单介绍了原子核集体运动的代数模型-IBM-2,评述了近年来的研究结果;提出了一种确定有效玻色子数的半经验方法,并且提出接近半满壳处偶偶核的有效玻色子数饱和的概念(50~82大壳饱和值为6,82~126大壳饱和值为7,126~184(?)大壳饱和值为8),把稀土区偶偶核的E2和M1之间的关联性及它们的饱和性解释为有效玻色子数的饱和,E_2~+的饱和解释为半满壳附近中子质子四极四极相互作用远大于对力的结果;并把本文关于有效玻色子数的结果用于Q_o和E_2~+系统学,F旋多重态和数值计算中,结果比过去有较大改进;本文还给出了哈密顿量参数的改变对能谱影响的经验规律,并用NPBOS程序计算了~(132-150)Nd偶偶核同位素,~(134)Ba等,对它们的状态特别是其中的混合对称态进行了细致的讨论,能谱和电磁跃迁计算结果与实验数据吻合较好,本文还计算了~(142)Ce的混合比并与实验进行了比较;此外,本文还通过具体的核对IBM-2数值计算参数g_(πv)~((1)) (1=0,2,4)进行了讨论,对M1跃迁算子的两体项作了初步的分析

采用气相色谱法 ,测定水体中2甲4氯含量。方法为用乙醚提取水体中的2甲4氯 ,然后将提取液浓缩至1mL左右 ,甲酯化 ,用正己烷萃取 ,取正己烷层进行气相色谱测定。结果表明 ,本方法简便、快速 ,结果稳定 ,平均回收率为 (76.8±3.82) %。

A new method for the sensitive determination of amino acids and peptides using the tagging reagent 2-(9-carbazole)-ethyl chloroformate (CEOC) with fluorescence (FL) detection has been developed. Identification of derivatives was carried out by liquid chromotography mass spectrometry. The chromophore in the 2-(9-fluorenyl)-ethyl chloroformate (FMOC) reagent was replaced by carbazole, which resulted in a sensitive fluorescence lerivatizing agent CEOC. CEOC can easily and quickly label peptides and amino acids. Derivatives are stable enough to be efficiently analyzed by high-performance liquid chromatography. Studies on derivatization demonstrate excellent derivative yields over the pH range 8.8-10.0. Maximal yields close to 100% are observed with three- to fourfold molar reagent excess. Derivatives exhibit strong fluorescence and allow direct injection of the reaction mixture with no significant disturbance from the major fluorescent reagent degradation by-products, such as 2(9-carbazole)-ethanol and bis-(2-(9-carbazole)-ethyl) carbonate. In addition, the detection responses for CEOC derivatives are compared to those obtained with FMOC. The ratios AC(CEOC)/AC(FMOC) = 1.00-1.82 for fluorescence (FL) response and AC'(CEOC)/AC'(FMOC) = 1.00-1.21 for ultraviolet (UV) response are observed (here, AC and AC' are, respectively, FL and UV F response). Separation of the derivatized peptides and amino acids has been optimized on a Hypersil BDS C18 column. Excellent linear responses are observed. 采用离心机法,研究聚丙烯酸钠与聚丙烯酰胺2种高分子化合物在5种使用浓度(占干土质量0、0.01%、0.08%、0.2%与1%)的条件下对3种土壤(砂土、壤土、黏土)持水能力的影响。结果表明:3种土壤在0.01~1.5MPa水吸力时,持水能力随着2种高分子材料用量的增加而增加,砂土的作用效果较壤土、黏土更显著;2种高分子材料与土壤质量比控制在8/10000~2/1000范围内其作用效果较好,该用量条件下高分子吸持水分平均可释放83.7%供植物吸收利用。2种高分子材料对土壤持水能力的作用效果基本相同。

A catalyst of Rh nanoparticles supported on a carbon nanofiber, 5 wt.% Rh/CNF, with an average size of 2-3 nm has been prepared by a method of incipient wetness impregnation. The catalyst presented a high activity in the ring hydrogenation of phenol in a medium of supercritical CO2 (scCO(2)) at a low temperature of 323 K. The presence of compressed CO2 retards hydrogenation of cyclohexanone to cyclohexanol under the reaction conditions used, and this is beneficial for the formation of cyclohexanone, increasing the selectivity to cyclohexanone.

