A new method to measure reciprocal four-port structures, using a 16-term error model, is presented. The measurement is based on 5 two-port calibration standards connected to two of the ports, while the network analyzer is connected to the two remaining ports. Least-squares-fit data reduction techniques are used to lower error sensitivity. The effect of connectors is deembedded using closed-form equations. (C) 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.

Formulation of a 16-term error model, based on the four-port ABCD-matrix and voltage and current variables, is outlined. Matrices A, B, C, and D are each 2 x 2 submatrices of the complete 4 x 4 error matrix. The corresponding equations are linear in terms of the error parameters, which simplifies the calibration process. The parallelism with the network analyzer calibration procedures and the requirement of five two-port calibration measurements are stressed. Principles for robust choice of equations are presented. While the formulation is suitable for any network analyzer measurement, it is expected to be a useful alternative for the nonlinear y-parameter approach used in intrinsic semiconductor electrical and noise parameter measurements and parasitics' deembedding.

从螃蟹壳中提取出甲壳素,并进一步进行脱乙酰基反应,制得了脱乙酰度(D.D)在49-100%范围的阳离子聚电解质可溶性甲壳素-壳聚糖。首次通过壳聚糖乙酸溶液的超声波降解快速制得了各个脱乙酰度系列,不同分子量的壳聚糖样品。将不同系列的各个样品在0.2M CH_3COOH + 0.1M CH_3COONa溶液中进行粘度和光散射(L.S)的研究,订定出了不同D.D壳聚糖的Mark-Houwink方程(30±0.05℃)如下:69%:[η]=0.1036*10~(-3) M_w~(1.12) (ml/g) 84%: [η]=1.424*10~(-3) M_w~(0.96) (ml/g) 91%: [η]=11.27*10~(-3)M_w~(0.84) (ml/g) 100%: [η]=16.80*10~(-3)M_w~(0.81) (ml/g)同时,对壳聚糖的其它某些稀溶液性质,如分子尺寸,第二维利系数,扩散因子等进行了求算,并对结果进行了讨论。将胶体滴定法应用到聚电解质壳聚糖的脱乙酰度(D.D)分析上,取得了满意的结果,建立了完整的测试方法,推导出了计算公式:D.D=(N_(PVSK)*ΔV*M_壳)/(5*C)*100%式中:N_(PVSK)-PVSK的当量浓度M_壳-完全脱乙酰基的壳聚糖链节分子量:161.15ΔV-消耗掉PVSK的体积差ΔV=V_1-V_2(升)C-壳聚糖溶液的浓度(g/ml)实验表明,不同D.D值的壳聚糖有着不同的折光指数增量dn/dc,由此创立了一个根据测dn/dc值求壳聚糖脱乙酰度的新方法。在0.2M CH_3COOH/0.1M CH_3COONa中,436nm,25±0.05℃时的计算公式如下:y=9.397*0.943式中:x-dn/dc (ml/g) y-D.D (%)。

介绍了一种新型单侧耦合16通道、100GHz通道间隔的硅基二氧化硅阵列波导光栅(AWG).通过增加一个Y分支波导结构,将AWG的输入、输出波导等间距整齐排列,仅用一个光纤阵列(FA)就可以对AWG器件进行耦合封装.这种AWG的结构设计可有效地减小器件尺寸和增加波导结构的弯曲半径,可减少器件的抛光和耦合时间,可降低器件的成本.

研究了垂直腔面发射激光器(VCSEL)及其列阵器件的光谱特性、调制特性、高频特性及与微电子电路的兼容性,将1×16的VCSEL与CMOS专用集成电路进行多芯片组装(MCM),混合集成为16信道VCSEL光发射功能模块。测试过程中,功能模块的光电特性及其均匀性良好,测量的-3dB频带芝宽度大于2GHz。

测量了ZnSe,Zn_(0.84)Mn_(0.16)Se合金和ZnSe/Zn_(0.84)Mn_(0.16)Se超晶格的10~300K的变温光致发光谱。发现ZnSe的带隙在10K时比Zn_(0.84)Mn_(0.16)Se合金的带隙小,而在300K时比合金的带隙大。预计ZnSe/Zn_(0.84)Mn_(0.16)Se超晶格中在130K附近会发生势阱层和势垒层的反转。在ZnSe/Zn_(0.84)Mn_(0.16)Se超晶格中观测到了这种反转但发生在80K附近。超晶格中Zn_(0.84)Mn_(0.16)Se层的应变可能是反转温度变低的原因。

We report some investigations on vertical cavity surface emitting laser (VCSEL) arrays and VCSEL based optoelectronic smart photonic multiple chip modules (MCM), consisting of 1 x 16 vertical cavity surface emitting laser array and 16-channel lasers driver 0.35 mum CMOS circuit. The hybrid integrated multiple chip modules based on VCSEL operate at more than 2GHz in -3dB frequency bandwidth.