This study demonstrates a novel compartment-less glucose/O-2 biofuel cell (BFC) based on highly ordered mesoporous carbons (OMCs) with three-dimensionally (3D) interconnected and ordered pore structures. OMCs are used as supports for both stably confining the electrocatalyst (i.e., meldola's blue, MDB) for NADH oxidation and the anodic biocatalyst (i.e., NAD(+)-dependent glucose dehydrogenase, GDH) for glucose oxidation, and for facilitating direct electrochemistry of the cathodic biocatalyst (i.e., laccase, LAC) for O-2 electroreduction. In 0.10 M pH 6.0 PBS containing 20 mM NAD(+) and 60 mM glucose under the air-saturated atmosphere, the open circuit voltage (0.82 V) and the maximum power output (38.7 mu W cm(-2) (at 0.54V)) of the assembled compartment-less OMCs-based BFC are both higher than those of carbon nanotubes (CNTs)-based BFC (0.75 V and 2.1 mu W cm(-2) (at 0.46 V)).

The electrochemical properties of a series of structurally related fullerooxazoles, [6,6] cyclic phenylimidate C-60 (1), 1,2-benzal-3-N-4-O-cyclic phenylimidate C-60 (2), and 1,4-dibenzyl-2,3-cyclic phenylimidate C-60 (3), are described, and the spectroscopic characterizations of their anionic species are reported. The results show that compounds I and 2 undergo retro-cycloaddition reactions that lead to the formation of C-60 and C61HPh, respectively, upon two-electron-transfer reduction. However, compound 3 demonstrates much more electrochemical stability as no retro-cycloaddition reaction occurs under similar conditions. Natural bond orbital (NBO) calculations on charge distribution show there is no significant difference among the dianions of 1, 2, and 3, indicating that the electrochemical stability of 3 is unlikely to be caused by the charge distribution difference of the dianions of three compounds. Examination on the crystal structure of compound 3 reveals close contacts of the C-H group with the heteroatoms (N and O) of cyclic phenylimidate, suggesting the existence of C-H center dot center dot center dot X (X = N, O) intramolecular hydrogen bonding among the addends, which is further confirmed by NBO analysis.

The ring hydrogenation of benzoic acid to cyclohexanecarboxylic acid over charcoal-supported transition metal catalysts in supercritical CO2 medium has been studied in the present work. The cyclohexanecarboxylic acid can be produced efficiently in supercritical CO2 at the low reaction temperature of 323 K. The presence of CO2 increases the reaction rate and several parameters have been discussed.

By incorporating 4,7-diphenyl- 2,1,3 benzothiadiazole instead of 2,1,3-benzothiadiazole into the backbone of polyfluorene, we developed a novel series of green light- emitting polymers with much improved color purity. Compared with the state-of-the-art green light-emitting polymer, poly(fluorene-co-benzothiadiazole) (lambda max = 537 nm), the resulting polymers (lambda(max) = 521 nm) showed 10-20 nm blueshifted electroluminescence (EL) spectra and greatly improved color purity because the insertion of two phenylene units between the 2,1,3-benzothiadiazole unit and the fluorene unit reduced the effective conjugation length in the vicinity of the 2,1,3-benzothiadiazole unit. As a result, the resulting polymers emitted pure green light with CIE coordinates of (0.29, 0.63), which are very close to (0.26, 0.65) of standard green emission demanded by the National Television System Committee (NTSC). Moreover, the insertion of the phenylene unit did not affect the photoluminescence (PL) and EL efficiencies of the resulting polymers. PL quantum efficiency in solid films up to 0.82 was demonstrated. Single-layer devices (ITO/PEDOT/ polymer/Ca/Al) of these polymers exhibited a turn-on voltage of 4.2 V, luminous efficiency of 5.96 cd A(-1) and power efficiency of 2.21 lm W-1. High EL efficiencies and good color purities made these polymers very promising for display applications.

In the present paper, the adsorption of thulium(Ill) from chloride medium on an extraction resin containing bis(2,4,4-trimethylpentyl) monothiophosphinic acid (CL302, HL) has been studied. The results show that 1.5 h is enough for the adsorption equilibrium. The distribution coefficients are determined as a function of the acidity of the aqueous phase and the data are analyzed both graphically and numerically. The plots of log D versus pH give a straight line with a slope of about 3, indicating that 3 protons are released in the adsorption reaction of thulium(III). The content of Cyanex302 in the resin is determined to be 48.21%. The total amount of Tm3+ adsorbed up to resin saturation is determined to be 82.46 mg Tm3+/g resin. Therefore, the sorption reactions of Tm3+ from chloride medium with CL302 can be described as: Tm3+ + 3HL((r)) <----> TmL3(r) + 3H(+) The Freundlich's isothermal adsorption equation is also determined as: log Q = 0.73 log C + 3.05 The amounts (Q) of Tm3+ adsorbed with the resin have been studied at different temperatures (15-40degreesC) at fixed concentrations of Tm3+, amounts of extraction resin, ion strength and acidities in the aqueous phase.
